Got the last one done; I achieved Platinum Ability:

Claiming silver ability

Question - Would it be easier for me to create a new account and start from fresh to get a higher GXE?

I've tested heavily on this account and because of that it's been affected.

The best option would let your high gxe account stay inactive until the glicko's confidence interval increases later on as you gain more gxe the less activity you have used with the account. Just know that your glicko needs to be below 50 to be confirmed.
 
 
darkhor$e was caught boosting with several different accounts and as a result has been permalocked on ps and had their ladder records completely wiped. it goes without saying that their ladder achievements on this thread are also wiped and they will not be eligible to have any registered on this thread indefinitely. this is a reminder that boosting on ladder is taken seriously and punishments for doing so are severe and unpleasant to deal with. ty

Does that mean that we can use a team without any rock weaknesses and get the achievement if every pokemon takes 25% from rocks during the course of the game? I was also under the impression that the requirement was to use 6 pokemon weak to rocks.

I thought it was that + you needed all of them to take 25% chip from rocks, but I think you can achieve this challenge w/o needing to use mons that's weak to 25%. It just requires me to just go through the replay and count it out the percentage all together.
