Approved Display timestamps in replays

It'd make my job of tracking these things easier. I would even go as far as to suggest putting timestamps on when the next turn in battle goes up (in both replays and PS), though if that turns out to be a task of entirely different magnitudes then just messages will suffice.

I understand there was some discussion loosely pertinent to replay timestamps in this thread, though, from what I can tell, anything that was discussed there doesn't really have any bearing on making timestamps display in replays.

We do track timestamps now. It might be a good idea to put them in tooltips for the turn number in the battle log.
