I sincerely hope people will consider a concept that is more complex and metagame-relevant than one that is solely about a single move. No offense to Dogfish, of course! Just hoping for a grander experience this CAP.

Apparently a lot of people have taken interest in seeing a more effective user of future sight/doom desire. Hence so many votes for Dogfish44's concept.
