[OVERVIEW]

Durant is a hard-hitting, niche sweeper in the UU metagame and is able to hit harder than Scizor due to Hustle. While Hustle's accuracy drop can cost matches, particularly with moves like Rock Slide having nearly 70% accuracy, it can be remedied with Hone Claws or bypassed through the use of a Z-Move. Durant's nice Speed tier lets it outrun and pressure most of the Fighting-types in the tier, including Cobalion, Terrakion, and Infernape lacking a Choice Scarf, and its higher Speed tier and unique coverage enable it to beat Pokemon Scizor can't, such as Moltres, Chandelure, and Rotom-H. However, the combination of Hustle's unreliability and Durant's fragility ultimately makes Durant subpar when compared to Scizor, which boasts better bulk, can take better advantage of its typing, and can apply more pressure with its priority moves. Durant can be blown back by all the faster special attackers in tier, such as Gengar, Latias, and Starmie, due to its poor Special Defense stat despite having one of the best defensive typings in the game. With Scizor being a top-tier threat, measures normally taken for Scizor on opposing teams, such as Fire Punch Mega Aggron and Babiri Berry Togekiss, can make Durant's job harder.

Moves
========

Hone Claws patches up the hindrance Hustle lays on Durant while making it a formidable sweeper by boosting both its Attack and accuracy. Iron Head lets Durant threaten Fairy-types like Mega Altaria out and beat Mega Aerodactyl one-on-one and grants access to Corkscrew Crash. Corkscrew Crash lets Durant muscle through bulky Pokemon that can otherwise stop its sweep, such as Amoonguss and Hippowdon. Superpower lets Durant break bulky Steel-types like Cobalion and Empoleon; after a Hone Claws boost, it can reliably OHKO Infernape and Rotom-H after Stealth Rock, and it heavily damages some bulky Water-types like Alomomola and Suicune. Rock Slide hits Moltres, Rotom-H, Chandelure, and Volcanion. Crunch provides Durant with a means of hitting Doublade and Slowbro super effectively, both of which would otherwise wall it effortlessly.

Set Details
========

Hustle provides Durant with a potent power boost. Steelium Z allows Durant to knock out bulkier Pokemon like Kommo-o and Primarina, as well as avoid the risk of missing a STAB move.

Usage Tips
========

Durant should be wallbreaking early-game and trying to sweep late-game. Durant is best brought in through pivoting support, through double switches, or after a teammate has fainted, since it cannot take hits well. Due to its fragility, Durant's best chances to set up are when it is forcing a switch against threatening Pokemon like Terrakion and Mamoswine. Durant struggles to set up more than once in a game, so ensure that faster Pokemon are removed before boosting, and use free turns for attacking. Remain wary of potential Choice Scarf users that Durant would otherwise pressure, such as Hydreigon and Infernape. Look out for stray Fire-type coverage moves on Pokemon like Latias, Florges, and Mega Sceptile, as they can cut Durant's setup short. Keep Durant healthy early-game so it can have enough HP to set up later in the match and pull off a sweep. Save Durant's Corkscrew Crash for bulky Pokemon that otherwise cannot be broken through, such as Gligar and Chesnaught.

