It was close, but Aurumoth, Retriarch, and Sephimoth advance.
I don't have much to say on the subject of this thread. If you truly believe that I didn't properly consider or even agonise over the decisions I made for this slate, well... you're entitled to your opinion. That's really all I can say. Why did I choose the slate I did? I wanted a CAP that was intellectually challenging, and extended that principle to the names. In essence, I rewarded the people who did their homework. No more than that.
I can imagine the response of most people (judging by this thread) is "lol what kind of reason is that" or similar. And I won't pretend I expect this to answer your questions fully. But kindly do not insinuate that I didn't think this slate or any decision I have made throughout this CAP through. I think you're all reasonable people, and I expect better from you than that. This does not, of course, apply to the vast majority of you, who aired whatever grievances you had, futile though they may have been, in a civil manner. Thank you.
