Hello, I have solved Formemons. Here's my take on every Forme. Please let me know what you think :)

Here's your 30 speed Aurora Veil setter bro. Maybe if you face a team without Rayquaza, Koraidon, or either of the Primals, you might even be able to use it.

By virtue of typing it can check Koraidon, threaten it with Fairy attacks or Will-o-Wisp, but it seems way too specific to consider for a teamslot. It's overall not very bulky or strong and complete fodder for Ho-oh, Primal Groudon, and is easily confounded by a Tera Fire. Very specific niche mon that is easy to play around.

It has great hair.

This mon is not good, but people will use it anyways. It will usually go one-for-one against offensive teams, being immune to what's probably the most common priority move in Extreme Speed. Against bulkier teams, it can go zero-for-one and do nothing before simply dying. Still, that Extreme Speed immunity seems crucial to not instantly lose to Rayquaza-Mega. I'd probably give it a try.

It’s genuinely very powerful after a Shell Smash. It can hit a lot of targets neutrally between a water move and Dark Pulse (especially with Tera Dark), as well. Don't really have much to say about it, but it looks really solid. It might prefer Timid as it loses to some mid-speed scarfers at +2 otherwise, but it also just loses to Scarf Koraidon, Scarf MMY, and +1 Flutter Mane no matter what.

Like every Fighting-type here, it gets compared to Koraidon a lot, being weaker and frailer but also becoming uncheckable by Scarfers very quickly. It has similar counterplay, and because of that I think it could be a great partner for it as they weaken each other’s checks. It definitely benefits from the sun Koraidon leaves behind too. The frailty of this mon really hurts though, as it’s pretty easy for Groudon-Primal, Slowbro-Mega, Eternatus or whatever else to sponge a hit from it and OHKO back.

Funy camel.

100% worse than Koraidon, Groudon-Primal, and others.

Also worse than Groudon-Primal and Ho-oh. The competition for a Fire-type in this is really fierce.

Diancie-Mega is an important consideration for the lead metagame. It forces established leads like Ribombee and Deoxys-S to adapt their sets in order to not lose to it. It can set up its own hazards and threatens the only relevant hazard control options well, and in general it can damage pretty much everything to some extent. But it's also frail and not fast by any means, so it needs to be well-positioned in order to accomplish much outside of the lead position.

It doesn’t really have much to distinguish it from other mons with better stats like MMX or Koraidon. Even Mewtwo gets Knock Off now.

Gardevoir-Mega is kinda cool, but it seems like it would struggle with common Fairy resists. It's also pretty slow and just outstatted by monsters like MMY and Necrozma-Ultra.

Doesn't really fit well into the lead metagame at all.

I can see this mon cutting a tiny niche as a dragon dancer. It can bypass Unaware like other good DDers (NDM, Kyurem-B, Ultra Necrozma) but it has a much better matchup against Skeledirge and Sableye-Mega with Foul Play.

It's a really slow breaker and doesn't handle some physically bulky mons well at all. Doesn't offer anything.

It’s a Fire type that easily blows through Groudon-Primal with Solar Power! But it’s also frail with middling speed, vulnerable to hazards, gets worn down easily, easily sponged by Ho-oh, Eternatus, others… I don’t see it being any good.

Latias-Mega has great stats and is excellent at coming in on the Primals and defeating them one-on-one. In that sense it fills a similar role as Giratina-Origin, but trading the team support of Defog for reliable recovery. The defensive check compression that this offers is pretty unique, so I definitely see it being pretty viable. It can try to get up a CM to be more threatening, but I'd imagine you'd be spending your Tera on this if you're actually trying to sweep; it's just too vulnerable to faster offensive mons like Eternatus, Zacian-C, and Koraidon. It's probably better just hoping to Thunder Wave something cause it beats most of the absorbers of that move anyways.