Team Options
========

Durant fits nicely on offensive teams that can effectively get it in the position to sweep. Entry hazard support from Pokemon like Azelf, Nihilego, and Klefki can help Durant apply more pressure and can increase the odds of it sweeping. Dragon-types such as Latias and Hydreigon appreciate Durant's ability to remove some Steel-types, like Empoleon and Scizor, and remove Fairy-types. Hydreigon stands out as a partner due to its ability to draw in Fairy-types and use U-turn to bring in Durant. Pursuit users like Choice Scarf Krookodile and Mega Aerodactyl can remove fast threats that shred up Durant, such as Mega Manectric, Latias, and Gengar. Chandelure and Primarina appreciate Durant's ability to beat common Pursuit trappers one-on-one and pressure physical walls such as Chesnaught and Gligar. Pokemon that check Water-types like Tentacruel and Alomomola for Durant, such as Celebi and Tsareena, are very useful. Their assistance is even more helpful when Durant lacks coverage for Slowbro. Choice Scarf users such as Hydreigon and Infernape and speed control like Thunder Wave from Rotom-H and Klefki can take care of Pokemon faster than Durant, such as Choice Scarf users, and make it easier for Durant to break or sweep. If Durant isn't running Rock Slide, Pokemon capable of taking on Fire-types like Moltres and Volcanion, such as Crawdaunt and Terrakion, are valuable additions.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
========
Other Z-Crystals can be used with Durant should a team need the extra power to break through a particular target. Fightinium Z is valuable for taking out bulky Steel-types like Mega Steelix and Mega Aggron. Darkinium Z is another strong alternative that lets Durant either hit Doublade and Slowbro extremely hard or get +2 Attack in one turn. It also provides Durant with a means of hitting Moltres to make up for the lack of Rock Slide. X-Scissor can be run to hit Slowbro harder than Crunch but usually isn't worth the loss of coverage. Choice Band gives Durant the power of a Hone Claws boost immediately but can be very risky due to Hustle's accuracy decrease. Choice Scarf can be used to revenge kill fast Pokemon like Latias and Mega Aerodactyl and outspeed Choice Scarf Infernape, but it can cause Durant to have underwhelming power and struggle with accuracy.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Fast Special Attackers**: While Durant has a nice Speed tier, faster Pokemon such as Mega Manectric, Starmie, and Gengar can revenge kill it easily. Choice Scarf users like Nihilego, Hydreigon, Infernape, and Togekiss can outrun and pressure Durant as well.

**Bulky Water-types**: Even though Durant can muscle past them occasionally with a Z-Move, bulky Water-types like Suicune and Alomomola can put a dent in Durant's performance, as they can tank a hit and threaten Durant with a Scald. Additionally, Durant cannot break through Unaware Water-types such as Quagsire and Pyukumuku.

**Ghost-types**: Ghost-types can pressure Durant offensively and defensively. Gengar cannot switch in but can outspeed and threaten Durant with powerful STAB moves. Other Ghost-types like Doublade and Jellicent can switch into Durant lacking Crunch and proceed to set up on it, inflict it with status, or OHKO it.

**Fire-types and Fire-type Coverage**: Pokemon like Latias, Mega Altaria, and Florges can all lure Durant and KO it with Fire-type attacks where otherwise Durant would be able to tank a hit. Fire Punch Mega Aggron tanks a hit and can OHKO Durant with ease too.

This analysis is extremely subpar currently and does not reflect the standards of UU C&C.

This analysis is not a pseudo analysis or a lesser analysis just because Durant is C-. It should be filled with detailed descriptions of Durant’s positives, negatives, roles, and place in the current UU metagame; it is not Scizor and while it has the same typing, can serve a different purpose. An overview should cover this and explain Durant. What does it do? What is good about it? What isn’t so good?

Your Usage Tips, Team Options, and Other Options are extremely barebones and show a lack of metagame knowledge and understanding. These sections should be informative to the reader; an analysis’s purpose is to explain Durant in detail and give knowledge to its audience, which is primarily newer players. Your sections do not do that, and in some places they mislead or directly misinform the reader. Choice Band is not bad because “it has large amounts of luck to it,” and Choice Scarf Scizor is not relevant in the slightest.

Your Checks and Counters formatting is also incorrect and lacking. It is correctly formatted in your other analysis, Slowbro, but it is not adequate here. Not following the analysis format means that the site will not accept the upload correctly.

Please take a look at other analyses, particularly those on site, and try to fix this to make it QC ready.

Hello! I’ve gotten the sudden urge to do an amcheck! My comments will be in bold.
[OVERVIEW]
  • Durant is a potent sweeper in the UU metagame
  • Durant is able to hit harder than its Steel/Bug brethren, Scizor, due to Durant's Hustle
  • The accuracy drop with Hustle can by remedied with Hone Claws, or temporarily through the use of a Z move
  • It has a nice speed tier that lets it outrun and pressure most of the Fighting-types in the tier (what specific Fighting-types?)
  • Durant is able to check (I’d replace this with revenge kill. Check can imply that you should switch your Durant into these mons.) pokemon Scizor can't thank to its higher speed tier and unique coverage, including Infernape, Moltres, and Rotom-H.
  • However, the combination of Hustle’s unreliability and Durant's fragility ultimately makes Durant sub-par to Scizor whom boasts better bulk that can take advantage of their typing and can apply more pressure with its priority moves.
  • Hustle's accuracy defect can cost matches, particularly with moves like Rock Slide having nearly 70% accuracy. (Remove Rock Slide as according to my point below.
  • Durant can be blown back by all the faster special attackers in tier, such as Gengar, Latias, or Starmie due to its fragility despite having one of the best defensive typings in the game.
  • I think there could be another bullet point that can mention how Durant is vulnerable to the Fire coverage that multiple mons carry to counteract Scizor. HP Fire Latias is a good start.

