NOC Electoral Mafia - Game thread

I dont necessarily believe this assumption. And if it is the case that your vote follows the first vote of the day then that makes Realiti look all the worse for making so silly paranlia post about DBD amd Tsuki(?) just to vote DBD and then forget it ever happened. Id be more inclined to think you were simply redirected to DBD which if its a scumrole that did that to you, then the occams razor analysis would be that mafia wants us to misvote dbd. I think in either case it looks like a misvote.
Idk, my concern is if it is just a simple redirect. Why pick DBD when they were the other wagon option yesterday? Why not pick someone towny for occam razor shenanigans.

Also, if Carrotman's role is powered up based on the number of people that vote them, then idk how they're maf and didn't have anyone vote them to power up yesterday. We had a lot of loose votes on D1, I imagined at least one of their scumbuds would have taken the opportunity to leave one on them

NAI, if mafia voted Carrot and their powered was based on the votes of them, if Carrotman were to die, mafia would fall like dominoes

Ye but I feel like just one vote, wouldn't be too out of place if they're playing properly? Actually Idk if he could have just voted himself and it would of counted. Just seems like missed opportunity especially so early in the game.

Their argument has also many holes in it, How does a power based on votes works, is it cummulative based on who voted you the entire day or is it only based in the EOD votes, if it were based on EOD why would you "wait" for your defense instead of claiming right away and asking at least one person to be in you, and if its cummulative why do we only know of their role now and not on past days? Did they sacrifice their n1 for no reason?

If it works similar to mine it's based on math percentages/fractions. And I asked, and if they work the same, his own vote would have worked on himself. I think probs just naivety about how their role really works and lack of host clarification on what counts towards their stuff (I had to ask abt functionality for mine/when votes count).

I would attribute it to new town rather than Mafia, I feel like Mafia would have worked together to capitalize on role interactions

Assuming it works the same as mine

why did you target the two players you wanted to vote out
I wasnt really that interested in voting out these two on D1, Im not sure what made you say that. But yes when I saw no kill on D2 I assumed that maybe I did correctly target even though the odds of successfully landing a mediate are slim. I especially thought Peum may just be caught red handed when he claimed blocked but I also didnt want to outright claim it at that point. Still from my pov either he IS lying about having targeted jalmont or maybe someone did straight up RB him which I guess would make sense to exist with my role.

I dont see my mediator as the same thing as a targeted protective role. Its very unlikely to actually successfully stop a kill with it because Id have to target two people correctly so its like N choose 2 out of 13 ppl on N1 presumably thats like a 1 of 78 chance to actually stop the NK.

i'll reword my question then: why did you target those two players on N1

Righto i need 4 people on me and then i can inspect someone who isn't on me
I asked a few questions and it goes based off of PEOPLE, not voting power
So jalmont's vote only counts for 1, not 2
my gut reation is that this is a fakeclaim but i will give you the benefit of the doubt and ask some clarifying questions

1) do 4 people have to be on you at the end of the day, or can it be 4 people at any time during the day
2) is this a day inspect or a night inspect

inspecting somebody who isn't on you doesnt seem very intuitive if i'm designing an info role, since the PPL on you are more likely to be scum...it's also way too conditional

Mostly PoE. I didnt want to target Tsuki, DbD or Airc. Miyami seemed like she would probably not make sense to target. Im not permitted to self target. I had pulsar as vibetown over night and same with fairy. So I thought about the remaining 6 and didnt really have too much reason after that. Like if I want to block a kill Id have to target the townie who is being killed and the scum making the kill. Its not like I can just snipe the NK maker from my scum list and its that simple. I didnt put too much thought into it after ruling out people I thought were unlikely to be NKd (fairy I suppose could have been a NK target) and also on the tentative town list.
