howdy!
I've been looking around for a place to share my art, one that'll give feedback but doesn't have too high a standard and isn't DeviantArt. Most of my stuff is Pokémon fanart, so I think here'll be a nice place to start out.
I don't do commissions, and requests are unlikely, but if you have something you'd like to see, or a little art favor, then I'll consider it.
I've been doodling around in traditional art for most of my life, mostly pencil sketches (chuff someone needs to broaden their perspective). I haven't gotten very serious about it, so most of my art is done on scrap paper with #2 pencils when I'm bored, hence low-budget. Here's a couple sketches I did in the past few months.
I've tried a bit of digital art, but I'm just beginning and it's hella low-budget. Trackpad and GIMP low-budget. Now I can't blame it all on the equipment; a lot of it's my lack of experience too. Most of the few digital pieces I'll share will probably be related to Pokémon Key and Lock, my half-baked casual fangame concept. Look forward to some Fakémon and character designs! Here's concept art of the professor.
I don't have any music to share right now because, although I have a lot of experience, it's mostly in "classical" composition and not production. But this is coming from a jazz-influenced improv fanatic who loves game music to death. One day I hope to share some covers of Pokémon tunes, once I've figured out exactly how I'll make them and what my style is. I might cover other game tracks, especially from Mother, and I'll probably be making music for Key and Lock, as the initial idea of that project was to get some experience writing game soundtracks.
chuff outta here now

A bit of context on this one: I have a little obsession with the Johto Gym Leaders. I've brewed up thoughts on their backstories and families, and I've always imagined Morty as a middle child. His older brother specializes in Psychic-types, and his younger sister (pictured with Zorua) trains Dark-types. This Haunter here was Morty's first Pokémon, and evolved into the Gengar who's now the powerhouse of his team. I'd say he's around 9 or 10 in this picture.
I may color this in someday, and it is stupid hard to draw young boys with long hair without making them look like girls.

Bugsy Cypress, expert on Pokémon communication. Almost 10 years after GSC/HGSS and he hasn't really grown up.
After "saving" Limelodge Town from a rampant Hafletch, who bit his leg in the process, he gains some recognition. News of this supposed "young mastermind" travels to the region's villainous team, who wants to recruit any strong trainer they come across, including the player and their rival. In terms of how Bugsy contributes to the theme of the games (combined with the rival), he's a bit like N.
You'll be seeing a lot of Bugsy from me... he's my all-time favorite character, he's so fun to draw and I love Bug-types! I'll try to avoid making him seem like "the creator's favorite" while plotting K/L, though. But you know, sometimes I get the feeling that Masuda really liked N.
