UU Cinccino

I notice in the overview you mention how this thing is a wallbreaker, however, I don't necessarily agree with this. The fact that the standard moveset is completely walled by Steel-types such as Mega Aggron means it will almost never be able to wallbreak against stall/defensively-oriented teams effectively. I would instead make mention of how it's a really good against more frail, offensive teams due to its high Speed and ability to break Subs/Sashes with Skill Link.

Also, I don't believe Jolly should be the only slash for the Choice Scarf set. While the ability to outspeed Jolly Choice Scarf Meinshao / Infernape is great, it's not necessary, and the power late-game is definitely appreciated, especially considering Cinccino doesn't have the highest base Attack stat. As such, I think slashing Adamant second would be for the best. Just be sure to mention there pros/cons in the Set Details :]

Yeah, I agree about the first part so I'll change it to being an effective anti-offensive team pokemon, but Jolly Scarf Mienshao is most one of commonly used pokes in uu; Jolly max Speed being the most common spread.

Yes, I definitely understand. It's just that I find if they're not running Mineshao / Meinshao is taken out / It's not Scarf or Jolly, then an Adamant nature is super helpful for cleaning. Maybe a Set Details mention would be best without the slash :]

In team options maybe you could give examples of mons. You say fire types, ghost types, etc, but no actual examples. Maybe mention some. This is really well written btw :o

I think Choice Band/Life Orb are always better then King's rock for an all-out-attacker. Since Cinccino is so frail, with King's Rock, if you don't get a flinch, it basically means you're dead. So I wouldn't even mention it.

Both Choice Band and Life Orb could be used well, though. Choice Band let's you get certain OHKOs (specially with hazards support) while Life Orb allows you not to become setup bait. Both items can be used well, since both give Cincicno a different role on it's team (while I prefer Life Orb) since the damage difference is usually not enough so that it matters (see calcs).

Mega Blastoise:
252 Atk Choice Band Cinccino Bullet Seed (5 hits) vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Mega Blastoise: 280-340 (77.3 - 93.9%) -- approx. 75% chance to OHKO after 2 layers of Spikes

252 Atk Life Orb Cinccino Bullet Seed (5 hits) vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Mega Blastoise: 245-300 (67.6 - 82.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after 2 layers of Spikes

I'll find better examples for situations like this later, but this is a good one. You can only OHKO with hazards + Choice Band. Life Orbed can still KO if you're late into the match and you've taken enough "chip damage", but banded does this job better earlier into the match.

Alomomola:
252 Atk Choice Band Cinccino Bullet Seed (5 hits) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Alomomola: 280-340 (52.4 - 63.6%) -- approx. 99.6% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

252 Atk Life Orb Cinccino Bullet Seed (5 hits) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Alomomola: 245-300 (45.8 - 56.1%) -- approx. 8.2% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Again, Life Orb can do the same job but it's not as reliable.

Slowbro:
252 Atk Choice Band Cinccino Bullet Seed (5 hits) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Slowbro: 220-270 (55.8 - 68.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

252 Atk Life Orb Cinccino Bullet Seed (5 hits) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Slowbro: 210-245 (53.2 - 62.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Both 2HKO, making Life Orb the better option since you're not locked into a single move.

Aromatisse:
252 Atk Choice Band Cinccino Tail Slap (5 hits) vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Aromatisse: 330-390 (81.2 - 96%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

252 Atk Choice Band Cinccino Tail Slap (5 hits) vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Aromatisse: 330-390 (81.2 - 96%) -- approx. 93.8% chance to OHKO after 2 layers of Spikes

252 Atk Life Orb Cinccino Tail Slap (5 hits) vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Aromatisse: 280-340 (68.9 - 83.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

252 Atk Life Orb Cinccino Tail Slap (5 hits) vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Aromatisse: 280-340 (68.9 - 83.7%) -- approx. 6.3% chance to OHKO after 2 layers of Spikes

Again, Life Orb is the better option with this one since both Life Orb and Choice Band get a 2HKO. Though Choice Band has a big chance to 1HKO after 2 spikes, the Life Orb set also does the job after a bit of "chip damage" (2 switch ins on hazards, maybe some u-turn damage).

