Keep Sleep Clause

I really am fine with both metagames, but because this vote is just preference, I appreciate less chance appearing in battles, which sleep clause keeps. If multiple Pokemon are sleeping, the outcome of the match completely depends on sleep rolls, which sucks. inb4 getting thrashed by everyone in #doubles :(
