Hello, well to be completely honest, I have created this team with some thinking behind it but I think it can be exponentially improved. I have been reading through some of the threads here on this forum as a guest and like the way the experts here handle the RMTs, so I decided to post one myself.
*deep breath in* well here it goes...
Aerodactyl @ Focus Sash
Pressure
Jolly
4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
Moveset:
Earthquake
Rock Slide
Stealth Rock
Taunt
This is your basic lead Aerodactyl. With a maxed out base 130 speed, Ninjask and Electrode are the only things faster than it in the OU tier. Depending on the lead, you either start out with a Taunt, Stealth Rock, or an attack. If you start with Taunt, no matter what the opponent does, short of a priority attack, you will always get off a Stealth Rock. Furthermore, if Aerodactyl is not dead after it has done its job, it makes a good attacker because of the STAB Rock Slide which has a 30% flinch rate.
Swampert @ Leftovers
Torrent
Impish
240 HP/52 Atk/216 Defense
Moveset:
Avalanche
Earthquake
Rest
Stone Edge
The basic attacking Swampert. This thing has saved me many times with its type coverage, and mainly its Avalanche. STAB Earthquake helps with nuisances such as Jolteon and Scizor. Stone Edge is there for Salamence and other occasional flying type pokémon. Rest is a good way to keep him alive during clutch times but hasn't really been used often since many threats can take him out in two to three hits.
Zapdos @ Life Orb
Pressure
Timid
4 HP/252 Spe/252 Sp. Atk
Moveset:
Heat Wave
Hidden Power Ice
Roost
Thunderbolt
This pokémon, if used correctly, can help take out two to three opposing pokémon. I try to switch into Scizor because of Zapdos' key resistances and its ability to OHKO (most of the time) with Heat Wave. I then proceed use it to attack any pokémon that enters the arena. Because of its move coverage, there are only a few pokémon that actually resist all three moves. Most opponents expect a Hidden Power Grass and switch in a dragon of some sort, but Hidden Power Ice puts them in their places. Roost also makes for a great recovery as well as a good stall move because of the ability to relieve itself of its flying type.
Scizor @ Life Orb
Technician
Adamant
4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
Moveset:
Brick Break
Bug Bite
Bullet Punch
Swords Dance
This is my physical sweeper. If I switch in on one of its nine resistances and can set up a Swords Dance either expecting a switch or making sure I can live through an attack or two, I can usually take a sizable chunk out of the opponent's team. It is also a great counter to Blissey and can usually stand up to most OU pokémon because of its ability. In addition, it helps balance my team's resistances and provide the ability to cover pokémon like Blissey who would otherwise be a challenge.
Latias @ Leftovers
Levitate
Timid
4 HP/252 Spe/252 Sp. Atk
Moveset:
Calm Mind
Dragon Pulse
Recover
Surf
My special sweeper if it gets the chance. This thing works wonders considering the OU tier doesn't have too many pokémon resistant to both Surf and Dragon Pulse. I can switch into a special attacker, minus the occasional Dark pulser or Shadow Ball, because of its 130 Sp. Def base stat and calm mind up. After a Calm Mind or two, I usually try and play it safe if I can and use a Recover if it has taken enough damage and then attempt sweep anything in its path except a Blissey every once in a while.
Blissey @ Leftovers
Natural Cure
Calm
24 HP/252 Defense/232 Sp. Defense
Moveset:
Protect
Seismic Toss
Toxic
Wish
This is my amazing wall. Most games I never have to bring this out, but if I do have to, it usually comes out to a special attacker of some sort and stalls the hell out of it. Toxic/Wish/Protect combo ensures that a special attacker will most always die (Unless they are a Gengar with Focus Blast which causes problems). Wish helps if I feel I can pass it to another dying team member. Seismic Toss is your basic attack move considering Blissey can only inflict damage indirectly otherwise.

Well, to really sum it all up, here is my team that I've been battling with for a little bit of time. It could use some adjustments, and if anyone thinks that another pokémon would go better with this team rather than the ones I have in place, by all means, it's not "'till death do us part." I would really love some opinions on this team and any criticism that comes with it. Also, one more thing, I tend to have problems with pokémon such as Machamp and Gengar, any remedies?