I also wouldn't say Cinccino apreciates wish support. I mean, sure it does, all pokemon without recovery do. But just getting it to survive a hit in order to get the wish support would already be hard. Cinccino is very offensive and not defensive at all. For support pokemon that go well with Cinccino, I'd recomend Revenge Killers like Dugtrio/Pursuit users since you'll miss out on certain OHKOs for very small damage, these trap the opponent and make sure you get the KO. Or Hazard Setters like Froslass. Not only will the spikes help you get certain KOs, the damage that stacks up from switching in on 2 layers of spikes + a banded u-turn is huge.

And I think that U-turn should always be used over Knock Off if you're using Band.

Overview
########
Cinccino is the perfect example of why not to judge a book by its cover; its adorable appearance and fashion choices thinly veiling a ridiculously good anti-lead and anti-offense Pokemon. Cinccino's base 95 Attack and base 115 Speed allow it to still hit relatively hard while outspeeding most of the unboosted tier, qualities that make this fashionable fuzzball stand out from the rest of its Normal-type brethren. Cinccino's movepool is also littered with all the tools it needs and more, and its abilities only serve to augment its offensive prowess. Bullet Seed, Tail Slap, and Rock Blast give Cinccino excellent coverage, (RC) and, (AC) when combined with Skill Link, allow it to consistently break through Focus Sashes and substitutes. (that's how the game spells the noun, sorry :\ )

However, Cinccino has many glaring flaws that limit its capabilities. Its Normal typing and somewhat poor defenses mean that it can't be switched in directly, meaning that it will require some degree of support from teammates. Ghost- and Steel-types also pose a major problem to Cinccino; its coverage moves barring Knock Off won't be doing much damage to them, and they can easily force it out. Cinccino is also particularly vulnerable to status, as burns and paralysis cripple it and render it incapable of performing its role. All in all, Cinccino is a very capable wallbreaker and revenge killer in the right hands, but do note that Cinccino is a textbook glass cannon, and should be handled like one.

All-Out Attacker
########
name: All-Out Attacker
move 1: Tail Slap
move 2: Bullet Seed
move 3: Rock Blast
move 4: U-turn / Knock Off
ability: Skill Link
item: King's Rock / Life Orb
evs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
nature: Jolly

Moves
========
Tail Slap is Cinccino's signature STAB move, consistently hitting five times for a grand total of 187.5 Base Power, which makes it an ideal move to spam when in doubt. Bullet Seed and Rock Blast serve as superb coverage options, both hitting five times and allowing Cinccino to break through bulky Water-types and pesky Flying-types, respectively. U-turn is always a good option on most Pokemon that can learn it, and Cinccino is no exception, utilizing its great Speed tier to gain the offensive momentum. Knock Off is also a solid choice for the last moveslot, surprising Ghost-types and providing team support in general, and possibly even removing a revenge killer's Choice Scarf.

Set Details
========
The EVs are standard for an offensively geared Pokemon; 252 Attack EVs allow Cinccino to hit as hard as possible, 252 Speed EVs let Cinccino outpace most of the unboosted tier, and the remaining EVs give Cinccino an extra point in HP. A Jolly nature is used to capitalize on its blazing Speed, notably beating max Speed positive natured lead Infernape and Galvantula and KOing them through their Focus Sash before they can set up entry hazards. Skill Link is preferred over Technician, as the consistent five hits on multi-hit moves is more stable than a Technician-boosted move's damage output. A Life Orb makes Cinccino's attacks even stronger, but a King's Rock can also be used to abuse the 41% flinch chance granted by its multi-hit moves. (the way this sentence is structured leads me to think that LO is the first item slash, so you might wanna shuffle that around a little)

Usage Tips
========
Cinccino's glass cannon nature means that it is quite fragile, so use Volt Switch or U-turn to bring it in safely. If the opponent has a wall that Cinccino cannot easily beat, use U-turn on the predicted switch and let a teammate with a more favorable match-up take care of it, but you must remember that Life Orb recoil will slowly wear it Cinccino down. This Cinccino is best used as an anti-lead or a revenge killer for a Pokemon behind a substitute, due to its multi-hit moves breaking through Focus Sashes and substitutes.

