its a mix of whydons pushing of jordan throughout his posts and jordans overall non reaction to it which makes it look like its not even distancing, moreso just whydon not being same allignment as jordan
I like this reasoning, but jordan literally had his vote parked on whydon all day yesterday right
This was his vote tho and there wasn’t rlly much else with it? I also don’t wanna look at timing too much cause he wasn’t here for a big chunk of the day
I feel like in 3v2 LYLO scum has too much influence, so I'd rather lynch today -> no lynch tomorrow which works out the same but keeps an extra townie around a little longer
looking back they were really only around for eod and were hesitant to jump on vooper wagon while being quick to switch over to clarinet at the last second
and also most of their posts lately have felt kinda...artificial? idk but a lot of the stuff theyre saying feels disingenuous and fluffy, ill try to find some more specific examples later

i made this post because i would think that at least one mafia would want to be online 30 minutes before deadline so they can have some influence in eod shenanigans. this made me susp of dusk because i feel like if jordan/voops were a team they'd be scrambling more at deadline to try and save themselves. of course there could always be the scenario where mafia sees town imploding on itself and just lets it happen, but i feel like thats unlikely in this situation. idk

Super late but still helpful. I'd say they're both equally experienced. Jordan and I played for years on PS, and he's probably got a pretty damn good meta read on me by now. Vooper is different, we play a different game together about lying and I think he can certainly tell when I'm lying and vice versa. If _anything_ Vooper knows better but not by much. I do, indeed, think Voop is town aligned. Can't speak for Jordan's meta tho as I p bad with metas.

It's great that it saved your life from my POV cause it's You/Athena who are my top trs. Sad I wasn't on to try to save you but glad it happened anyway because I see 0 chance you're scum here.

Yeah I agree 4v2 Mylo is almost always better because you have a clearer head (maybe?) and more people. We lose athena if we nl I think and i'm not okay with that. I'd much prefer Athena being in the game-changing decision than for it to be, what, Me/Whydon/Voop/Dusk/Jordan?
I don't see JordanxClarinet being svs so I'm going to go along the lines of
Athena (Lock Town) >= Vooper (Lock Town) > Jordan? > Dusk(Scummy) >=Whydon (Scummy)
And this works really well because I think Whydon and Dusk can easily be scumpartners. I'm confident that athena and voop are never scum, but I think Jordan COULD be but I also townread him myself.
I want to say this could help with the Dusk x Whydon scumteam, because he'd want to be distancing for when Dusk flips scum and he's sold out as his partner.

Do you not think I could've just let you get lynched then cried for a clarinet lynch today and won if I was scum and you were town?
I'm gonna be honest here there is no world where you are town and I am scum and I think most people would agree with that.

This explains the Whydon x Jordan not being real better than I could.
This almost feels like a scapegoat attempt.
I can see this from both POVs:
Town!Dusk: Wants you around for hard locking him as town
Scum!Dusk: WIFOM!! Uh, part of me thinks he'd want you dead so that you're cleared and he's then like legacy townread but I'm not sure how much that would effect the game.
This is conflicting since I scumread him.

I'm ngl I don't like viper right now because if he's town there's no reason for him to think I'm scum for saving him. It wasn't like I was anywhere near getting lynched. Why would I move the lynch from viper to clarinet if I'm scum it doesn't make sense??
Only reasonible answer would be viper is my partner which I would say, ok maybe that's somewhat believable. I could see where someone is coming from where they say that. But in a world where viper is trying to claim town, there's no reason he should be scumreading me here?

I'm inclined to think he's even more townie for thinking this. If he's town, he doesn't know everything. He should be taking everything into consideration and questioning everything. So don't see how this is indicitive of him as scum.
I do agree on the whole "why would I move from viper to clarinet if I'm scum" because it's just unecessary attention, and again, you'd want to be legacy townread more than you'd want to go into today with hella wifom.
If I was scum why would I ever lynch clarinet this is dumb. I was never in a spot to get lynched until he flipped, there's no reason to ever bring this attention on myself? People are just getting paranoid now and tinfoiling and it's more than a bit frustrating.
Town core is me/Athena/whydon and lynching any 3 of us is a throw. Beginning to think with Hannah's defence of vipers dumb play here just makes them partners tbh. No idea how he is more townie for throwing a slot he knows is town into the lynchpool?
