Put the winners on the sheet. Note that I made 3 small executive decisions- I did not apply the Quick Attack buff on Gumshoos due to it applying to an already viable move and also being against Gumshoos' concept as a wallbreaker, it simply doesn't need a strong offense matchup in addition to wallbreaker. I also gave Snorlax +20 special attack to match Tuther's reported 540 BST, if you want me to change that in any way tell me Tuthur1. Lastly, I swapped out Walrein's access to Stealth Rock for Body Press, as I don't believe we need 2 bulky waters that can set rocks so early on. Once again, if anyone has any objections to these changes, please tell me.
Slate 4: 4 Archetype Enablers

A short history lesson to preface this slate: The original Clean Slate was a metagame dominated by Balance and Bulky Offense, which is pretty typical of most "balanced" metas. However, lurking in the shadows were always a few surprise archetypes-yeah we doin this
Arena Trap: Hyper offensive teams that utilzied Eject Button+Trapinch to eliminate the opposing counters for certain teammates to sweep the opponent unhindered.
Hazard Stack: Utilized Druddigon alongside other hazard setters to keep hazards in play and bring opposing counters into 2HKO range indirectly. Effectiveness depended on how frequently Milotic (a defogger than handily beat Drudd) was used. Any team Druddigon was on also kind of became a Paraspam team, too, so that's cool.
Sticky Web: We all know what Sticky web does. Wasn't used that often in all honesty and when it was it rarely succeeded, but the potential was always there. Lesson: Make your Webs setter consistent.
Gravity: Gravity was a fun, more slow-paced offensive archetype that took advantage of the unique Gravity mechanics in Clean Slate (read the spreadsheet if you wanna learn) to punch holes with Raticate or do silly stuff like trap levitate Nihilego with Trapinch.Anyways, what does this have to do with Clean Slate 2? Well, we're adding 4 archetype enablers- Like the four I just listed above. While all the examples listed are offensive archetypes, that isn't a requirement. You can add an enabler for any archetype that isn't standard balance, bulky offense, or standard offense. So all those crunchy offenses, weird weather teams, or (god forbid) stall all are fair game. A few examples for archetypes:

Justification: A neat little Rain setter that leverages Drizzle to remove a weakness and grant a 3rd STAB. A great defensive typing regardless of ability, recovery in wish, and trapping moves to net momentum should make this a great pick for rain teams, and Water Absorb sets can work on teams that don't want the rain. Also, Rapid Spin is always great.

Justification: A big fat ol' stat stick to use to your desire. Force of Attraction aids physical sets by making Dragon Rush a great STAB option, while special sets appreciate the insurance on Draco Meteors and Fire Blasts. Alternatively, a support oriented set with Parting Shot can be used to bring in future Gravity Abusers. Held back by no recovery and having a bottom tier speed. It would be great to see Clean Slate's original custom weather be truly explored!

It smashes Orbeetle with Megahorn, but it is hopelessly walled by Weezing, and is bodied 1v1 by Walrein, Stonjourner and Zacian.

It also packs utility in Rapid Spin, and thanks to its typing it does not fear mist potential spinblockers. Wish and Heal Bell also grant it useful utility options.

Justification: Zebstrika utilizes its high speed to pivot around and hit foes. It can run physical, special or mixed sets well because of Electric Terrain boosting its Electric STAB to threatening levels, while its coverage and STAB Fighting attacks hit the numerous Ground types. It relies on its Electric STAB to do considerable damage though, so Pokemon like Orbeetle, defensive Seismitoad and Giga Snorlax wall it comfortably.

Justification: The first Steel type is coming into the metagame to demand penance from every other pretender that joins. Steelix does so by trapping the lads and then slowly pummeling them into submission. I decided against a Ground type version for several reasons - A) It then traps and beats Steels too efficiently. 2) We already have a bunch of bulky Ground types, and no Dragon types. 3) Steel / Dragon is a very cool defensive typing that offers interesting matchups for the metagame moving forward. Now, with anti Steel tools like Earthquake, Body Press and Flamethrower, Steelix can beat most Steel types 1v1. If trapping is not your forte, Sheer Force is cool to boost up coverage and act as a tank with great offensive presence. Removed set up options because auto trapping with setup is actually broken, since it can trap a passive Steel and get to +6 in every good stat then beat the entire tier.

