Pet Mod Crossover Chaos Expanded - Part II

I suppose now is as good a time as any to bring back this dingus.

Pokémon: George the Volcano
Type: Water/Rock
Ability: Volcanicity* / Rain Dish / Harvest
*Grants the user the resistances of a Fire-type (including Fire, downgrading the quad)
Signature Move: Wild Minerals - Rock, Special, 85 BP, 100% Acc, 10 PP | If the target is Water-type, its Special Defense is lowered by 1 stage.
Other Moves: Water Spout, Steam Eruption, Hydro Pump, Scald, Liquidation, Ancient Power, Stone Edge, Rock Slide, Earth Power, Earthquake, Bulldoze, Energy Ball, Hyper Voice, Hidden Power, Mega Punch, Smelling Salts, Wake-Up Slap, Natural Gift, Nature Power, Stockpile, Swallow, Spit Up, Life Dew, Wish, Attract, Captivate, Sweet Scent, Recycle, Refresh, Purify, Rain Dance, Soak, Stealth Rock, Roar, Swagger, Confide
Z-Move: Grab Life by the Conkers - Water, Other | The user recovers up to 50% max HP and has all stats boosted. Affects adjacent allies in Doubles/Triples. | Base: Life Dew | Z-Crystal: Volvium Z
Stats: 150/100/120/100/60/5 | 535 BST
Reasoning: An iconic character in the YouTube Poop fandom, George here is a strange type of volcano that spews filtered water instead of lava. (Volcanoes are ordinarily fiery, hence the effect of Volcanicity.) His self-proclaimed "handsome volcano rocks" make his Rock typing obligatory (and prior to that, "rain filters down" explains Rain Dish), thus his Rock-type signature move is obligatory because Ancient Power is rubbish and Power Gem doesn't fit. As for his coverage: he gets Ground moves due to being stuck in the ground; Mega Punch because he has big fists; Hyper Voice and Roar after the first commercial; natural, healing, and status-cleansing moves from the idea behind filtered water; and personality-related moves (Attract, Swagger, and the like) from how he behaves in the second commercial. Speaking of the second commercial, the fruit he happens to have in the beginning of it is the inspiration for Harvest and Recycle.
(Sorry for the potato quality, but it gets the point across.)

Pokémon: Poison Ivy
Franchise: DC
Type:

Ability: Poison Touch | Poison Point | [HA] Cute Charm
Moves: Giga Drain, Bullet Seed, Seed Bomb, Leaf Storm, Petal Dance, Petal Blizzard, Power Whip, Energy Ball, Grass Knot, Grassy Glide, Leaf Blade, Wood Hammer, Poison Jab, Cross Poison, Knock Off, Brick Break, Draining Kiss, High Horsepower, Pin Missile, Leech Seed, Synthesis, Spiky Shield, Grassy Terrain, Spore, Corrosive Gas, Toxic Spikes, Spikes, Lovely Kiss, Hypnosis, Sweet Kiss
Stats: 82 HP/127 Atk/90 Def/80 SpA/90 SpD/65 Spe (524 BST)

Poison Ivy @ Leftovers
Ability: Poison Point
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Leech Seed
- Knock Off
- Spore
- Toxic Spikes / Spikes

Poison Ivy @ Assault Vest
Ability: Poison Touch
EVs: 160 HP / 252 Atk / 96 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Wood Hammer
- Knock Off
- Poison Jab
- High Horsepower

Reasoning: Poison Ivy is an ecoterrorist. She has a unique physiology that makes her part plant, while she also has masterful control over plants. She can grow entire trees and large vines and take apart buildings with them. She can grow cacti, produce spiky plants, and even create horses from plants. She is highly durable. Her skin is highly toxic, and she can use pheromones to control men and women.

The Forest Spirit gives life and takes life away. Life and death are his alone.
Pokemon: Forest Spirit
Franchise: Ghibli/Princess Mononoke
Type
:

Ability: Natural Cure, Grassy Surge, Night-Walker
Night-Walker:
Similar to Hunger Switch, after two turns, changes its form to Night-Walker and reverts back to Spirit form at the end of the next turn. If attacked in Night-Walker form before its turn, its next move deals one third recoil damage.

Notable Moves: All Grass-type moves, Heal Bell, Wish, Moonblast, Dark Pulse, Geomancy, Healing Wish, Megahorn, Earthquake, Earth Power, Destiny Bond, universal moves such as Substitute.

Spirit form Stats
: 95 / 106 / 90 / 82 / 109 / 78 (560 BST)
Night-Walker Stats: 95 / 153 / 113 / 157 / 122 / 20 (660 BST)

Reasoning: The Forest Spirit is the guardian of nature and is known as the god of life and death. Despite its godly reverence it's proven that it is very kill-able, however its death comes at a dire consequence. In the movie, Princess Mononoke, the Forest Spirit transforms into a Night-Walker at midnight and turns into a giant lizard-like spirit. It learns all Grass-type moves due to being a nature spirit with an affinity to the forest as well as sharing some moves with Xerneas since they seem to be based on the same deity and have similar in-universe powers. It knows some healing moves and Destiny Bond due to having power of life and death. When adapting it's Night-Walker ability, I attempted to find some balance between Power Construct Zygarde and Regigigas while keeping its effect similar to its role in Princess Mononoke.

