Turfuel

A combination of "Turf" and "Fuel"

Pronounced: Tur-fyul

I like that CAP25f's art is an ambiguous reptilian, and this name gives a nod to its typing (turf for ground, fuel for fire) without specifying the type of reptile it is, since those names are already common.

Monitorch

"Monitor" + "Torch"

Pronounced: MON-ih-tohrch

Refers to a family of large lizard (monitor) in combination with a bright flame or coal (torch).

Final Submission

Camouflare

"Camouflage" + "Flare"

Pronounced: “CAM-o-flare”

Camouflage because it’s a chameleon, flare because volcanoes flare up. Also, the way the name is laid out is due to every starter being a pun on some form of fire. It also is simple to read and pronounce, like all other starter names.

Fumaroar

Fumarole + Roar
A fumarole is "an opening in or near a volcano, through which hot sulfurous gases emerge," which describes our pokemon perfectly, and it has enough of a kaiju appearance that it definitely seems like a creature that would roar.

Pronounced: fyoo-ma-roar

Final Submission
