I also feel pretty strongly that Genesect needs to outspeed Scarf Lele, since with your spread that's doing around 50% with Psychic. They are not only super common, but also mons you're very likely to face in a real-game scenario because you will bring it in vs Landorus-T for the Fake Out pressure and Ice Beam, and they'll bring in / try to lead with Marshadow vs. Mew to threaten it and be immune to Fake Out. It lives -1 Marshadow SSSSS 15/16 of the time, and lives neutral Life Orb Spectral Thief, and activates pinch berry. It's also faster than Adamant Landorus-T and Ice Beams it before it can Groundium-Z or Stealth Rock. Not max HP but it's necessary for the defensive calc + speed on the same set :x

For the Bulu one, you can do 176 HP / 56 Atk / 84 SpD / 192 Spe, hits the same benchmarks but also hits the said OHKO on Kingdra (only really need 192 Spe for the Icy bench, so I took 4 from that too unless you really mind the creep game?). Forced to overcompensate in Special Defense more though to actually free up some EVs.