Anime Fate/Apocrypha Rider of Black (Fate/Apocrypha) Wallpaper | Anime, Astolfo fate, Fate anime series

Pokémon: Astolfo
Origin: Fate/Apocrypha
Type: Fairy/Fighting
Abilities: Cute Charm/Simple/Evaporation of Sanity (Super Luck and Sniper effects, but instead raises the critical rate by +2)
Notable moves: Charm, Captivate, Fly, Brave Bird, Sacred Sword, Play Rough, Return, Pin Missile, Slash, Night Slash, Smart Strike, Close Combat, Drill Peck, Fury Attack, Step Slash, Swords Dance, Trap of Argalia, Spirit Break, King's Shield, Double Team, Fake Out, Knock Off, Acrobatics, U-Turn, Superpower, Nasty Plot, Focus Blast, Moonblast, Cyclone Slash, Power Whip, Hurricane, Focus Energy, Bulk Up, Teleport, Fake Out, Stored Power, Boomburst, Beat Up, universal TMs since X&Y
Signature move: Trap of Argalia: Fairy-type, Physical, 100 BP, 100% Accuracy, 5 PP, Paralyzes the target.
Z-Move: Hippogriff - Otherworldly Phantom Horse: Flying-type, Physical, 200 BP, Requires NPium-Z and Brave Bird to work. Ignores the opponent's Defense buffs.
Stats: 110/60/60/80/60/100 (470)
Reasoning: Everyone's hated femboy is here. He came from a light novel so he counts here. I'm just going with the cute feminine appearance to basically describe the fairy typing and the "charming" aspects like Cute Charm and other moves. Fighting is because he's a sworduser and under the Rider class of servants.Simple thanks to his lack of intelligence for interesting reasons, and Evaporation of Sanity is a skill that basically describes why he's like this. In-game, it's related to critical hit stuff so that's what it does here, and also adds to his really high Luck stat. His stats do match those mentioned in F/GO, weak but fairly fast and also having a high HP stat. Moves are related to his sword and spear slashing-onves, as well as using his Hippogriff as a attacking mount and a bunch of ludicrous stuff relating to the ton of NPs he's known to have. Trap of Argalia is a skill he has where it may stun the opponent, so it paralyzes with a chance of flinching as well as doing damage (it's his spear). His NP Z-Move works just like in F/GO, but without the Evasion buff because that's horrible.

Following form is obtainable outside of battle.
Saber Astolfo : Astolfo

Form: Astolfo-Saber
Type: Fairy/Fighting
Abilities: Cute Charm/Long Reach/Evaporation of Sanity (Super Luck and Sniper effects, but instead raises the critical rate by +2)
Z-Move: Vulcano Caligorante - Fortuitous Abduction Net: Steel-type, Physical, 200 BP, Requires NPium-Z and Power Whip to work. Traps the opponent until Astolfo switches out. Prevents the opponent's team from activating their Mega Evolution/Z-Move/Dynamax for the rest of the battle.
Stats: 140/90/80/100/80/120 (610)
Reasoning: This form is to represent his new form obtained around the Christmas 2019 event in F/GO. Gone is the Hippogriff and in is a chain sword. Levitate is replaced with Long Reach due to this. The Z-Move is his NP, which traps opponents (because it can capture anything, even gods) and seals off their NP for a turn, but I made it a bit better. The stats are now adjusted to match the stats seen in game. Keeping Evaporation of Sanity because he's still insane, but only slightly less.

Pokémon: Winged Goddess
Franchise/Origin: Star Wars
Type:

Ability: Fairy Aura
Notable moves: Moonblast, Psych Up, Air Slash, Purify, Hurricane, Healing Wish, Roost, Haze, Dazzling Gleam, Energy Ball, Calm Mind, Recover, Leech Seed, Spirit's Peace
Signature move: Spirits Peace - Raises the highest stat two stages. 20 pp, max 24 pp
Signature Z-Move / G-Max Move: Nope
Stats: 110/60/100/95/130/80 (575)
Reasoning: So even though this sub is called the Winged Goddess, I took a lot of elements from the Daughter, because THEY ARE THE SAME PERSON/DEITY STAR WARS YOU CAN'T TRICK ME. *Ahem* Anyways, the Winged Goddess represents the peace of plants and the Nightsisters. Also, grass could have worked too, but fairy because the Daughter is the incarnation of the light side of the force.

