[SET COMMENTS]
  • Shadow Tag Gothitelle can trap most defensive Pokemon, paving the way for its teammates to sweep.
  • Trick facilitates trapping defensive walls like Ting-Lu and Great Tusk by locking them into an unfavorable move. Psychic targets Great Tusk and Toxapex, while Psyshock helps Gothitelle trap Clodsire better. Thunderbolt allows Gothitelle to trap Corviknight if it's not running U-turn or has a Choice item. Grass Knot KOes Great Tusk, Dondozo and hits Ting-Lu hard. Taunt is used to limit phazing attempts and Choice locked status moves, forcing the trapped Pokemon to use Struggle.
  • Rest allows Gothitelle to more effectively PP stall foes and remain healthy.
  • Choice Specs Gothitelle plays a more offensive role, aiming to rack up KOs. On the other hand, Choice Scarf variants are more likely to use Trick to beat opposing walls.
  • 32 HP and 4 Defense EVs allow Gothitelle to avoid being 2HKOed and 3HKOed from Ting-Lu's and Clodsire's Earthquake, respectively. 220 Speed EVs allow Choice Specs variants to outspeed defensive Great Tusk and Annihilape and Choice Scarf variants to outspeed offensive Great Tusk.
  • Gothitelle usually uses its Tera type to trap and beat Choice locked foes it otherwise would not trap; Tera Fairy beats Miraidon and Koraidon Choice locked into Dragon moves, Tera Water tanks Koraidon's Flare Blitz and Iron Bundle's Ice Beam, and Tera Flying avoids Earthquake from Ting-Lu and Great Tusk.
  • Gothitelle's favorite partners are powerful sweepers and cleaners such as Miraidon, Koraidon, Flutter Mane, Iron Bundle, Kingambit, and Chien-Pao, all of which appreciate Gothitelle removing one or more of their checks.

Trick is a powerful tool that facilitates the trap by locking the defensive Pokemon(...)
i feel like this can be worded a bit better. maybe something like "that facilitates the trapping by locking defensive walls like Ting-Lu into an unfavorable move"

explain what tera water and flying do, cant leave it like that

also dont say "and others","etc" on your analysis you need to say exactly what you mean

1/2 after implementing

  • Shadow Tag allows Gothitelle to trap most defensive Pokemon, allowing its teammates an easier sweep or clean a weakened team. paving the way for its teammates to sweep.
  • Trick is a powerful tool that facilitates trapping defensive walls like Ting-Lu and Great Tusk by locking defensive walls like Ting-Lu them into an unfavorable move, allowing Gothitelle to remove it them from the game. Psychic for example hits targets Great Tusk and Toxapex harder than Psyshock, while Psyshock helps trap Clodsire and Anihilape (ghost-type) better.
  • The coverage from Thunderbolt allows Gothitelle to trap Corviknight if it's not running U-turn or has been tricked a choice item. and hits it super efectively, Grass Knot is to hit common defensive pokemon like lets Gothitelle KO Ting-Lu, Great Tusk, and Dondozo, it threatens to trap them for its teammates. (Taunt? it's on the set) Rest allows Gothitelle to stall the attack pp out of a passive wall like Clodsire, trapping it and removing it.
  • Rest allows Gothitelle to more effectively PP stall foes and remain healthy.
  • Choice Specs Gothitelle plays a more offensive roll, aiming to rack up KOs more often than not. Choice Scarf on the other hand is more likely to Trick its item away to beat opposing walls.
  • The HP and Defense EVs are so Clodsire and Ting-Lu dont 3HKO and 2HKO respectively with earthquake allowing you tro stall them. The max special attack investment with a Choice Specs is to threaten common bulky Pokemon with heavy damage like Great Tusk and Dondozo; meanwhile with a Choice Scarf you still get heavy damage on walls like Great Tusk and Dondozo but, bulkier walls like Corviknight and Ting-Lu can take Scarf hits easily. The speed investment complements this by outspeeding Defensive Great tusk and Bulky Anihilape with Choice Specs and Offensive Tusk and Offensive Anihilape with Scarf, reaching the bench speed of 331 with this investment.
  • 32 HP and 4 Defense EVs allow Gothitelle to avoid being 2HKOed and 3HKOed from Ting-Lu and Clodsire's Earthquake, respectively. 220 Speed EVs allow Choice Specs Gothitelle to outspeed defensive Great and Tusk and Annihilape and offensive Great Tusk with a Choice Scarf.
  • Tera Fairy is used for its solid defensive typing and also trapping choiced dragon moves from Miraidon and Koraidon, Tera Water is used for its overall great defensive typing and resistances alowwing certain traps of pokemon locked on a Fire Type move, and Flying is used for its ground inmunity which allows Gothitelle to be able to trap certain Pokemon without taking any damage, saving HP for a later trap. (this is the part where I remember I am not a GP member and throw my hands in the air; give EXAMPLES which are specific for Tera Water Flying, you can't just say "certain traps of SOME Pokemon locked into SOME Fire/Ground move")
  • Gothitelle favourite partners are powerful sweepers and cleaners such as Miraidon, Koraidon, Flutter Mane, Iron Bundle, Kingambit, and Chien-Pao, Hatterene; which take advantage of certain defensive pokemon being gone. all of which appreciate Gothitelle removing one or more of their checks.
