Hi Smogon!
So, this is the first competitive team I've built, and it's not the best team, but I've battled with it and it's done alright. I'm not a really experienced competitive Pokemon battler, but yeah. Comments, criticism etc. are appreciated :) Thanks everyone.

Gastrodon (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Storm Drain
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature (+SpD, -Atk)
- Scald
- Ice Beam
- Toxic
- Recover
Since Rain teams give my team a bit of trouble, Gastrodon fits well into my team. With its ability Storm Drain significantly enhanced with the SpA boost, access to Toxic + Recover, and Scald + Ice Beam, it's a great counter to rain teams, with the capabilities of tanking and being offensive at the same time. Toxic on this Gastrodon may seem unusual with Toxic Spikes support already present from Forretress, but it cripples Lati@s, who are both immune to Toxic Spikes. Scald is a great Water STAB, with the great 30% chance of burn, which will further increase its tanking capabilities. Ice Beam hits Dragon types and Gliscor if its not behind a Substitute.

Forretress (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 176 Def / 80 SpD
IVs: 0 Spe
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Toxic Spikes
- Spikes
- Rapid Spin
- Gyro Ball
Forretress is my Rapid Spinner, and with Stealth Rock breaking the Gengar's Focus Sash, it plays a very important role in my team. It is also the entry hazard setter for my team, with Toxic Spikes and Spikes. With Forretress' Relaxed nature and minimum 0 IV Spe, Gyro Ball will do some reasonable damage on switch-ins to Forretress.

Latios (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Draco Meteor
- Surf
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Psyshock
Offensive Latios is a great team member, with its awesome base Special Attack of 130, and its overall great base stats. It's also got the great powerful Dragon-type STAB, Draco Meteor, and because Latios isn't going to be staying in for very long, the SpA drop won't be doing much. With HP Fire and Draco Meteor, Latios has perfect coverage besides Heatran, who is dealt with by Surf anyways. Psyshock hits Blissey, Eviolite Chansey and other specially defensive walls. Latios can come in on the Earthquakes aimed at Heatran or Magnezone for a free switch.

Gengar (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature (+Spe, -Atk)
- Substitute
- Disable
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast
With Disable having 100% accuracy now in 5th Gen, Gengar can take advantage of its most deadly set: SubDisable. With its many immunities and access to Substitute, Gengar can use this set very well. Substitute helps Gengar overcome status and helps it Disable easier. The awesome coverage that Shadow Ball + Focus Blast provides Gengar the ability to hit a wide range of Pokemon hard. Leftovers is the item used due to the prevalence of Tyranitar, Hippowdon and sandstorm in OU, and gives Gengar more survivability and opportunities for Substitute.

Heatran (F) @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature (+SpA, -Atk)
- Overheat
- Fire Blast
- Earth Power
- Hidden Power [Ice]
With Heatran's base Speed of 77 being its lowest, Choice Scarf will help buff it up. This Heatran acts as a sweeper, and also great Fire-type move absorber, and with the Fire moves lured by Forretress and Breloom, Heatran is going to get many chances to get a free switch in and also a free boost to Overheat and Fire Blast. Fire Blast is there for situations where the SpA drop isn't suggested. Heatran also has the great Steel typing for all the Dragon-types lurking around OU.

Breloom (F) @ Toxic Orb
Trait: Poison Heal
EVs: 232 HP / 216 SpD / 60 Spe
Careful Nature (+SpD, -SpA)
- Bulk Up
- Spore
- Seed Bomb
- Drain Punch
Bulk Up Breloom is my No. 1 T-tar counter. Because much of my team is vulnerable to sandstorm and Tyranitar gives my team hell, Breloom plays a big role in my team. Spore is there to decapacitate one member of the opponent's team, Bulk Up to increase its monster base 130 Attack and alright base 80 Defence. Seed Bomb and Drain Punch are Breloom's strong attacking STABS, with Drain Punch restoring HP along with Poison Heal + Toxic Orb.