Pokémon: Fanged God
Franchise/Origin: Star Wars
Type:

Ability: Dark Aura
Notable moves: Dark Pulse, Shadow Ball, Destiny Bond, Night Slash, Crunch, Dragon Dance, Swords Dance, Nasty Plot, Dragon Claw, Outrage, Draco Meteor, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Psychic, Memento, Toxic, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Crimson Lightning
Signature move: Crimson Lightning - Dark, 100 BP Special Move, 30% Flinch, 10 pp, max 12 pp
Signature Z-Move / G-Max Move: Nope
Stats: 80/80/75/130/90/120 (575)
Reasoning: The counterpart of the Winged Goddess, he represents the animals. Also, I took alot of stuff from the Son because again, they are the same person.

Pokémon: MonsterVerse Godzilla
Typing:

Ability: Poison Heal / Regenerator
Moves: Atomic Breath, Aqua Tail, Liquidation, Aqua Jet, Dive, Surf, Superpower, Body Press, Submission, Heavy Slam, Iron Tail, Earthquake, Throat Chop, Crunch, Dragon Claw, Dragon Tail, Double Edge, Stomp, Tail Slap, Slack Off, Rest.
Signature Move: Atomic Breath (140 BP |
|
| 8 PP | - 90 % Accuracy | The first time this move is used, takes 1 turn of charge. During this turn, the attack of the opponent(s) will be lowered by one stage.
Stats: 90/130/100/120/70/90 (600)
Reasoning: Deadass only subbed this because Pika asked me if fairy type Godzilla would actually make sense The 2nd American recon of the Japanese monster, unlike a large number of previous versions of the character, Monsterverse's Godzilla is a naturally evolved organism whose main mission is that of securing the balance of Earth, ence the Fairy typing. Water because he spends most of its life underwater and is a very capable underwater fighter. Regenerator represents his regenerative abilities and Poison Heal represents how radiation enhances these abilities. Atomic Breath is Godzilla's signature attack and as seen in the movies, it only needs to charge the first time it has been used in battles. Godzilla has also shown the ability to use the glow of his spines during the "charging" period to intimidate the crew of Castle Bravo. The rest of his moveset is almost purely physical aside from Surf (due to the tsunami he caused in his entrance to Honolulu) in reference to how the Atomic Breath seems to be a last resort weapon while physical combat usually takes priority. Slack Off and Rest are references to his inbernation-like state that allowed him to survive several extinction events.

Pokémon: Enkidu

Typing: Ground
Ability: Unaware / Mimicry / No Guard
Moves: Shore Up, Nature Power, Natural Gift, Nature's Madness, Earth Power, Mud Shot, Mud Slap, Muddy Water, Thrash, Thousand Arrows, Secret Sword, Slash, Mirror Move, Copycat, Stealth Rock, Roar
Stats: 100/100/100/100/100/100 (600)
G-Max Move: G-Max Enuma Elish (variable BP | Ground | Physical | traps opponents)
Reasoning: Ground and Ground-type moves from being literally made of mud. Also Stealth Rock for the same reason. Thousand Arrows, Secret Sword and Slash from him being able to make weapons out of mud (literally thousands of them).

Nature moves, Thrash and Roar for being originally a wild beast created by nature gods. Unaware for not knowing about humanity, Mirror Move and Copycat for trying to imitate humanity when coming in contact with it. Mimicry because beast that can camouflage and shapeshift. No Guard because of amazing presence detection. Gigantamax form for being able to turn into a giant chain.

Pokémon: Kabuto Yakushi

Signature Move: Chakra Scalpel - Fighting-type, physical Pollen Puff clone, but ignores Defense boosts, and is an Aura move instead of Ballistic move.
Stats: 120/100/90/100/90/90 (590)

Mega: Kabuto Yakushi-Sage (works like Mega Rayquaza, takes the Mega slot, but needs Meditate in his movepool instead of a Mega Stone)
Type: Poison/Dragon
Ability: Regenerator
Stats: 120/115/100/115/100/140 (690)

Reasoning: Kabuto does things.

Pokemon: Battra (Imago)
Type: Bug/Dark
Abilities: Levitate/Tinted Lens/Justified
Additional Moves: U-turn, Quiver Dance, Powder, Punishment, Energy Ball, Sleep Powder, Stun Spore, Air Slash, Defog, Dual Wingbeat, Fly, Roost, Sky Drop, Agility, Magic Coat, Poison Powder, Outrage
Stats: 80/90/75/115/100/80 (540 BST)

Description: The dark twin of Mothra, Battra was first spawned from the Earth 12,000 years ago in order to put a technologically advanced civilization back in its place on behalf of Nature- and went a bit farther than the Earth had intended (he was so angry that everyone died), forcing Mothra to battle him and establish a millennia-long rivalry. With his strong desire to protect the Earth from all threats, Battra quickly determined that humanity was the biggest threat to the planet, and believes the only way to save Earth is through mankind's utter annihilation. This genocidal bug earns Hustle through his determination, Tinted Lens as a Bug standard (also representing his twisted view of humanity) and Justified since his mission is still mainly about protecting the natural world (he will occasionally put aside his bloodlust for the good of Earth); his adult form swaps Hustle for Levitate for his newfound flight capabilities.

