Even if every option is eliminated except Mos-Quitoxe and Birkal, and the people who voted for neither all voted for Birkal, Mos-Quitoxe would still win. I think it's pretty safe to say that Mos-Quitoxe has won this. I might wait for comments and checks from mods before I consider this final, since I'm not going to be able to put up the next thread for a while, anyway. I might as well consider it final only when I put up the next thread, anyway.