Team Options
========
Cleric support is pretty crucial, as all status afflictions cripple Cinccino in some way, and Wish support is also quite helpful, considering it has no access to reliable recovery. Cinccino also appreciates Dark-, Fire-, and Ground-type teammates to more reliably take care of Ghost- and Steel-types, respectively. In addition, Fire-types can absorb Will-O-Wisps, and Ground-types can absorb paralysis Thunder Waves, (fuck Stun Spore, and you wrote Will-O-Wisps rather than burns in the previous clause anyway) making them great status sponges for Cinccino. In the same vein, bulky Ghost-types are also handy, absorbing the super effective attacks that would otherwise KO it. Sticky Web support is extremely useful, as it prevents Scarfed revenge killers from moving first, (RC) and turns Cinccino into a wrecking ball.

Revenge Killer
########
name: Revenge Killer
move 1: Tail Slap
move 2: Bullet Seed
move 3: Rock Blast
move 4: U-turn
ability: Skill Link
item: Choice Scarf
evs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
nature: Jolly

Moves
========
Tail Slap is easily the best move to use unless the opponent resists it, (RC) or if they are is hit super effectively by a coverage move. Bullet Seed and Rock Blast provide nifty coverage, with only Steel-types resisting all its moves. U-turn is used to gain momentum, abusing its amazing Speed to hit first most of the time and switch into a more favorable match-up matchup.

Set Details
========
252 Attack EVs and 252 Speed EVs are used to maximize Cinccino's power and speed, enabling it to revenge kill with ease. Skill Link is chosen over Technician for stability purposes. A Choice Scarf allows Cinccino to outspeed the entire tier, making it impossible to outpace unless the opponent packs a priority move. A Jolly nature allows Cinccino to revenge kill Jolly Scarf Mienshao, one of the most common Pokemon in the tier, but an Adamant nature can be used if your team already has an answer to it.

Usage Tips
========
Cinccino easily beats most revenge killers and Scarf users, so bring it in on a weakened Pokemon or use it as a lead. It also destroys substitutes and Focus Sashes with ease, so don't be afraid if an enemy carries them. Use U-turn as often as possible if a switch is predicted, and swing the momentum in your favor.

Team Options
========
Defoggers and Rapid Spinners are necessary to clear entry hazards, allowing Cinccino to switch in more often to revenge kill. Clerics and status absorbers are also useful, as Cinccino cannot revenge kill as efficiently when paralyzed or burned. Steel- and Ghost-types still (cross-set referencing imo) wall Cinccino hard, so teammates such as Mienshao and Mega Absol to break past them are appreciated.

Other Options
########
Cinccino has some other interesting options up its furry sleeves. Wake-Up Slap or Aqua Tail can be used to hit Steel-types a bit harder, but they don't receive any benefits from Technician or Skill Link. Iron Tail smacks Fairy-types hard, but it has little use outside that. Work Up can be used to boost Attack, but Cinccino is too frail to set up. A Choice Band is also a viable option, allowing it to break past Slowbro (replace with another bulky water) and Amoonguss more easily. A support set with Sing / Thunder Wave / Toxic, Tail Slap, Encore, and U-turn can be used, but Cinccino's main selling pain point is its stellar coverage and Speed backed by workable power.

Checks & Counters
########
**Bulky Ghost-types** They are immune to Cinccino's STAB move, (RC) and generally take little damage from its coverage moves, but they must watch out for Knock Off. In particular, Sableye has Prankster Will-O-Wisp, (RC) and isn't hit hard by any of Cinccino's attacks.

**Steel-types** Steel-types resist most of Cinccino's attacks with the exception of Knock Off and the rare Aqua Tail, which still don't do much damage. Mega Aggron in particular walls Cinccino to no end; Knock Off is pathetically weak with no item without the power boost (not really comfortable with the way you worded it, Aggronite is technically an item, it just doesn't count as such for the power boost) and Aqua Tail does almost nothing.

**Physical Walls** Dedicated physical walls don't have much to fear from Cinccino unless they are weak to one of its coverage moves.