Larva's movepool mostly sticks to STAB options, plus Nature Power and Ancient Power for his origin, some Water moves for his surprising aquatic agility, Dig from his burrowing ability, Psychic from his latent telepathy and several Electric moves representing his Prism Beams. Upon maturation, Battra becomes much more agile and gains aerial mobility. He can also disperse a strange powder, rebound his beams, fire energy blasts, and is far more effective at dealing out his own brand of punishment. Finally, stats are a bit lower than most kaiju since Tinted Lens + Quiver Dance is a fearsome combo.

– 210 BP – Deals damage using the target's Defense instead of Special Defense. Ignores target's Defense stat changes.
Z-MoveRequires Argalia Lock and Lunar Astolfonium Z – Vulcano Caligorante –
– 185 BP - Deals dual-type damage, with Steel as primary type and Fairy as secondary type. Deals damage using the target's Special Defense instead of Defense. Prevents target from fleeing or switching out as long as user remains in battle.
Stats: 78/78/60/75/70/112 (BST: 473)

When holding a Lunar Astolfonium Z during battle, he will change into his Saber Form.
Stats (Saber): 78/91/69/92/85/130 (BST: 545)

Reasoning: Fairy-type as primary type due to his design containing copious amounts of pink, his capricious behavior, his ties to the moon for attempting to steal it from the heavens, and his warped morality. Steel-type due to being a paladin of Charlemagne and often wielding multiple metal weapons in battle, like an ordinary sword and the Trap of Argalia. The Trap of Argalia, the spear used for one of his Noble Phantasms, is represented by his only signature move that is not a Z-move, the rest are Z-Moves based on his Noble Phantasms, the two that were specifically used as his Noble Phantasm in Fate/Grand Order. Argalia Lock has a chance to paralyze the target instead of disabling certain moves like Disable and Taunt due to the paralysis better presenting its ability to make its target unable to fight due to movement and spiritual-based binding. Astolfo's numerous amounts of Noble Phantasm is canon are (partially) to blame for his massive movepool, a bunch of which fits his knightly status, his obtuse and manic personality, and the usage of the Noble Phantasm, La Black Luna. La Black Luna is the result of his ability to learn many sound-based moves that fits the Noble Phantasm thematically such as Boomburst, Uproar, and Perish Song. His stats are very much inspired by his parameters, most of which increase in rank when he is a Saber as shown in Fate/Grand Order. This notable parameter (and therefore base stat) increase resulted in his Saber form being locked away by a thematic and different version of his Astolfonium Z to provide some sort of balance to his Saber variant being strictly better in almost all regards, similar to Ultra Necrozma being also locked away by a Z-Crystal. His primary ability is Super Luck, owing to a very high Luck parameter of A+, which is assumed to be very much highlighted in many parts of Type-Moon's works featuring him. Simple became his hidden ability due to his capricious and reckless, sanity-evaporated nature, with high impulse and little in the way of analysis. Unlike Bidoof and Bibarel, the choice of Simple is not for a lack of intelligence but for his unusual ways of using it to his advantage and to accentuate his want for independence despite often being forgetful about such machinations, especially during folklore when he totally forgot why he wanted to steal the moon in the first place in the Matter of France, thus making this case of carrying Simple as an ability more like Swoobat.

Signature Move Data: Psionic Force
95 bp, 95% acc, 5-8 pp, Pulse-based, Bypasses Substitutes and breaks Protection
Signature Move Details: Bypasses Substitutes (but does not remove them) and breaks Protection. Ignores type-based immunities of all active Pokémon. User cannot move next turn.
Signature Move Description: Cosmo unleashes an inescapable pulse
Flavorful Justification: Mewtwo's a Psychic cat. Mew's a Psychic cat. Espurr's a Psychic cat. Meowstic are Psychic cats. Espeon's a Psychic… creature-thing? Cosmo's a Psychic dog. For all the Dog Pokémon Psychic cat Pokémon out there, there are no obviously Psychic dog Pokémon.
Competitive Justification: Cosmo's a lover, not a fighter. That's why he's got most of the supportive Status moves; he uses his power to protect in ways no other dog could. He's more understanding than… well, I could go on. Anyway, he is quite capable of fighting, though, and does not hold back when necessary, even against allies. Thus, being a skilled telekineticist, he can use many moves commonly accessible to most Psychic types.

