With a BTS almost the same as Heatran + Sketch, we seriously need to limit its coverage... -_-

I want to see how this pans out. Physical BoltBeam seems awesome with something like Shell Smash or even Swords Dance. Hell, even Agility!

Power Whip is a great addition to Necturna. Grass types don't have that many great Physical STAB moves anyway. Power Whip is balanced by it's accuracy and therefore rivaled by Seed Bomb and Horn Leech. Like the whole Fire Blast v. Flamethrower thing. Raw power v. accuracy.

ice punch allows it to hammer it potential dragon checks and is the only thing here i feel that actually shouldn't be allowed if it wants ice punch it will have to use whatever physical attack boosting move it gets without sketching if it does get one.

thunder punch doesn't really add anything to this with stab grass to take on waters and hitting gyarados pretty well skarm isn't gonna be 2hkoed without a lot of attack boosts anyways.
