we scheduled for noon last saturday, I showed up and tagged him and waited 30m to no response. I then offered a period of time this Friday, which he said would maybe work but he didn't offer any specific time or show up/message me in the range I offered.

Yeah I'm disputing this because I never agreed to that time and it wasn't even a ping. He has every opportunity to properly schedule a time as I've made my availability clear.

2nd scheduling attempt with FrootLoops. 1st time I had communicated through the Pool 9-16 pools scheduling chat and pms, and they had agreed to a day but then never set up a scheduled time, then failed to communicate for the following week. This time they solidified and agreed with a specific time, but then yet again they didn't show to the specified time with still no communication from them.
