I'm not too familiar with Ravel's piano works. When I think Ravel, I think of Bolero (of course), and Daphnis et Chloe.

While many people have mentioned Hall of the Mountain King, not many have talked about Edvard Grieg, the composer. Grieg is my favorite composer of all time. His Piano Concerto in A Minor is terrific. Wedding Day at Troldhagen, March of the Dwarves, and Butterfly are part of a collection of short pieces he composed, but they really touch the heart.