SET](fix formatting here) name: Hone Claws
move 1: Hone Claws
move 2: Iron Head
move 3: Superpower
move 4: Rock Slide / Crunch (tbh I don’t think that Rock Slide is even that amazing on Durant. Superpower after a Hone Claws boost blows through Infernape and Heattom as you mention below and only should be used for Moltres who dies to Darkinium Durant after a boost and Crunch’s coverage overall fits much nicer. I’d mention Rock Slide in Other Options as it can still be an option if you’d rather want to keep your Steelium.)

Moves
========
  • Hone Claws patches up Hustle's hindrance while making Durant a formidable sweeper by boosting both its attack and accuracy.
  • Iron Head lets Durant threaten Fairies like Mega Altaria out and beat Mega Aerodactyl 1v1, and grants access to Corkscrew Crash (this is fluff, I’d remove this)
  • Corkscrew Crash lets Durant muscle through bulky Pokemon that can otherwise stop Durant's sweep, such as Amoongus or Hippowdon. (This looks more like something that would be in Set Details. I’d merge some of this with your Steelium point.)
  • Superpower lets Durant blow past bulky Steel-Types like Cobalion or Empoleon and after a Hone Claws boost it can reliably KO Infernape and Rotom-H after Stealth Rock, and heavily damages some bulky water-types like Alomomola and Suicune
  • Rock Slide hits Moltres, Rotom-H, Chadelure, and Volcanion (also remove this)
  • Crunch provides means of hitting Doublade and Slowbro super effectively, which would otherwise wall Durant without much effort
Set Details
========
  • Hustle provides a potent power boost
  • Steelium Z allows Durant to knock out bulkier pokemon like Kommo-o and Primarina and with the extra power, as well as not risk missing an Iron Head(merge this with point that I commented on above.)
Usage Tips
========
  • This set is meant to sweep teams with its raw power and breaking ability after a Hone Claws (also fluff, remove)
  • Durant is best brought in through pivoting support, double switches, or after a teammate has fainted
  • Due to its fragility, Durant's best chances to set up are when its forcing a switch by threatening pokemon like Terrakion and Mamoswine
  • Durant struggles to set up more than once in a game, so ensure that faster pokemon are removed before boosting and use free turns for attacking (maybe mention Pursuit support here as well)
  • Remain wary of potential choice scarf users that Durant would otherwise pressure, such as Hydreigon or Infernape
  • Look out for stray Fire-type coverage moves on Pokemon like choice scarf Latias, Florges, and Mega Sceptile that can cut Durant's set up short

  • Hydreigon stands out as a partner due to its ability to draw in fairies and U-Turn out into Durant (merge this with the previous point)
  • Pursuit users like Scarf Krookodile or Mega Aerodactyl can remove fast threats that may shred Durant, such as Mega-Manectric, Latias, and Gengar
  • Chandelure and Gengar appreciate Durant's ability to beat common pursuit trappers 1v1 and fare well against bulky steels Durant can struggle to break. (what bulky Steels can Durant not break?)
  • Water-type checks that can weaken Pokemon like Tentacruel and Alomomola for Durant while taking care of Slowbro if it isn't running Crunch including Celebi and Togekiss (this seriously needs to be reworded. You include Celebi and Togekiss but them being mentioned in the end is confusing along with some other poor wording)
  • Choice Scarf users or methods of Speed control like Thunder Wave from Rotom-H and Klefki can take care of Pokemon faster than Durant and make it easier for it to break or sweep
  • If it isn't running Rock Slide, Pokemon like Crawdaunt or Terrakion capable of taking on Fire-types like Moltres and Volcanion are valuable additions.(remove this due to removing Rock Slide on the main set)

***Bulky Water-types(this can just be physically defensive mons as a whole so switch it to that and mention bulky Steel-types that Durant can’t break in this)** Durant can muscle past them occasionally with its Z move, but bulky Water-types like Suicune and Alomomoloa can put a dent in Durant's performance as they can tank a hit and threaten it with scald. Unaware Water-types such as Quagsire and Pyukumuku cannot be broken through by Durant.

