Could someone please rate my team?

Hello all,
Could someone please give me some pointers on my team? I am relatively new to competitive battling, so it might not be very good. Thanks in advance. :)

Here is my team:

Roserade @focus sash
timid nature
natural cure
leaf storm, sleep powder, toxic spikes, rest
252 speed, 252 sp. att., 6 hp

Roserade serves as my team's lead. Leaf storm is for stealth rock users like hippowdon and swampert, and sleep powder is for incapacitating other entry hazard layers like forretress and ferrothorn. Toxic spikes is the crux of this set, as entry hazards are really important, so it seems. I would have used hidden power fire in place of rest, but I was having troubles getting the exact IVs for it. So, rest seemed like a nice alternative, considering roserade can make use of it with natural cure.

Milotic @leftovers
bold nature
marvel scale
scald, ice beam, dragon tail, recover
252 hp, 126 def, 126 sp. def., 6 sp. att.

Milotic serves as the water-type pokemon in my "grass water fire" trine, protecting chandelure and roserade from water and fire moves, respectively. She also gains a cool niche in protecting dragonite from fatal ice-type moves. While scald may seem a little counter-productive with roserade's toxic spikes, it could burn something on the off-chance that the toxic spikes get spun away or absorbed by opposing poison types (namely toxicroak). Ice beam takes care of opposing dragon-types, while dragon tail serves to phaze opponents and spread toxic spikes damage. Recover keeps her alive, so she can continue walling the opponent if necessary.

Chandelure @life orb/leftovers
modest nature
flash fire
shadow ball, fire blast, substitute, pain split
252 sp. att., 252 speed, 6 hp

Chandelure serves to protect roserade from fire type attacks, as the fire type pokemon in my "grass water fire" trine. Chandelure gets a boost from fire moves courtesy of flash fire, and can then proceed to set up a substitute and do some damage with STAB shadow ball and fire blast. Pain split can keep her alive so she can set up more substitutes and fire off more attacks.

Hitmontop @leftovers/rocky helmet
impish nature
intimidate
close combat, rapid spin, rest, foresight
252 hp, 110 attack, 70 def, 78 sp. def.

Hitmontop serves as the rapid spinner on my team, as my team could greatly benefit from removal of entry hazards. With intimidate and impish nature, hitmontop doesn't fear non-boosted physical attacks, and can then spin away crippling entry hazards. Close combat is a STAB move, while rest keeps him alive. Hitmontop isn't bothered by rest-induced sleep, as Blissey can use aromatherapy to wake him up. Foresight ensures that ghost types don't block rapid spin.

Blissey @leftovers
bold nature
natural cure
flamethrower, toxic, softboiled, aromatherapy
252 hp, 252 def, 6 sp. def.

Blissey is one of the most annoying pokemon in the game, but I do believe she merits a place on my team. Blissey can heal the team of status problems with aromatherapy, and remain unharmed by status herself courtesy of natural cure. While strong physical fighting moves may bother her, chandelure can switch in on an expected close combat or hi jump kick. I would by all means use "wish blissey" if I had it, but alas, I do not. Fortunately she has some staying power thanks to softboiled.

Dragonite @life orb/leftovers
jolly nature
multiscale
dragon claw, fire punch, dragon dance, roost
252 hp, 126 att, 126 speed, 6 sp. def.

I love dragonite. Multiscale is an awesome new ability that makes her really shine. :) Dragonite serves as the main sweeper on my team, possessing massive power and considerable bulk thanks to hp investment and multiscale. Dragon dance is for setting up a sweep, and roost if for keeping her alive while keeping multiscale intact. Dragon claw is the STAB move of choice, since outrage locks dragonite into one move and prevents roost recovery for 2-3 turns. Fire punch provides good coverage with dragon claw and can deal with steel-types that resist dragon claw.
My whole team, I would think, is built around protecting or helping dragonite in some way. Roserade sets up entry hazards and puts potential counters to sleep, milotic protects dragonite from ice moves and deals well with opposing dragons, chandelure helps sweep away forretress/ferrothorn/scizor (all of whom dragonite hates), hitmontop spins away crippling stealth rock which dragonite hates, and blissey keeps dragonite healthy with aromatherapy.

I'm not sure if this needs pictures or something, it might be needed so this isn't closed but I forget.

Dragonite might want outrage or extremespeed for priority/higher power, and I would put life orb or something else other than leftovers on at least one slashed pokemon since almost everything seems to have it, maybe hitmontop(who doesn't really need impish if he already has intimidate). That's really all I can think of right now.

No, it doesn't need pictures. But every Pokémon needs to have its own individual description, because a single giant block of text like that is really hard to analyze.

Also, this would count as an OU team. In the standard tiers (so not counting VGC, etc.), the team is determined by whichever member is in the highest tier. Even if it were 1 OU and 5 NUs, it would still be OU.