Overview

+kawaii as hell
+Technician and Skill Link are amazing abilities
+Movepool compliments its abilities well
+Good coverage
+Breaks Substitutes and Focus Sashes
+Fast glass cannon
-Glass cannon
-Ghost- and Steel-types exist
-Poor defenses and defensive typing
-Crippled by status

All-Out Attacker
########
name: All-Out Attacker
move 1: Tail Slap
move 2: Bullet Seed
move 3: Rock Blast
move 4: U-turn / Knock Off
ability: Skill Link
item: King's Rock / Life Orb
evs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
nature: Jolly

Moves
========
-Tail Slap is 187 BP after STAB, and hits most targets really hard
-Rock Blast breaks through Fire- and Flying-types, notably taking out Aerodactyl leads through sash
-Bullet Seed hits Rock-types, as well as hitting bulky Waters and Grounds
-Knock Off provides incredible utility by removing items, and is very spammable
-U-turn lets Cinccino escape from Shadow Tag and gain offensive momentum, but entry hazard damage and Life Orb recoil will eventually take a toll

Set Details
========
-252 Attack EVs to hit hard
-252 Speed EVs and a Jolly nature lets Cinccino take advantage of its excellent speed tier; outspeeding max speed positive natured Infernape and Galvantula and all positive natured base 100s
-Skill Link is the preferred ability, giving Cinccino's moves a guaranteed five hits for 125 BP
-Technician can be used, but it is highly advised to run Skill Link due to its stability
-Life Orb makes Cinccino's attacks even stronger and is generally the go-to item for sweepers
-King's Rock has a 41% chance to flinch the opponent when a multi-hit move is used, and Cinccino can fish for lucky flinches, abusing Skill Link to the max

Usage Tips
========
-Cinccino is pretty fragile, so bring it in on a free switch or use a slow Volt Switch / U-turn
-Cinccino is a solid revenge killer; it has great coverage + the speed to back it up
-Use U-turn on predicted switches into walls or bulky mons Cinccino can't break past, it is vulnerable to all entry hazards and its other moves should generally suffice so don't let residual damage stack up
-Works really well as an anti-lead, due to its multi-hit moves bypassing sashes and blazing Speed stat
-Takes out Pokemon behind subs nicely as well

Team Options
========
-Clerics cure Cinccino from crippling burns and paralysis
-Fighting-, Fire-, and Ground-types to take out Steel-types more reliably
-Fire-types in particular absorb burns
-Bulky Ghost-types like Cofagrigus can be brought in with U-turn to absorb Fighting moves
-Prankster Twave lets Cinccino sweep / wallbreak more reliably without fearing being revenge-killed by Scarfers
-Cinccino also has no reliable recovery, so a Wish passer would be nice to keep it alive
-Sticky Web support lets Cinccino outspeed pretty much everything that isn't scarfed and turns it into a wrecking ball

Revenge Killer
########
name: Revenge Killer
move 1: Tail Slap
move 2: Bullet Seed
move 3: Rock Blast
move 4: U-turn
ability: Skill Link
item: Choice Scarf
evs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
nature: Jolly / Adamant

Moves
========
-Tail Slap is strongest STAB, use if the target isn't weak to a coverage move'
-Bullet Seed hits bulky Grass and Water types
-Rock Blast hits Flying and Fire types, notably lead Aerodactyls
-A fast U-turn can create favorable switch-in opportunities

Set Details
========
-252 Attack EVs to hard as hard as possible without LO
-252 Speed EVs to outrun most of the unboosted meta
-Skill Link > Technician for stability purposes
-A Choice Scarf lets Cinccino outspeed and OHKO lead Aerodactyl through Sash, while dealing heavy damage to Mega Aerodactyl

Usage Tips
========
-Outspeeds most of the unboosted tier, so bring it in on a weakened Pokemon to revenge-kill
-Destroys Subs and Sashes with ease, so don't be afraid to lead with it
-U-turn liberally to scout, get off chip damage, and swing the momentum in your favor

Team Options
========
-Defoggers and / or Rapid Spin users to clear entry hazards so Cinccino can switch in more often to revenge kill stuff
-Clerics and status absorbers since Cinccino can't do its job effectively while paralyzed or burned
-Steel and Ghost types still wall Cinccino hard, so teammates who can take care of them are nice, such as Mienshao and Absol

Other Options
########
-Wake-Up Slap can be used to hit Steel- and Rock-types, but it doesn't get boosts from Technician or Skill Link
-A support set with Sing / Twave / Toxic, Tail Slap, Encore, and U-turn can be used, but Cinccino's selling point is its excellent coverage and Speed backed by decent power
-Iron Tail smacks Fairy- and Rock-types, but not much else
-Work Up can be used to boost its Attack, but it needs all its moveslots and is often too frail to set up
-Choice Band allows Cinccino to break through bulky walls like Amoonguss and Slowbro a lot easier
-Aqua Tail hits Steelix, (M-) Aggron, and other Steel-types for decent damage

