Duraludon's great Special Attack in combination with its powerful STAB Draco Meteor, solid coverage, and ability to outspeed common Pokemon like Gardevoir, Rotom-W, and Chandelure, makes it a threatening wallbreaker. Flash Cannon pairs amazingly with Draco Meteor, destroying Fairy-types like Sylveon and Gardevoir that are immune to Dragon and providing a more spammable STAB move. This STAB combination is only resisted by Steel-types, many of which fall victim to Duraludon's coverage. Dark Pulse is required in order to significantly damage Bronzong and OHKO Doublade, which can otherwise hit Duraludon extremely hard with Close Combat. Thunderbolt gives Duraludon a more reliable way to break through bulky Water-types such as Mantine and Milotic, while Steel Beam provides massive power and reliably OHKOes even bulky Pokemon like Gigalith. Steel Beam can also be used as a means of maintaining momentum, letting Duraludon KO itself to give a teammate a free switch while also nuking the opposing Pokemon. Choice Specs is used to maximize Duraludon's damage output. While none of Duraludon's abilities are very useful, Light Metal's situational benefit of weakening the rare Low Kick makes it the best choice. A Timid nature lets Duraludon outpace popular Pokemon it can't otherwise, such as most Rotom-W sets, Gardevoir, and Chandelure, making it the preferred option. While Modest nature's power is impressive, allowing Duraludon to even 2HKO standard Milotic with Draco Meteor, it requires extra support for the aforementioned popular Pokemon if it sacrifices Timid nature's Speed.

Pokemon that appreciate having specific defensive answers removed heavily benefit from Duraludon's presence thanks to its good matchup against common cores. One example of this is Celebi, which often struggles with Bronzong, Incineroar, and Doublade. Roserade struggles with similar targets and its Spikes help in wearing down checks to Duraludon like Umbreon and Escavalier. Both Grass-types make for great checks to bulky Water-types like Milotic that can easily take Duraludon's Steel-type attacks. Due to Duraludon's low special bulk, teammates that can take special attacks from fast threats like Noivern, Celebi, and Choice Scarf Chandelure are extremely valuable. Gigalith covers these targets well while also providing Stealth Rock support. Sylveon is another option for this role, with Wish support allowing Duraludon to make better use of its typing and Defense to switch in on Pokemon like Araquanid, Roserade lacking Sleep Powder, and Golisopod in the long run. Pivots such as Rotom-W, Rotom-C, and Flygon are valuable teammates for Duraludon as a wallbreaker, helping it switch in against targets it threatens like defensive Rotom-W, Sylveon, and Weezing, and fire off attacks safely throughout the battle. Flygon helps further by pressuring some of Duraludon's best offensive answers, like Haxorus, Noivern, and Cobalion. Incineroar effectively checks Escavalier, one of Duraludon's best answers, and can act as a pivot to let Duraludon switch in on Rhyperior or Gigalith. Doublade acts as a good switch-in to Cobalion, Bronzong, and Lucario, appreciates Duraludon's ability to break down physical walls and pressure checks like Rotom-W and Incineroar to set the stage for a late-game sweep, and in return can help check Haxorus. Other late-game cleaners like Shift Gear Toxtricity and Polteageist make good use of Duraludon's ability to weaken or remove their limited answers. As a wallbreaker, Duraludon appreciates anything that can provide entry hazard support to ease its work, such as Bronzong and Rhyperior with Stealth Rock and Golisopod with Spikes.

Duraludon's great offensive stats, in combination with its powerful STAB Draco Meteor and solid coverage, make it a threatening wallbreaker. bring up here how its speed tier is actually really nice as a wallbreaker too, since it outspeeds stuff like Gard/Washtom. Flash Cannon pairs amazingly with Draco Meteor, destroying Fairy-types that are immune to it and providing a more spammable STAB move I'd mention how the STAB combo is resisted only by Steel types here, and then segway into the next point . Dark Pulse is required in order to significantly damage Bronzong, which can otherwise deal with Duraludon's dual STAB with ease and take multiple Thunderbolts, and to OHKO Doublade, which can otherwise hit Duraludon extremely hard with Close Combat. Thunderbolt gives Duraludon a more reliable way to break through bulky Water-types, such as Mantine and Milotic, while Steel Beam provides ridiculous raw power that reliably OHKOs even bulky Pokemon like Celebi and Gigalith. I would also mention how it can be used at low HP as a nuke while maintaining momentum with the free switch-in it provides Choice Specs is used to maximize Duraludon's damage output. Light Metal is Duraludon's preferred Ability as it minimizes damage taken from Low Kick from Pokemon like? . A Timid nature lets Duraludon outpace popular Pokemon it can't otherwise, such as most Rotom-Wash, Gardevoir, and Chandelure, making it the preferred option. Modest's power is impressive, but Duraludon will require extra support for the aforementioned Pokemon if it sacrifices Timid's Speed. mention briefly that it allows you to 2HKO Milotic with Draco.