**Ghost-types** Ghost types can pressure Durant offensively or defensively. Gengar cannot switch in but can outspeed and threaten Durant with powerful STAB moves. Other Ghost-types like Jellicent, Doublade, and Chandelure can switch into any variant of Durant lacking Crunch and proceed to set-up on it, status it, or OHKO it. However, Chandelure also needs to watch out for a boosted Rock Slide. (now that Rock Slide has been removed, this whole passage should be removed. Gengar has already been mentioned in faster Pokemon so no reason to keep this)

**Fire-type Coverage** Pokemon like Latias, Mega Sceptile, Mega Altaria, and Florges can all lure Durant and KO it with Fire-type attacks where otherwise it'd be able to tank a hit

include your credits section here
I suggest that you should proofread some of this and fix your formatting issues. There are quite a bit of missing punctuation marks and a few grammatical errors in this analysis but other than that, my first amcheck is finished. Good luck with the rest of this!

Checks and Counters

**Fast Special Attackers:** (add colons to all of them, like this) While Durant has a nice speed tier, faster pokemon such as Mega Manectric, Starmie, and Gengar can revenge kill Durant easily. Choice scarf users like Nihilego, Hydreigon, and Togekiss can also outrun and pressure Durant as well. (i'd probably mention scarf nape here)

***Bulky Water-types** Durant can muscle past them occasionally with its Z move, but bulky Water-types like Suicune and Alomomoloa (lol) can put a dent in Durant's performance as they can tank a hit and threaten it with scald.

(Chandelure can't really beat it unless it's choice scarf seeing as almost all durants run either rock slide or crunch)

**Fire-type Coverage** Pokemon like Latias, Mega Sceptile, Mega Altaria, and Florges can all lure Durant and KO it with Fire-type attacks where otherwise it'd be able to tank a hit (i think it'd probably be best to mention Fire Punch Aggron here as its own sentence, saying it can tank a hit then slap it)

This set lets Durant wallbreak early-game while retaining the ability to sweep late-game
It's not really retaining anything bc there was no before-set that had sweeping ability without breaking. Phrase this like a usage tip; Durant should be wallbreaking early-game and trying to sweep late-game.
Dragons such as Latias and Hydreigon appreciate Durant's ability to remove some Steel-types, like Mega Aggron or Mega Steelix, and remove fairies
Replace agg with empoleon because Durant sucks vs fire punch agg.

  • Choice Scarf users or methods of Speed control like Thunder Wave from Rotom-H and Klefki can take care of Pokemon faster than Durant and make it easier for it to break or sweep
Add examples of scarfers.

  • Chandelure and Gengar appreciate Durant's ability to beat common pursuit trappers 1v1 and pressure some physical walls such as
Finish this sentence.

[OVERVIEW]
Durant is a relatively consistent sweeper in the UU metagame (consider rewording this point to emphasise how niche it is; while it is consisten in some regard, you're suggesting it's a consistent choice here which is really isn't) and is able to hit harder than its Steel/Bug brethren, Scizor, due to Durant's Hustle. The accuracy drop from Hustle can by remedied with Hone Claws, or bypassed through the use of a Z move. Durant's nice speed tier lets it outrun and pressure most of the Fighting-types in the tier, including Cobalion, Terrakion, and Mienshao lacking a Choice Scarf. (choice scarf mienshao isn't good or relevant) Durant is able to beat pokemon Scizor can't thank to its higher speed tier and unique coverage, such as Moltres, non-Choice Scarf Infernape (vacuum wave does 38-45 and superpower is also max 91 on ape without rocks and a 31% roll with them so it's not really a great example), and Rotom-H. However, the combination of Hustle unreliability and Durant's fragility ultimately makes Durant sub-par to Scizor who boasts better bulk that can take advantage of their typing and can apply more pressure with its priority moves. Hustle's accuracy defect can cost matches, particularly with moves like Rock Slide having nearly 70% accuracy. Durant can be blown back by all the faster special attackers in tier, such as Gengar, Latias, or Starmie due to its poor defenses (mostly spd - phys def is its highest stat and passable even though you don't want to directly switch into things) despite having one of the best defensive typings in the game. With Scizor being a top-tier threat, measures taken for Scizor on opposing teams can make Durant's job harder, such as Fire Punch Aggron and Babiri Berry Togekiss. (this part doesn't really flow or link at all. start by talking about hustle and its drawbacks, then talking about bad spdef and weakness to faster special attackers (also mention downsides of speed tier read: latias here), then compare it to scizor's bulk and pressure with prio then keep the last line as is. this means its drawbacks are a lot more clearly linked and uderstod)