Checks & Counters
########
-Bulky Ghost-types are immune to Cinccino's main STAB, and take little damage from its coverage moves, but must watch out for Knock Off; in particular, Sableye has prankster WoW to burn, and isn't hit hard by any of Cinccino's attacks
-Steel-types resist most of Cinccino's attacks, Mega Aggron literally walls it to hell
-Prankster Will-O-Wisp or paralysis cripples Cinccino; notably the aforementioned Sableye and Whimsicott respectively
-Most dedicated physical walls don't have much to fear unless they are weak to one of Cinccino's coverage moves

I don't feel it's worth saying abilities in the overview, or even mentioning in OO that Wake-up slap and Aqua tail aren't technician boosted (though that last one is kind of okay.) Realistically speaking, Technician isn't even OO mentioned (not even sure if it should be), and even if it is, it's not much of a selling point, honestly.

You mention in the first set that all status cripples Cinccino in some way. Not really;Toxic and regular poison is a bitch, but it's not crippling. With regular, you can still attack 5 times, which is pretty good. With toxic, who knows? 2 attacks shave off 38%, another 2 take it to 76%, then you have another two;of course, U-turn can help even further in this regard, although entry hazards obviously enhance the problem. Now, i get that this is bad, but compare it to burn or paralysis. Burn is doing the same residual damage of poison, and in hit-and-run circumstances more than Toxic. But it also makes it so you can't break through anything, pretty much. Meanwhile, paralysis makes you a super frail and slow Pokemon, so you can't do jack to offense. And defensive pokemon can recover-stall for a full paralysis, or just outspeed you and chip off at least half of your life with a stab move. Now, those two are crippling-Cinccino is rendered near-worthless by those statuses. With Poison, it can still get a kill or two before bowing out.

Your checks and counters section is sorely lacking. Can't anything revenge kill Cinccino? What physical walls, exactly? Isn't there anything else that checks Cinccino in any way? Also, Sableye takes a fair amount from Rock Blast/Bullet Seed;Phys.D can take it but SpD not so much, and even Phys.D takes about half

Comments:

I really dislike the word 'utilize'. It's clunky and it means the exact same thing as "use", and you can always replace it with use without being gramatically incorrect. So it's just extra letters.

The second set doesn't NEED hazards cleared, though it appreciates this being done.

You can still revenge kill to an extent when burned;but paralysis stops you from doing this period, so it's important to distinguish between the two.

Pretty sure how I organized the OO support set status move slashes is the best way to do that, and possibly the accepted way. Either way, it was kind of confusing otherwise. You might want to put said status move as the fourth move, that would look even better.

Bullet Seed, Tail Slap, and Rock Blast give Cinccino excellent coverage, and, when combined with Skill Link, allow it to consistently break through Focus Sashes and substitutes.

All in all, Cinccino is a very capable wallbreaker and revenge killer in the right hands, but it is a textbook glass cannon and should be handled like one.

name: All-Out Attacker
move 1: Tail Slap
move 2: Bullet Seed
move 3: Rock Blast
move 4: U-turn / Knock Off
ability: Skill Link
item: King's Rock / Life Orb
evs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
nature: Jolly

Moves
========
U-turn is always a good option on most Pokemon that can learn it, and Cinccino is no exception, utilizsing its great Speed tier to gain the offensive momentum. Knock Off is also a solid choice for the last moveslot, surprising Ghost-types and providing team support in general, and possibly even removing a revenge killer's Choice Scarf.

Set Details
========
The EVs are standard for an offensively-geared Pokemon; 252 Attack EVs allow Cinccino to hit as hard as possible, 252 Speed EVs let Cinccino outpace most of the unboosted tier, and the remaining EVs give Cinccino an extra point in HP. A Jolly nature is used to capitalize on its blazing Speed, notably allowing it to outspeed max Speed Galvantula and lead Infernape while KOing them through Focus Sash before they can set up entry hazards. Skill Link is preferred over Technician, as the consistent five hits on multi-hit moves is more reliable than a Technician-boosted move's damage output. A Life Orb makes Cinccino's attacks even stronger, but a King's Rock can also be used to abuse the 41% flinch chance granted by Cinccino's multi-hit moves.

