I absolutely despise telling people they can't play in a tour they signed up for because of lottery, so rather than tell ~30% of the signups "lol hope someone else doesn't respond in scheduling", I am increasing the bracket size from Smogon tournament convention size for this amount of signups (64) to 128. I would rather the tournament maximize the number of players and games than be one week shorter. Determination of who received a bye was randomized among all competitors.
