For example, Shiftry's prevo was Grass, Shiftry is just like Malaconda in terms of flavor do why not pure typing?

I think it should be monotype. Grass will give a more natural -looking evolution but I think the dark type will give alot of creative designs.

I definitely think it should have grass in it somewhere and I like the idea that it turns dark when it evolves but I also think that we could also just leave the typing as it is
