Favourite foods?

Here in Colombia, we have something called tamal (well, I'm pretty sure each country in latinamerica has its own version) and there is a version in particular is my favorite called Tamal tolimense. Those are some banana-leafed parcels you make with rice, peas, bacon, pork, chicken, carrots, eggs and some aromatic herbs. It's very tasty, I'll leave a picture of this here .3.