Justification: Ninjask is an extremely speedy Sticky Web setter that can aid wallbreakers like Gumshoos, Seismitoad, and Stonjourner that boasts a nifty ability in Mold Breaker that ignores abilities that would hinder it, such as Magic Bounce. It also boasts a useful pivoting tool in U-turn once the hazard is set into one of its teammates, and Knock Off to cripple bulky walls. However, its defenses and attack are low, meaning it is at the mercy of priority attackers and physical walls (even though Knock can cripple them). It also is completely stopped by Weezing, as it resists its STABs and can hit it back with a SE Moonblast.

Justification: A specially bulky hail setter that counters Cherrim due to Solar Beam being a pathetic attack, that can also set Aurora Veil for sweepers such as Stonjourner. Haze allows it to get rid of opposing players boosts so Lapras's teammates can have an easier time defeating them. It can also dissuade physical attackers with Scald, and can beat Seismitoad with a 4x effective Freeze-Dry. Perish Song + Whirlpool could also be used as a gimmick, but Aurora Veil should be its main purpose. However, its defense is considerably lower than its Sp. Def. leaving it open to attackers like Stonjourner, Gumshoos and Snorlax-Gmax. Its speed is also low for Ubers, meaning it may not be able to set Aurora Veil against faster foes like Zacian. Lastly, its poor defensive typing leaves it weak to SR, as well as Cherrim if it switches in after it.

Justification: A pokemon that can fulfill multiple roles in one, being able to spread paralysis, poison, stop setup and deal tons of damage all at once! Glare can allow it to cripple a fast foe and switch into a teammate. Merciless makes its attacks turn from not quite powerful enough into strong critical hits. Sucker Punch allows it to have a form of priority against faster pokemon. If attacking is not your strong suit, it can also go the utility route with Whirlwind and Glare to prevent setup from pokes like Stonjourner. While this may seem unstoppable, its defenses and speed are quite low, and in order to become powerful, it needs to have a layer of Toxic Spikes set up, leaving it vulnerable to Rapid Spinners and Defoggers. It also can't do anything to Walrein or other Steel-types, due to it being immune to poison and having enough defense to shrug off its Dark STAB and not having coverage for it. But watch out for this thing, because you may find your team 6-0'd at the drop of a hat if you don't have any checks for it.

Justification: The ultimate bane of set-up sweepers. A great defensive typing being immune to foes like Dubwool and Zacian locked into Close Combat, and amazing ability, multiple utility moves designed to screw over set-up sweepers, the ability to cripple them, plus reliable recovery to boot! It can easily take care of powerful foes like Stonjourner, Zacian, and Gumshoos, as well as being able to 1v1 Orbeetle with its STABs. Its flaws include a lack of useful resistances, weak special defense that leaves it open to Cherrim and Flare Boost Seismitoad, and low speed leaving it vulnerable to Taunt. Still, no set-up sweeper will ever want to stay when this enters!

Justification: Togekiss is meant to be a trapper that can fit in every archetype and which is more balanced than Dugtrio or Gothitelle. In contrary to the former, it is slower than most wallbreakers and needs a Choice Scarf to trap them, and due to Zephyr only lasting on turn, it can't trap walls that it doesn't OHKO (they can click recover on the turn they got trapped and then switch out). And unlike Gothitelle, it can't trap something for dozens of turn and use it as set up fodder, due to Zephyr nature.
+: Great type that gives Togekiss useful resistances and immunity and allows it to trap Pokemon like Snorlax and locked Gumshoos. Togekiss can fit on most archetype from offense to stall.
-: Weak STAB moves and coverage, reliance on Specs to break through walls and on Scarf to trap faster foes like Zacian and Cherim. Zephyr is a powerful ability but due to it only lasting on turn, Togekiss can't reliably remove a threat until it got weakened.

Lack of Roost or Recover means it is forced to use Wish for recovery, giving it heavy 4MSS. Also, it has a great defensive and offensive typing, meaning that it can function as a decent Calm Mind sweeper, however it is vulnerable to Stonjourner, along with other physical attackers due to its weak physical bulk.

Justification: Buzzwole is a pretty neat physical wall, being resistant to many of the Ground and Grass-types in the tier. It also uses Trick Room very well, since most of the attackers in the meta are fast. However, besides resisting Ground and Grass, its defensive typing is pretty lackluster, being hit by Zacian and Stojourner hard and weakening its viability of being a physical wall.

