Follow it up with a Psychic throwing it into the water at the side.

Finish up with an Ice Beam to hold it there so you can lay into it next turn.

Round 6:

DragonCannon and Swirley race to put each other to sleep with both Hypnosis and Grasswhistle. Swirley succeeds and manages to put DragonCannon into a pretty heavy sleep.

After this, Swirley takes his time aiming a Psychic at DragonCannon, followed quickly by an Ice Beam. The pure force of the attacks along with being knocked into a small pond wakes up DragonCannon but he seems to be confused at what to do next.

Could we see a miraculous come from behind victory by DragonCannon?

Ok Swirley. You're going to hit it with a strong Bubblebeam. Follow it up with a Hydro Pump and finish the turn with a Hypnosis.

DragonCannon isn't going to go down that easily. Open with a Bullet Seed, then meet that Hydro Pump with a Solarbeam. After the Solarbeam close your eyes to avoid the Hypnosis and spray a second Bullet Seed infront of you.