Pokémon: Ruby Rose
Type: Grass/Fire
Ability: Sniper / Botanize (Grass-type Galvanize)
Moves: Leaf Blade, Petal Blizzard, Close Combat, Psycho Cut, Acrobatics, Aerial Ace, Extreme Speed, Slash, Quick Attack, Feint, Sucker Punch, U-turn, Fury Cutter, Energy Ball, Flamethrower, Gravity Dust (Normal-type Volt Switch variant), Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Discharge, Hurricane, Razor Wind, Vacuum Wave, Whirlwind, Gen 8 universal TMs
Z-Move: Silver Eyes - Fire, Special, 180 BP | Super-effective against Dark. Inflicts paralysis. | Requires Flamethrower and Rubium Z
Stats: 77/86/61/102/75/133 | 534 BST
Reasoning: This sprightly young huntress is a weapons fanatic with a rose motif fitting her surname and Grass typing. As for Fire, well...perhaps expressions like "firearms," "firepower," and "fire in the eyes" are partly convincing of that...plus the rose petals have to disappear somehow. Speaking of firearms, she gets Sniper because her weapon of choice is a modified sniper rifle, and Botanize because the rose petals in question are left behind in trails via her semblance.

Pokémon: Ryukyu (Ryuko Tatsuma)
Type: Normal/Dragon
Ability: Strong Jaw / Tough Claws / Multiscale
Moves: Return, Frustration, Body Slam, Crush Claw, Hyper Fang, Strength, Slash, Cut, Dragon Claw, Dragon Rush, Outrage, Dragon Tail, Fly, Dual Wingbeat, Wing Attack, Crunch, Jaw Lock, Earthquake, Body Press, Metal Claw, Bind, Superpower, Protect, Roost, Whirlwind, Defog, Dragon Dance, Bulk Up
Stats: 120/100/100/60/80/60 | 580 BST
Reasoning: Ryukyu's Quirk, called Dragon, lets her transform into a large western dragon. In this form, she can fly and possesses enhanced strength and durability, the former particularly in her jaws and claws. However, she maintains her humanity enough for Normal/Dragon to be appropriate.

Pokémon: Vritra-Draconic (Uber form)
Type: Dragon/Flying
Ability: Wind Barrier (renamed Delta Stream) / Regenerator
Moves: Mew's movepool since Gen V + Draco Meteor
Stats: 100/120/130/120/130/90 | 690 BST

Using a key item called the Dark Matter Compressor (similar to the Prison Bottle), Vritra can change form between Draconic and Humanoid.

Form: Vritra-Humanoid
Type: Dragon/Normal
Ability: Synchronize / Regenerator
Stats: 100/80/70/120/130/100 | 600 BST

Reasoning: "Black" Vritra is the originator of dark matter—the essence of dragons, a mysterious material capable of being transmuted into just about anything. She is the asexual mother of Kili Surtr Muspelheim, who uses dark matter as a means of creating counterfeit DNA (hence Vritra's relation to Mew) and healing wounds (thus Regenerator). (Volume 1 of the light novel was published mid 2013, i.e. during the fifth generation.)
At first, she wrought havoc in a gargantuan draconic form capable of flight (i.e. part Flying), but in Volume 7 of the light novel, she appeared to the Brynhildr class as a human (Normal) girl ironically resembling a smaller Kili (after creating a wind barrier, hence her signature Ability in Draconic form) in order to negotiate with Tia Lightning, the successor of "Green" Yggdrasil.

Pokémon: Iris Freyja
Type: Dragon/Rock
Ability: Klutz / Competitive
Signature Move: Caduceus Blast - Dragon, Special, 100 BP, 95% Acc, 20 PP | Non-contact Jump Kick variant. Hits Fairy-types through their immunity.
Other Moves: Rest (Yep, that's it.)
Z-Move: Basilisk's Catastrophe - Rock, Special, 200 BP | The use of this move clears all field effects. | Base: Caduceus Blast | Z-Crystal: Basilium Z
Stats: 90/80/90/100/125/70 | 555 BST
Reasoning: Dragon-type because she has "control" over dark matter (the essence of dragons)—using the term loosely because her transmutation attempts always result in explosions (hence Caduceus Blast, named after the staff that constitutes her fictional armament). Rock-type because the events of Volume 3 led her to become the successor of "Red" Basilisk, a dragon whose skin is covered in diamonds (and after whom her Z-Move is named). Klutz and Competitive are personality traits of hers, while Rest is a universal move.
Her signature incantation is, "O holy silver, explode!" This, in part, justifies the immunity bypassing of Caduceus Blast. Basilisk's Catastrophe is a technique that drastically speeds up the effect of time on whatever it encompasses, which is tough to represent in realmons without making it overpowered.

Lum Invader @ Choice Band
Ability: Technician
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Aerial Ace
- Wild Charge
- Bite / Boomerang
- Jump Kick
Reasoning: Lum is an Oni alien who comes to Earth and falls in love with Ataru. Her appearance gets all the boys to fall in love with her. She can fly, and use powerful electric shocks (that get stronger when she's angry). She can also absorb electricity, making her own shocks stronger. She chases Ataru around when he tries to avoid her, shocking him in various ways. Lum's horns can relieve the symptoms of diseases. She has fangs and occasionally bites with them. She did a jumping kick once, and sometimes uses a wood hammer (like many characters in the show). Lum uses various alien devices, including strength pills (Bulk Up), fossil revivers (Ancient Power), air conditioning ice blocks (Icy Wind, Ice Shard), memory erasers (Amnesia), weather controllers (Rain Dance, Sunny Day), boomerang disks (Boomerang), sticky guns (Sticky Web).