Justification: Wonder Room is a mildly interesting and wholly unused move so here’s my attempt of using it on an enabler. With Wonder Surge, Braviary can flip physical walls like Stonjourner and Walrein and hit them on their (likely) uninvested Special Defense stat. However, Braviary’s offensive typing is an awkward one, being walled by Steel-types (its only notable coverage attack is Superpower) and Orbeetle.

Justification: Coalossal is an interesting addition because it can boost Evasion with Defog predicts and also Defenses with Contrary Close Combat, making it very hard to kill. However, it has no way of boosting its Attack, thus requiring Hazards to worn out foes to get KOs. Solid Rock also lets Coalossal fit in the Hazard Stacking archetype, but as a Rapid Spinner and Hazard Setter instead of an abuser. Rapid Spin and Contrary don't go well together. Flash Fire gives it an immunity, but doesn't synergize well with the rest of its kit, it's a niche option. Topsy-Turvy was added as a niche option against opposting Set-up Sweepers.
With a Bug secondary typing, it beats Orbeetle with Bug STAB, and resists Zacian's STABs and gains an Attack boost off of its Intimidate. Bug also gives it neutral against Ground, which will probably be valuable seeing all Ground mons we have. Coalossal can also get Speed boosts off of Cotton Down Dubwool, avoiding doubled BP.
Stonjourner, Seismitoad and Walrein beat it.

Justification: Vibrava is an interesting trapper that can fit in both offense and stall teams. Sand Tomb's passive damage helps it put foes into KO range, though it also is only a temporary trapping effect. Stockpile in combination with STAB Power Trip offers it an unconventional way of setting up on foes. Eviolite compatibility is nice, but Binding Band sets may be used, which makes it deal 1/6 max HP passive damage per turn, combined with Protect and Roost.

Justification: Altaria can support the team in numerous ways, having access to Heal Bell, Defog, Haze, its own auto field effect and a status sponge ability. It lacks regular Altaria's set-up capabilities but doesn't suffer from being passive, as it has Draco Meteor and Dragon Ascent without downsides.
Altaria pairs well with Zacian, as it gains a Close Combat without Defense drops.

Justification: The idea was to replace the usual Haze you see on walls with another move that removed stat boosts. With Assimilation, Registeel becomes a set-up deterrent. It has the usual Registeel stats with a great tool at its disposal. Beats Intimidate Zacian with Mirror Armor. A set with Early Bird + Rest may be viable, but I wouldn't call it reliable. With Oblivious, Registeel becomes untauntable as a Rocks setter and RestTalk user, but loses out on the quicker Rest or stat drop bouncing.

Its typing leaves it walled by Poison, Ghost, and Steel types, which should prevent it from being a top tier attacker. However, it has some nice matchups against Zacian, Snorlax, and Orbeetle.

Prankster lets it run a Sub-Roost-Calm Mind set, as well. Its stats aren't stellar so it shouldn't be hard to take down with heavy offensive pressure.

Justification: Hail is a weather that hasn't been exploited in clean slate yet, so I figured that cs2 might be its time to shine. This mon can actualy support three different archetypes: hail, screens and hazard stack. Froslass carries both a lot of lead utility and the good offensive typing ice, which lets it hit the numerous ground types in the tier. But also due to this typing, it's very prone to being shutdown early by Cherrim or scarfs. Overall a pretty good lead whose effectiveness will depend on the eventual abusers.

Firstly, you have to wait until other slates have started before you can submit other Pokémon. You can look at other Pet Mods that have active slates. In the meantime here are some comments.
Sylveon and Perrserker are just generic Pokémon that do not fulfil a specific archetype, so I doubt they will get a pass later on. Also Sylveon lacks stats and I am unclear as to how it's secondary ability works.
Morpeko looks a little too broken at its job. It would grasp the entire Hazard lead game at its throat and leave little other viable avenues. It would be the only good suicide lead, only good screen setter; you get the idea. That 180 speed tier, Prankster Taunt and the ability to spin any enemy hazards certainly doesn't help either. It's bulk is even pretty passable considering you won't ever need to invest in speed.
Glaceon is pretty cool. Weather sweepers are cool, especially under rated ones like Hail.
