After reading up on each of the abilities, I'd like to cast my votes in this order:

Misty Surge
Aroma Veil
Electromorphosis
Regenerator
Rough Skin/Iron Barbs
Grassy Surge

I think the first four lend themselves really well to their respective meta strategies AND encourage lots of design creativity! (This is my first time voting, I hope I did it right!)