Pokémon: Kikyo
Franchise: Inuyasha
Type:

Ability: Wandering Spirit | Shrine Maiden of Paradise (See Reimu Hakurei.) | [HA] Soul Collectors (If a Pokemon faints, the user regains health equal to 50% of the fainted Pokemon's HP.) | [Event] Magic Bounce
Moves: Shadow Ball, Hex, Shadow Claw, Drill Run, Arrow Shot, Ancient Power, Night Slash, Light Arrow (See Zelda.), Psycho Cut, Mirror Coat, Destiny Bond, Calm Mind, Magic Coat, Purify, Recover, Wish
Stats: 104 HP/80 Atk/60 Def/80 SpA/140 SpD/36 Spe (500 BST)

Kikyo @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Bounce / Shrine Maiden of Paradise
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Wish
- Destiny Bond
- Mirror Coat
- Light Arrow
Reasoning: Kikyo is a priestess with strong spiritual powers responsible for guarding the Shikon Jewel, until she was taken along with it in a fire. However, she was resurrected, with her soul being put in a body of clay. She wanders around and helps those in need, treating their wounds. Kikyo uses a bow, using it to fight demons. She can enchant her arrows to strengthen them. She also once wielded a knife. Kikyo commands several Soul Collectors who gather lost souls and put them in her, which keeps her alive. She was able to reflect someone's curse back at them. She once almost dragged Inuyasha into the afterlife with her.

Pokémon: Ned Bigby
Franchise: Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide
Type:

Ability: Survival Guide (When the user is targeted with an attack, they become a random single type that resists that attack.)
Moves: Sketch (one usage), Fake Out, Hyper Voice, Boomburst, Double-Edge, Drill Run, Night Slash, Knock Off, Fling, Drain Punch, Brick Break, Psychic, Psycho Cut, Surf, Liquidation, Wood Hammer, X-Scissor, Air Slash, Recover, Heal Bell, Safeguard, Defog, Tailwind, Whirlwind, Bulk Up, Iron Defense, Soak
Stats: 150 HP/64 Atk/85 Def/64 SpA/85 SpD/64 Spe (509 BST)

Ned Bigby @ Red Card
Ability: Survival Guide
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Impish Nature
- Defog
- Recover
- Heal Bell
- Knock Off

Reasoning: Ned does a survival guide where he provides tips on a wide variety of problems, telling how to survive them. He is always able to come up with solutions. He gets Hyper Voice and Boomburst cause of yelling "NO" really loud, Drill Run and Wood Hammer cause he was in woodshop briefly, slashing moves cause of dissection, wind moves cause of a giant fan, Water-type moves from a car wash, Bulk Up cause of a weightlifting competition, Double-Edge cause of a time he was trying to get a nickname, Sketch because doodles can be seen in the survival guide, and Iron Defense cause of often traveling through the vents.

“I'll work hard to become a witch who can make everyone smile. Because to me, magic is the most wonderful thing in the entire world!”
Akko final design

Signature Z-Move: Shiny Ballista - Converted from Shiny Arc using Makmurium Z | Fairy | Special | 180 Base Power
Stats: 120/45/95/95/95/90
Stats (Mega): 120/50/120/120/120/110

Reasoning: Atsuko Kagari, more commonly known by her nickname Akko, is the number 1 fangirl of Shiny Chariot and the main protagonist of Little Witch Academia. Normal/Fairy as she’s a witch, albeit due to being from a non-magical family, having a low work ethic at first, and having most of her magic unintentionally drained from her by Chariot herself, she was arguably more muggle than witch for the first half of the show. Competitive due to her relationship with Diana. She very much disliked the Cavendish at first due to her greater skill at magic, attitude, and seeming flawlessness. Not helped by her own insecurities about her own magic. Transform references her skill with the Metamorphosis spell. Encore, Decorate, Charm, Follow Me are her showman tendencies, born from Chariot. Prankster and Nasty Plot represent the chaos her impulsiveness and recklessness cause. Dream Eater and Nightmare are from her adventures in Sucy’s mindscape in “Sleeping Sucy”. Signature Moves are the First to Sixth Words to Arcturus. Her mega form represents the seventh. The Seven Words of Arcturus are seven special words that form a spell with the power to break the seal of Grand Triskelion, World-Changing Magic. Grand Triskelion, the ability, represents how using the world-changing magic needed the support of everyone across the nation.

