Dialga (Update + Rewrite, GP 2/2)

After quite a bit of discussion, we've decided that we're going to upload what I have right now, and then Theorymon is going to make another thread for Dialga at a later date.

So yeah, I've implemented Stalfos' check (thanks), and now this is ready for uploading.