Duraludon is extremely effective at breaking many popular defensive cores with good prediction. Because of this, Pokemon that appreciate having specific defensive answers removed heavily benefit from Duraludon's presence. One example of this is Celebi, which often struggles with Bronzong, Incineroar, and Doublade. Consider bringing up Roserade here too, mention how its spikes can help chip down Duraludon checks like Umbreon / Escavalier, and talk about how Celebi/Rose can help pressure bulky waters like Milo Duraludon's main vulnerability is its low special bulk- as a result, teammates that can take special attacks from fast threats like Noivern, Ninetales, and Choice Scarf Chandelure are extremely valuable. Gigalith covers the majority of these fast special attackers exceptionally well while also providing Stealth Rock support.

This first bit is all good information but I feel you could cut the wordiness down a bit.

Sylveon is another example of a great special wall that complements Duraludon, with Wish support allowing Duraludon to make better use of its typing and Defense to switch in on Pokemon like Araquanid, Braviary and Golisopod in the long term. Replace Braviary mention with non-Sleep Powder Roserade imo, since Braviary isn't particularly relevant and with the wish support you can switch into Rose that try to pressure Sylveon v nicely. thanks to 4x resisting grass stabs. Pivots such as Rotom-Wash, Rotom-Mow, and Flygon are valuable teammates for Duraludon as a breaker, helping it switch in against targets it threatens like defensive Rotom-Wash and Sylveon also Weezing and fire off attacks safely throughout the battle. These pivots are also all effective users of Defog, which helps compensate for Duraludon's vulnerability to Spikes. Not particularly fond of mentioning Rotom-Mow as a Defogger here, and Scarf Flygon isn't a very reliable Defogger. Seeing as Duraludon isn't anymore Spikes weak than anything else, and has a Rocks resistance, I don't think this comment is really necessary. Flygon helps further by pressuring some of Duraludon's best offensive answers, like Haxorus, Noivern, and Cobalion. Doublade acts as a good switchin to Cobalion, Bronzong, and Lucario, appreciates Duraludon's ability to break down physical walls, would talk about how Dura can pressure checks like Washtom and Incin for it and can help check Haxorus.

Include some checks to Escavalier here, as it's by far your most consistent counter, and can use Duraludon for free wallbreaking opportunities. Incineroar would be the best partner to mention here, since it also checks stuff like Scarf Chandy, and its pivot support is great to get Duraludon in on Gigalith/Rhyperior.

Include some late-game cleaners that can take advantage of the wallbreaking Duraludon provides, eg. Shift Gear Toxtricity or Polteageist. Can also tie your Doublade mention into this point.

Duraludon's great Special Attack, in combination with its powerful STAB Draco Meteor, solid coverage, and good Speed tier that leaves it faster than common Pokemon like Gardevoir, Rotom-W, and Chandelure, makes it a threatening wallbreaker. Flash Cannon pairs amazingly with Draco Meteor, destroying Fairy-types provide some examples here that are immune to it and providing a more spammable STAB move. Steel Beam can also be used as a means of maintaining momentum, letting Duraludon KO itself to give a teammate a free switch-in while also nuking the opponent. Choice Specs is used to maximize Duraludon's damage output. Light Metal is Duraludon's preferred Ability as it minimizes damage taken from Barbaracle and Galarian Rapidash's Low Kick I would rephrase this sentence to emphasize that while none of its abilities are particularly beneficial, Light Metal is the most situationally useful in the event that an opposing Pokemon is carrying Low Kick. No need to reference specific Pokemon running the attack. unsure if this is more relevant than taking significantly less from various Heavy Slams(make sure you proofread your analyses after implementing checks so that there aren't leftover suggestions from previous checks). A Timid nature lets Duraludon outpace popular Pokemon it can't otherwise, such as most Rotom-W, Gardevoir, and Chandelure, making it the preferred option. Modest's power is impressive, allowing Duraludon to even 2HKO standard Milotic with Draco Meteor, but it requires extra support for the aforementioned popular Pokemon if it sacrifices Timid's Speed.

Sylveon is another option for this role, with Wish support allowing Duraludon to make better use of its typing and Defense to switch in on Pokemon like Araquanid, Roserade lacking Sleep Powder, and Golisopod in the long term. Other late-game cleaners, like Shift Gear Toxtricity and Polteageist, make good use of Duraludon's ability to weaken or remove their limited answers. Consider a general sentence on entry hazard support that can help Duraludon more easily power through foes.
