OK first use Submission to get a super effective on him, then Chill to get some HP back. Finnaly use Earthquake to that STAB to our advantage.

Also it seems that we've forgotten that we are allowed tpo switch, just throwing that out there in case I want to do it later.
 
Okay Mixtli, start by using Harden. Since you'll be able to use it before submission hits (thanks to Prankster) Drilbur will take some extra recoil. Then use Yawn. Finish up by using Brick Break.

Shouldn't Drilbur have taken an extra point of recoil with Submission? Harden's description says if it's used first contact moves take 10% recoil that action. Unless you decided it didn't stack with a move that naturally has recoil. Also, I think Scratchet should still have +1 Def until next round.

My actions are going to be the same either way, so:

Okay Mixtli, time to go on the offensive. Begin with Fury Swipes, and then use Brick Break. End the round with a mighty Roar! If at any time he uses Dig, replace the current action with Bulldoze.
 
A Switching phase has only two possible outcomes:

1. Player A Switch > Player B Declines Switch > Player A Orders > Player B Orders.

2. Player A Switch > Player B Counterswitch and Orders > Player A Orders.

Ok then earthquake x2! and I'm pretty sure Roar forces me to switch out anyway but if I don't end up swicthing I'll go with Sandstorm.
Also if Roar doesn't switch me out then I want to switch out the Dratini at the end of the round.

Welcome back! Now that I'm back, I will be reffing the rest of the battle. Drill Claw starts off this round by setting off a massive Earthquake. Mixtli retaliates by Furiously Swipeing Drilbur two times. Drilbur again sets off yet another Earthquake. The angry Scratchet continues his assault with a Brick Break. Drill Claw decides to create a Sandstorm, and Mixtli finishes by frightening Drill Claw with a powerful Roar. The roar is so powerful it sends Drill Claw back into his Pokeball and pulls out Smiley the Dratini! What will Metal Bagon do now that his Dratini has been sent out? Stay tuned!

Welcome back! Since Drill Claw was roared back into his Poke-ball it's now a battle between Mixtli and Smiley the Dratini. Smiley starts strong with a Dragon Dance, making her feel faster and more powerful. Seeing this new threat, Mixtli decides to Roost so it will be ready to tale on this challenge. Smiley decides to wait for her opponent to attack, so the bored Scratchet decides to Yawn at his opponent. Smiley then springs into action and sends a frightening Twister at Mixtli. The twister is loud enough to drown out Mixtli's yawn. Smiley then attacks Mixtli head on with Extreme Speed! The frustrated Mixtli retaliates by using Brick Break.

Note: I let Smiley drown out Yawn, but I can't see a twister sending back a yawn.*

Welcome back! Mixtli is starting to get bored, so bored that he even Yawns. The irritated Dratini decides to make Mixtli pay by hitting him with a Thunder Wave, paralyzing him. Dratini is beginning to feel drowsy, but attacks with Extreme Speed anyway. Mixtli tries to Brick Break on Smiley, but he is fully paralyzed. Smiley's exhaustion finally takes its toll, and she falls into a deep sleep Seeing he has the advantage, Mixtli decides to Bulldoze over his opponent, lowering Smiley's speed. What will Metal Bagon do now that his beloved Dratini has fallen to the clutches of sleep? Stay tuned!

And now back to the battle! Metal Bagon orders his Dratini to use Extreme speed, but Smiley is still enjoying her nap. Mixtli sees his opportunity to attack, and strikes Smiley with a Brick Break. Suddenly, the refreshed Dratini wakes up and attacks Mixtli with Extreme Speed! Mixtli, shocked by the swiftness of his opponents attack, is fully paralyzed. Smiley attacks again with another Extreme Speed. As the sandstorm subsides, Mixtli is lying on the ground, KOd.*

Dang it, at the time this battle started, the ultimatantly awesome Smiley the Happy Dragon didn't know surf, also thanks to that KO smiley will evolve into a Dragonite, at the battles end.

Anyway paralyze with Thunder Wave and hope that the HAX gods will now realise that I'm not a threat to their status ass gods. Next Power up with Dragon Dance and finally use Extreme Speed to do some damage.
