Eh, you may EV train and keep a copy of everything you train. :) Do you have an emulator?

Hm, well I thought I could send you a save file with the Pokémon I need EV'd on it, and when you're done, you can send me the original save file, and keep a copy of the file for yourself. But if you don't have an emulator and a flashcart, it wouldn't be possible.