Usage Tips
========
Cinccino's glass cannon nature means that it is quite fragile, so use Volt Switch or U-turn to bring it in safely. If the opponent has a wall that Cinccino cannot easily beat, use U-turn on the predicted switch and let a teammate with a more favorable match-up take care of it, though you must remember that Life Orb recoil will slowly wear itCinccino down. This Cinccino is best used as an anti-lead or a revenge killer for a Pokemon behind a sSubstitute, due to its multi-hit moves breaking through Focus Sashes and sSubstitutes.

Team Options
========
Cleric support is pretty crucial, as all status afflictions cripple Cinccino in some way. Wish support is also quite helpful, considering it has no access to reliable recovery. Cinccino also appreciates Dark-, Fire-, and Ground-type teammates to reliably take care of Ghost- and Steel-types. In addition, Fire-types can absorb Will-O-Wisps, and Ground-types can absorb Thunder Wave, making them great status sponges for Cinccino. In the same vein, bulky Ghost-types are also handy, absorbing the super effective attacks that would otherwise KO Cinccino. Sticky Web support is extremely useful, as it prevents Choice Scarf users from moving first, turning Cinccino into a wrecking ball.

Revenge Killer

name: Revenge Killer
move 1: Tail Slap
move 2: Bullet Seed
move 3: Rock Blast
move 4: U-turn
ability: Skill Link
item: Choice Scarf
evs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
nature: Jolly

Moves
========
Tail Slap is the best move to use unless the opponent resists it or is hit super effectively by a coverage move. Bullet Seed and Rock Blast provide nifty coverage, with only Steel-types resisting all of Cinccino's moves. U-turn is used to gain momentum, using Cinccino's amazing Speed to hit first most of the time and switch into a more favorable match-up.

Set Details
========
252 Attack and 252 Speed EVs are used to maximize Cinccino's power and speed, enabling it to revenge kill with ease. Skill Link is chosen over Technician for reliability. Choice Scarf allows Cinccino to outspeed the entire tier, making it impossible to outpace unless the opponent packs a priority move. A Jolly nature allows Cinccino to revenge kill Jolly Choice Scarf Mienshao, one of the most common Choice Scarf Pokemon in the tier, but an Adamant nature can be used if your team already has an answer to it.

Usage Tips
========
Cinccino easily beats most revenge killers and Choice Scarf users, so bring it in on a weakened Pokemon or use it as a lead. It also destroys sSubstitutes and Focus Sashes with ease, so don't be afraid if an enemy carries them. U-turn as often as possible if a switch is predicted, and swing the momentum in your favor.

Team Options
========
Defoggers or Rapid Spinners are necessaryhelpful to clear entry hazards, allowing Cinccino to switch in more often to revenge kill. Clerics and status absorbers are also useful, as Cinccino cannot revenge kill as efficiently when paralyzed orwhen paralyzed, and has trouble doing so when burned. Steel- and Ghost-types still hard wall Cinccino, so teammates such as Mienshao and Mega Absol to break past them are appreciated.

Other Options
########
Cinccino has some other interesting options up its furry sleeves. Wake-Up Slap or Aqua Tail can be used to hit Steel-types a bit harder, but they don't receive any benefits from Technician or Skill Link. Iron Tail smacks Fairy-types hard, but it has little use outside of that. Work Up can be used to boost Attack, but Cinccino is too frail to set up. Choice Band is a viable option, allowing Cinccino to break past Slowbro and Amoonguss more easily. A support set using U-turn / Encore / (Toxic, / Thunder Wave, or / Sing) / Tail Slap can be used, but Cinccino's main selling paoint is its stellar coverage and Speed backed by workable power.

Checks & Counters
########
**Bulky Ghost-types**: Bulky Ghost-types are immune to Cinccino's STAB move and generally take little damage from its coverage moves, though they must watch out for Knock Off. In particular, Sableye has Prankster Will-O-Wisp, and it isn't hit hard by any of Cinccino's attacks.

**Steel-types**: Steel-types resist most of Cinccino's attacks with the exception of Knock Off and the rare Aqua Tail, which still don't do much damage. Mega Aggron in particular walls Cinccino to no end; Knock Off is pathetically weak with no item to remove and Aqua Tail does almost nothing.

**Physical Walls**: Dedicated physical walls don't have much to fear from Cinccino unless they are weak to one of its coverage moves.
