Chandelure (Analysis)

If shadow tag is banned, could you use fire spin? When they switch in their counter to shandera, you would just fire spin and trap them, and then switch to YOUR counter. Just sayin'.
 
Doesn't Chandelure get Flame Charge? It almost makes a sweeping set possible. I remember someone sweeping me with it after he removed my Tyranitar with Dugtrio.
 
If shadow tag gets banned, flash fire will become the ability of choice on most sets. If this happens, chandelure will have serious issues with porygon 2 (with trace). Basically, I just think porygon 2 needs a mention in the analysis.
 
I'm kinda lost as to why there isn't HP Fighting on the Calm Mind set. HP Fighting still hits Heatran hard after a CM with the added benefit of shredding Tyranitar. Mention that Tyranitar is a solid counter if Chandelure lacks HP Fighting.

if u read the wifi battles thread here,
u put in your sig your using haxs for dream world, i saw alot of ppl posing it,
so it really doesnt matter

its a persons preference
 
It actually does matter, unreleased abilities and moves aren't allowed on any smogon battle server at very least in standard battles. This is why pokemon with unreleased DW abilities are not up for any sort of discussion or analysis.

It isn't personal preference.
 
@andi That doesn't matter at all. This thread is for standard matches not wifi battles. Linking a topic for wifi battles has nothing to do with standard battles and discussions.
 
Alright, this is not the place for a bloody discussion about what might happen when Shadow Tag gets released or whatever. Keep it to DST. Any more posts on the matter will be moderated.

Secondly, this analysis hasn't even been worked on in awhile. I may need to find someone else to do it.