Moves
========
Hone Claws patches up Hustle's hindrance while making Durant a formidable sweeper by boosting both its attack and accuracy. Iron Head lets Durant threaten Fairies like Mega Altaria out and beat Mega Aerodactyl 1v1, and grants access to Corkscrew Crash. Corkscrew Crash lets Durant muscle through bulky Pokemon that can otherwise stop Durant's sweep, such as Amoonguss or Hippowdon. Superpower lets Durant break bulky Steel-Types like Cobalion or Empoleon and after a Hone Claws boost it can reliably OHKO Infernape and Rotom-H (rotom-h is used as the rock slide targer which is more relevant so consider removing it from here. if you remove it, infernape doesn't need rocks for +1 superpower to ohko) after Stealth Rock, and heavily damages some bulky Water-types like Alomomola and Suicune. Rock Slide hits Moltres, Rotom-H, Chadelure, and Volcanion. (elaborate on this a bit more - they're sturdy fire-types that resist iron head and can ohko durant easily so it's an effective move to lure and remove them) Crunch provides means of hitting Doublade and Slowbro super effectively, which would otherwise wall Durant effortlessly.

Set Details
========
Hustle provides Durant a potent power boost. (at the cost of accuracy) Steelium Z allows Durant to knock out bulkier pokemon like Kommo-o and Primarina and with the extra power, as well as not risk missing an Iron Head. (this makes it effective as a strong reliable neutral hit as well)

Usage Tips
========
Durant should be wallbreaking early-game and trying to sweep late-game. (once its checks have been removed/weakened or lured in by rock slide because it's good at weakening its own checks. you don't actually talk about how to use it as a wallbreaker any further than this as well, which is relevant because you don't set up and you just click strong moves to weaken stuff) Durant is best brought in through pivoting support, double switches, or after a teammate has fainted since it cannot take hits well. Due to this fragility, Durant's best chances to set up are when it is forcing a switch by threatening pokemon like Terrakion and Mamoswine. Durant struggles to set up more than once in a game, so ensure that faster pokemon are removed before boosting and use free turns for attacking. Remain wary of potential choice scarf users that Durant would otherwise pressure, such as Hydreigon or Infernape. Look out for stray Fire-type coverage moves on Pokemon like Latias, Florges, and Mega Sceptile (252 SpA Sceptile-Mega Focus Blast vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Durant: 251-296 (97.6 - 115.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock you don't set up on that no matter what) that can cut Durant's set up short. Keep Durant healthy in the early-game so it can have enough HP to set up later in the match and pull off a sweep. Save Durant's Corkscrew Crash for bulky Pokemon that otherwise cannot be broken through, such as Gligar or Chesnaught. (also the z can and should be used if durant needs to hit a move and isn't boosted at that point)
- talk about when to use rock slide somewhere because it's useful for catching fire-types it lures in especially stuff like moltres

Team Options
========
Durant fits nicely on offensive teams that can effectively get Durant in the position to sweep. Entry hazard support from Pokemon like Azelf, Nihilego, and Klefki can help Durant apply more pressure and can increase the odds of it sweeping. Dragons such as Latias and Hydreigon appreciate Durant's ability to remove some Steel-types, like Empoleon or Scizor, and remove fairies. Hydreigon stands out as a partner due to its ability to draw in fairies and U-Turn out into Durant. (can move this down to scarfers tbh ecause scarf hydra makes the best use of u-turn and beats faster stuff) Pursuit users like Scarf Krookodile or Mega Aerodactyl can remove fast threats that may shred Durant, such as Mega-Manectric, Latias, and Gengar. Chandelure and Primarina appreciate Durant's ability to beat common pursuit trappers 1v1 and pressure some physical walls such as Chesnaught and Gligar. (primarina cares absolutely 0 about pursuit and no pursuit mons want to come in on durant so this point isn't great. you also don't explain why these pokemon make good partners so remvoe this or update it and pm me on discord) Water-type checks such as Celebi and Tsareena that can weaken Pokemon like Tentacruel and Alomomola for Durant are very useful. Their assistance is even more helpful when Durant lacks coverage for Slowbro. Choice Scarf users such as Hydreigon and Infernape or other methods of Speed control like Thunder Wave from Rotom-H and Klefki can take care of Pokemon faster than Durant, such as Choice Scarf users (such as? you should also mention latias because thats a really relevant pokemon durant can't outspeed or check as a steel-type as well as gengar/mmane too), and make it easier for Durant to break or sweep. If Durant isn't running Rock Slide, Pokemon like Crawdaunt or Terrakion capable of taking on Fire-types like Moltres and Volcanion are valuable additions. (these pokemon aren't really good fire checks; they do ko fire mons but they can't reliably switch into or check them)

