It's Celesteela. Unreasonably tanky, can hit hard physically or specially, Recovery in Leech Seed, Giga Drain, and, if you really wanna, Ingrain. This thing does pretty much everything you could want from a tank. The only major issue is that 61 speed. But hey, it gets Autotomize so it basically becomes 102 once you tank a hit, because you're not likely to get 1 shot. And hey, it could be Glastrier or Calyrex Ice Rider.

Some of the many possible sets are:
Celesteela @ Assault Vest
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpA
Quiet Nature
- Air Slash
- Flamethrower
- Giga Drain
- Flash Cannon

Celesteela @ Leftovers
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpD / 252 SpA
Quiet Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Air Slash
- Flash Cannon
- Giga Drain
- Leech Seed

Celesteela @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Air Slash
- Heavy Slam
- Flamethrower
- Autotomize
Celesteela is so versatile, you can do pretty much anything with it. Most UB's are centralized around 1 trait. Buzzwole? Bulky Physical Attacker. Kartana? Physical Revenge Killer. Nihilego and Blacephalon Special Wallbreaker. Stakataka? Trash Trick Room Sweeper. But not Celesteela. You can run tank, physical, special, setup sweeper, basically anything. The only other exception is Naganadel but that thing is so stupid and I hate it.

In summary: Haha celesteela go brrr

Forgot to put the classic because I'm a dumb dumb stupid head
Celesteela @ Leftovers
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
- Heavy Slam
- Flamethrower
- Leech Seed
- Protect

Can't believe you didn't put the classic set.

Celesteela @ Leftovers
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
- Heavy Slam
- Flamethrower
- Leech Seed
- Protect

Additionally, Heavy Slam is the superior choice even on Autotomize sets, because Celesteela is just that damn heavy.

61 Speed actually reaches in between 171 Spe (485) to 172 Spe (487), with Timid of course (243), and 151 Spe (441) to 152 Spe (443) with Modest (221).
That kind of makes a huge difference since Autotomize would be god awful if it boosted Celesteela’s speed by 90 points as Timid 102 would only be 333 after investment.

Leech Seed set should run Protect over Giga Drain (not even slashed). WP sets are not really advised to run Acrobatics, since if it's unable to bait a super effective move (it'll be obvious it's WP after you use Autotomize) then it'll be horribly weak. I would take the physical WP set out. It's just not viable. The special set is OK, but I still think the best set is Leech/Slam/Protect/Flamethrower which isn't presented here
