Mask is the fresh mon out here and he's looking to secure a rare ASB Gym Badge for his hard working trainer. Knowing there's no way Revenankh can Counter anything he has he launches into a full on assault starting with a ShadowStrike. The mummy isn't letting up at all though and rocks Mask right back with an Earthquake! Unfortunately the middle of the round shows where Rev's coverage wears a little thin and he is forced to just go with a neutral Shadow Punch while Mask swipes away with a powerful Shadow Claw. To make matters worse for the leader the Kitsunoh goes ahead and lands a critical on his final ShadowStrike for the round. At least Revenankh was able to respond in kind and hit critically with an Earthquake but even that might not be enough to pull him back into this one.

The mummy pointlessly stalls a little with a Protective barrier but Mask punishes it with another ShadowStrike to ensure the energy cost is as substantial as possible. Not even a desperately combined Super Shadow Sneak is enough for Rev to pull out the unlikely victory and a responding Shadow Sneak from Mask is able to ensure that zarator is handed ASB's second only Gym Badge!
