Well it's Shiny and flawless, so what would the odds be? Anyway, I RNG abused it on my Platinum game a few years ago. Besides, I do have a post near the bottom of the first page, which lists all my 6th gen Soft Resets. :)

Also, is it possible for you to RNG a Raikou with HP Ground? I'm needing one to go with a Doubles team for the Battle Mansion to rack up BP for items and stuff.

Hm well, I don't have that much regular Raikous yet, so I might be able to do that. I do need to finish my Beldum first in Platinum, after that I'll give it a shot.
