Base Speed's is a close second. Wish I hadn't missed the last poll, I really liked some of the other concepts. :c (3hp = free substitutes, hello?)

To be honest though, I don't actually care which of the three gets in because they're all great concepts. Hell, I'd like to see them again in future CAPs. But from a metagame's perspective, we need more types that aren't Dragon, Fighting, Steel or Water :/