“Now I've figured it out. The reason for that runaway growth in your power level compared to my own. It's anger, isn't it? Watching us hurt your son made you angry which made you stronger. So that's how Saiyans' strength works. How primal. Turning your fleeting raw emotions into power! Only a pathetic mortal like yourself could thrive on a tactic that unrefined, which explains why it took so long to realize it. But if that's what fuels this body, I shall use my anger! Anger toward the mortals who defile the universe. Anger toward the other gods who have tolerated such behavior. And most importantly, the white hot rage I now feel toward myself for letting you get the upper hand on me in our battle!”
Dragon Ball - Goku Black / Characters - TV Tropes

Pokémon: Goku Black
Origin: Dragon Ball Super
Type: Fighting/Dark
Ability: Competitive/Defiant
H. Ability: Anger Point
Moves: Bide, Power-Up Punch, Superpower, Close Combat, Counter, Force Palm, Double-Edge, Mach Punch, Thunder Punch, Ice Punch, Fire Punch, Night Slash, Knock Off, Taunt, Perish Song, Roar, Lunge, Low Kick, High Jump Kick, Jump Kick, Drain Punch, Mega Punch, Dynamic Punch, Sucker Punch, Mega Kick, Heavy Slam, Bullet Punch, Play Rough, Air Slash, Cross Chop, Protect, Bulk Up, Earthquake, Hurricane, Fly, Sacred Sword, Secret Sword, Outrage, Vacuum Wave, Nasty Plot, Psycho Cut, U-turn, Mirror Coat, Metal Burst, Telekinesis, Swords Dance, Agility, Acupressure, Flare Blitz, Force Choke, Exterminate, Ancient Power, Ominous Wind, No Retreat
Signature Move: Sickle of Sorrow | Dark | Special | 105 Base Power | 30PP | 80% accuracy | High Critical Rate
Stats: 80/115/80/115/80/105

Reasoning: Goku Black, usually referred to as Black, is the main antagonist of the "Future" Trunks Saga of Dragon Ball Super. His true identity is the original present Zamasu, a former North Kai and Supreme Kai apprentice serving the Supreme Kai of Universe 10, Gowasu, from the unaltered main timeline, in which he stole the body of the original present Goku with the Super Dragon Balls. Typing is Fighting/Dark, which represents Goku Black being an Evil Goku. Competitive and Defiant are both a reference to Goku’s abilities and Goku Black increased adaptive saiyan biology. Anger Point from how he finds that he can draw power from anger. Movepool is filled with Fighting but much Dark, as Zamasu is unaware, or ignoring, how evil he actually is. All filled with Stat raising moves, which reference his ever growing power. Exterminate represents the “Zero Mortal Plan”. Sickle of Sorrow is a scythe made of ki he made after reflecting on the power of anger.

Manga

Mega Pokémon: Goku Black
Mega Type: Fighting/Dark
Mega Ability: Anger Point
Stats: 80/140/90/140/90/135

Reasoning: Super Saiyan Rosé, the Supreme Kai counterpart to Super Saiyan Blue. Like a cross between the normal Super Saiyan and Super Saiyan Blue. As such, it is a cross between those forms here, being balanced, but offensive, which is also in keeping with Black’s fighting style.

"I'm the Grim Reaper."

Pokémon: Scarlet
Origin: I'm the Grim Reaper
Type: Dark/Ghost
Ability: Sturdy/Justified
H. Ability: Reaper - Every time she KO's an opponent, she recovers ⅓ of her health. When she goes below 30% HP or is locked into a move, she transforms into a berserker form. She can’t heal by herself with this move, whether by draining moves or items. Healing moves (i.e. Pollen Puff) will revert her to normal, but not heal her.
Moves: Sucker Punch, Shadow Force, Throat Chop, Knock Off, Thief, Night Slash, Superpower, Sacred Sword, Behemoth Strike, Leech Life, U-turn, Giga Drain, Drain Punch, Swords Dance, Shadow Sneak, Shadow Claw, Recover, Glare, Wild Charge, Leaf Blade, Psycho Cut, Guillotine, Outrage, Frustration, Thrash, Agility, Horn Leech, Dragon Dance, Parting Shot, Protect, Deadly Sins.
Stats: 100/105/150/50/120/60
Stats (Berserker): 100/150/106/120/90/100

Reasoning: Upon a young woman's death, she loses her memories and is taken directly to hell. There, she not only meets the devil, but she is also informed that she was one of the worst sinners there were, and is given a choice: either become one of his grim reapers or be sentenced to the ninth circle of hell, a complete void lacking in any of the five senses. To avoid this fate, she chooses the former option. Dark because she's a demonic serial killer commissioned by the literal devil. Ghost because she's technically just a soul and a demon shoved into a meat puppet. Also, she died at the start of the story. Sturdy and her huge defenses come from her insane durability, being able to run and fight with an arm and leg ripped off. Justified as she only kills sinners, though that excuse gets really blurry really early on. Reaper as she gets a full regen from the devil every time she gets a kill, although that would be a little more broken than necessary. Also recently she gave in to her demon and we got to see what it could do. It totally demolished a far more experienced reaper to the point where there was nothing but a head left. However, she lost all control of it until Chase talked her down. Movepool is mostly STAB and slashing attacks. Also draining attacks because of Reaper. Outrage, Frustration, Thrash, are here too, as she gets really pissed off at how grey and uncomfortable this job gets and the aforementioned berserk state. Deadly Sins comes from the Devil.

