Anyways, as long a Fire type uses Fire Blast, it is doing its job. That move rips through anything not resistant when backed by STAB. I know this from using Choice Specs Heatran. The 30% Burn rate doesn't hurt either.

It's too bad that ever since GSC, Fire Blast only has a 10% burn.

Anyway, I don't know about you, but I'm not interested in other people's BST layouts at all. If I want to see a good one, I'll make my own. If I want this Pokemon to have one, I'll go along with the process. And no, I do not believe that "Fire means fast and powerful" and "Grass means slow and bulky".