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]

Other Options
========
Other Z Crystals can be used with Durant should a team need the extra power to break through a particular target. Fightinium is valuable for bulky Steel-types like Mega Steelix and Mega Aggron. Darkinium is another strong alternative that hits Doublade and Slowbro extremely hard while having the extra bonus of potentially giving Durant +2 in one turn instead of nuking. (say z hone claws it really isn't clear) It also provides a means of hitting Moltres to make up for the lack of Rock Slide. X-Scissor can be run to hit Slowbro harder than Crunch, but usually isn't worth the loss of coverage. Choice Band gives Durant the power of a Hone Claws boost immediately but can be very risky as Hustle's accuracy decrease comes into play. Choice Scarf can revenge kill fast pokemon like Latias and Mega Aerodactyl and outspeed Choice Scarf Infernape, but can have underwhelming power and struggles with accuracy like Choice Banded Durant.

Checks and Counters
========
**Fast Special Attackers:** While Durant has a nice speed tier, faster pokemon such as Mega Manectric, Starmie, and Gengar can revenge kill Durant easily. Choice Scarf users like Nihilego, Hydreigon, Infernape, and Togekiss can also outrun and pressure Durant as well.

***Bulky Water-types:** Durant can muscle past them occasionally with its Z move, but bulky Water-types like Suicune and Alomomola can put a dent in Durant's performance as they can tank a hit and threaten it with scald. Unaware Water-types such as Quagsire and Pyukumuku cannot be broken through by Durant.

**Ghost-types:** Ghost-types can pressure Durant offensively or defensively. Gengar cannot switch in but can outspeed and threaten Durant with powerful STAB moves. Other Ghost-types like Jellicent and Doublade (put jellicent last so you're not implying jellicent sets up) can switch into any variant of Durant lacking Crunch and proceed to set-up on it, status it, or OHKO it.

**Fire-type Coverage:** Pokemon like Latias, Mega Sceptile (it also dies to focus blast so not really), Mega Altaria, and Florges can all lure Durant and KO it with Fire-type attacks where otherwise Durant would be able to tank a hit. Fire Punch Aggron tanks a hit and can OHKO Durant with ease too. (make this section Fire-types and Fire-type coverage and include fire types and talk about how they can ohko but durant can remove them with rock slide. scarf infernape scarf chandelure and mega houndroom also outspeed and ohko)

Durant is a hard-hitting, niche sweeper in the UU metagame and is able to hit harder than its Steel/Bug brethren, (RC) Scizor, (RC) due to Durant's Hustle. Hustle's accuracy drop can cost matches, particularly with moves like Rock Slide having nearly 70% accuracy; however, the accuracy drop from Hustle can by remedied with Hone Claws, (RC) or bypassed through the use of a Z-Move (AH). Durant's nice Speed tier lets it outrun and pressure most of the Fighting-types in the tier, including Cobalion, Terrakion, and Infernape lacking a Choice Scarf. Durant is able to beat Pokemon Scizor can't, (AC) such as Moltres, Chandelure, and Rotom-H, thanks to its higher Speed tier and unique coverage, (RC) such as Moltres, Chandelure, and Rotom-H. Though, Hustle's accuracy defect can cost matches, particularly with moves like Rock Slide having nearly 70% accuracy. The combination of Hustle's unreliability and Durant's fragility ultimately makes Durant sub-par subpar when compared to Scizor, (AC) which who boasts better bulk, (AC) that can take better advantage of their its typing, (AC) and can apply more pressure with its priority moves. Durant can be blown back by all the faster special attackers in tier, such as Gengar, Latias, or and Starmie, (AC) due to its poor Special Defense stat despite having one of the best defensive typings in the game.