Not closing submissions just yet, I just wanna sneak my own sub in real quick. Will open voting in a few hours probably.

“Jonathan dear, and you all my true, true friends, I want you to bear something in mind through all this dreadful time. I know that you must fight—that you must destroy even as you destroyed the false Lucy so that the true Lucy might live hereafter; but it is not a work of hate. That poor soul who has wrought all this misery is the saddest case of all. Just think what will be his joy when he, too, is destroyed in his worser part that his better part may have spiritual immortality. You must be pitiful to him, too, though it may not hold your hands from his destruction.”
Pokémon: Mina Harker
Origin: Dracula
Type: Normal/Ghost
Ability: Stakeout / Vampire (see Dio Brando) / Telepathy
Stats: 110/90/80/40/110/60 (490)
Notable Moves: Return, Mind Reader, Hex, Leech Life, Pursuit, Calm Mind, Refresh, Recover,
Reasoning: Mina Harker (nee Murray) is an assistant schoolmistress who was part of the group hunting Count Dracula - getting partially converted into a vampire in the process (she got better). Normal/Ghost because she's becoming a vampire, and displays the weakness to holy objects, but still keeps her humanity. Also that's why the Vampire ability. Stakeout, Telepathy, Mind Reader, and Pursuit from her telepathic link to Dracula that she and Abraham Van Helsing use to track Dracula. Her stats are based off of Dracula's but a bit lower and with the Special stats swapped (because she's very strong emotionally and isn't a sorcerer). Hex because a few Transylvanians who see her do a gesture to ward off the evil eye (with "evil eye" being Hex's Japanese name). Calm Mind because she manages to stay calm even while she's becoming a vampire. Refresh and Recover because of what happens when Dracula dies (she gets cured and the scar on her forehead heals).

Also she likes trains.

Not getting a new sub finished any time soon. Depending on next week's theme, I should have something new to sub though.

"Ask yourselves, all of you, what power would Hell have if those here imprisoned were not able to dream of Heaven?"
Pokemon: Dream
Franchise:
Sandman
Type:

Ability: Bad Dreams, Illusion, Dream Realm
Dream Realm: All abilities are prevented from activating while user in on the field. Upon entry, all opposing Pokemon are inflicted with 'drowsy'. User is also immune to Sleep-status.

Notable Moves: Dark Void, Hypnosis, Spore, Sleep Poweder, Lovely Kiss, Grasswhistle, Sing, Yawn, Sleep Talk, Dream Eater, Nightmare, Night Daze, Night Shade, Psychic, Psyshock, Future Sight, Teleport, Nasty Plot, Calm Mind, Agility, Mean Look, Shadow Ball, Moonblast, Wake Up Slap, Metronome, universal moves such as Subsitute.
Stats: 139/ 84 / 103 / 151 / 127 / 76 (680 BST) obviously uber tier

Reasoning: Dream is the Lord of Dreams and has control over the dream realm and all that is not reality. They are one of the Endless who are manifestations of reality itself and are as old as creation. Dream themselves can exist in dreams where they has ultimate authority and power but as an Endless he also has vast powers in reality including being able to appear in any form to blend in with whoever is looking at him. Though his powers include god-like abilities such as existing outside of reality itself, being able to manipulate reality at will, extra-dimensional teleportation, etc., this sub focusses mainly on their dream-related powers. The ability, Dream Realm, is a representation of how Dream can control anything that occurs within a dream. As lord of dreams, Dream has access to just about every sleep-inducing and sleep-related ability available. Dream is also omniscient, knowing all of history, past, present and future, giving them Future Sight. As sleeping and dreaming both have affinities with Dark and Psychic typing, Dream is Dark/Psychic.

Pokémon: Toothless
Franchise/Origin: How to Train Your Dragon
Typing:

Ability: Infiltrator, Volt Absorb, Levitate
Moves: Dragon Claw, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Dragon Pulse, Draco Meteor, Air Slash, Hurricane, Reflect Type, Dragon Dance, Thunder Wave, Plasma Blast
Signature Move: Plasma Blast (100 BP|Dragon|Special|20 PP|100 Accuracy|If Def is higher than SpA, lowers the opponent's AtK+SpA one stage. Else, has a higher chance to crit.)
Z-Move: Storm-Split Strike (200 BP | Dragon | Special | must know Plasma Blast | Raises Speed and Special Attack two stages.)
Stats: 70/80/90/130/100/160
Reasoning: While at first glance, Toothless may seem fitting of the Dark type, he's nice and can harness the power of storm clouds to do lots of cool stuff and he's a dragon so dragon type. Hmm yes, the dragon here is made out of dragon.
