Electric Arceus

Ice / Electric gives overall better coverage than Electric / Fighting, it'd rather be better letting something else take care of Ferrothorn such as Mixed Rayquaza rather than depending on a move with a mere 70 accuracy and overall poor coverage. Ghostceus does it since it gets flawless coverage thanks to it. So yeah, maybe an OO mention IMO.
ice / elec / fight is even better since he's talking about getting rid of recover

Ferrothorn is everywhere in Ubers, so I think mentioning Fire Blast and Focus Blast in set comments makes sense. Fire Blast is also cool when using Thunder in case sun is up, since a sunny Fire Blast does almost the same amount of damage a STAB Thunder does.

Nop, I played Electric arceus a lot, and relying on Rayquaza to kill Ferro is really something you'll not do unless you're playing against a dumb. Arceus need to get rid of his counter early game unless you want to play with 5 pokemon since he isnt threatening without some CM. Also, SpecsOgre help a lot since he can do +50% to ferro easily, and Palkia'll have to use Thunder to kill you, a free setup for your Arceus.

Maybe put Fire Blast / Focus Blast into AC instead in the ruins of OO? Ferrothorn's a bitch.

Needs Bulky Excadrill as a check as well as Gastrodon, though you can leave out Gastro since its pretty rare, needs Excadrill though since Electric Arceus usually has a field day with Rain teams and Bulky Excadrill suits well on Rain teams.

Blissey is probably Electric Arceus's worst enemy. Electric Arceus's attacks will bounce right off the vast rolls of pink, lumpy fat while Blissey can whittle it down with Toxic. However, Blissey will lose to Electric Arceus that carry Substitute to block Toxic. Groudon and Ground Arceus can both take a boosted Ice Beam (albeit it will do a lot of damage) and KO Electric Arceus back with Earthquake. Garchomp that hold a Choice Scarf can switch in on any of Electric Arceus's attacks bar Ice Beam, and smash it with Earthquake. Bulky Excadrill is in a similar situation, but it has the potential to outspeed Electric Arceus in the sand while not being too bothered by Ice Beam. Reshiram laughs off most of Electric Arceus's attacks and can incinerate it with Blue Flare through the Calm Mind boosts, thanks to its sheer power under sunlight. Tyranitar doesn't care about any of Electric Arceus's moves and can obliterate it with a mighty Earthquake. Finally, Toxic Spikes can more often than not stop Arceus from sweeping by hampering it with a crippling poison.

"Albeit" should be "although". Also why not use the shorter "Choice Scarf Garchomp" instead?

Fireburn said it's done, so uploading this. Electric Arceus isn't all that versatile anyway, Calm Mind is the only set it should use.
