What is the bug?
Endless Battle Clause is currently a bit wonky. Namely:

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
First one: Load up a battle with a Poison Heal mon whose HP mod 16 = 0 or 1 (PH recommended because it's easier than having to be careful with Leftovers), and have an opponent with Leppa Berry, Protect/Recycle/Mean Look (or have the PH user be the last mon)/Recover. Note that if Poison Heal is given by the trapper via Entrain/Skill Swap, that triggers EBC as intended.
Second one: Load up a battle with any Pokemon that knows Entrainment/Skill Swap and an opponent with trapping + Entrain/Skill Swap. Get past turn 100, trap, Entrain/SS with both Pokemon; the game should end regardless of the Trapper or Trappee's other moves.

Any changes to the EBC conditions should be run through Policy Review since they may be relevant to literally every format on the site. There are many cases that EBC currently doesn't detect as endless, some that don't even involve Abilities (leech seeding a Blissey and Revival Blessing + Lunar Dance are a couple I know have been found) so we'd need to redefine the heuristics to catch all those.

I wrote a fix for the 2nd case, because as defined this already shouldn't be detected as an endless battle; using Skill Swap yourself means you've changed your ability of your own volition and thus aren't affected by a previous changed ability.
