I would love to see a better Electric type Physical pokemon. It can abuse several of the negelcted abilities, especially Rock Head and Magic Guard.

oh guys electric is like the LEAST versatile type. Like most Electric types learn Thunderbolt and...HP Ice? If you really want diversity, go with Dragon! The possibilities are wide!

Electric needs some diversity.