Latios-Mega is probably viable too. It definitely has less of a niche though when it faces such strong competition in MMY and its own sister. I'd say Latios-Mega fits best as a mid-speed Scarfer that can revenge some unboosted offensive threats and Trick a scarf off on defensive mons. It distinguishes itself from scarf MMY with Levitate and a pivoting move allowing it to easily enter when Spikes are up. It really struggles to take out a healthy Zacian-C though which is a bummer, but it might be worth considering.

This faces some fierce competition in this format from Koraidon, who about matches it in power but has a much more competitive speed tier and movepool. Lucario-Mega has a few advantages; namely, it has strong priority options and Steel STAB which can let it defeat Arceus-Fairy or Altaria-Mega easily. It also has Rock moves which let it invalidate Ho-Oh as a check, something that Koraidon lacks, but it will struggle to fit it usually. In general, however, the lesser Speed tier and lack of a Fire pseudo-STAB will prevent it from being as prevalent in the format, but the strong priority is probably crucial for some teams to keep fast frail threats like MMY or a -1 Rayquaza-Mega in check. Most notably being a priority user that resists Extreme Speed can be very relevant against opposing Extreme Speed users.

Although it has great raw power, it can't really compete with Koraidon, Lucario-Mega, or MMX. It's a lot slower, frail like Lucario-Mega but doesn't have good priority like it, and the extra power doesn't really make enough of a difference.

I think there's probably something it can do that's unique. It’s a more offensive oriented alternative to NDM for teams that also want a decent priority option to take on sweepers. It’s also less of an “all-in” sweeper than Zacian-C and has a good speed stat for playing as a breaker. It can Knock Off, trick a CB, and has pretty good coverage but struggles with Groudon-Primal no matter what. Still seems cool to play around with… ID+BP seems like a fun gimmick. Also, it has strong priority while resisting opposing Extreme Speed, like Lucario-Mega. Just because of that it could be relevant to not lose to opposing Rayquaza-Mega.

A powerful and tricky mon. Koraidon seems more generally applicable for teams with somewhat better speed and power, more usable STAB coverage, U-turn for momentum, and a better boosting option in SD, but MMX here is no slouch either. It has very wide and varied coverage, both physical and special, and has some great tricks like, well, Trick, Recover, Taunt, Wisp, Knock Off, even Nasty Plot is probably an awful surprise for some teams to deal with. I think this will be a mon that players will struggle to find "the set" for cause it's just so varied, so it might be a sleeper pick for a while.

Amazing speed tier, insane special attack, MMY is much more straightforward than MMX. It's basically Deoxys-Attack with some actual bulk, although it's still pretty frail physically. Nasty Plot makes it an absurd breaker, Specs is difficult to dance around, Scarf revenges pretty much anything it needs to. It's got a really wide movepool, but it's more specialized than MMX; still I'm sure mixed options are viable too for the surprise factor, as it still has a considerable 150 Attack stat. Psystrike lets it hit on both sides of the spectrum anyways, though, so it's not as needed. The mon's only real downfall is relatively poor physical bulk with no real resistances. It can easily get taken out by priority from Arceus, Rayquaza-Mega, and others.

One of the craziest offensive mons bar none, its DD set will probably singlehandedly make Skarmory viable. An insane breaker with SD, a great lategame sweeper with DD, one of the best revenge killers with Extreme Speed, can go mixed to defeat its "checks". Tera Flying makes its Dragon Ascent stronger while effectively removing its weaknesses, but it also doesn't really gain any resistances by doing so, so I don't expect it to be the universally best choice. Tera Normal could end up being used more to take out pretty much anything with Extreme Speed. Like honestly, you know how annoying Tera Normal Dragonite is in OU? That mon doesn't get SD or 180 base Attack. Rayquaza-Mega is such a damn problem, I think the only solution to it is to unban Calyrex-Shadow to revenge kill it with, and I'm not even fully joking about that. We're in for a reckoning.

On the basis of typing alone, Sableye-Mega completely shuts down Psychic / Fighting coverage which limits the sets MMX and MMY would want to run. It doesn't really beat too many mons on its own otherwise. It's definitely reliant on Foul Play to beat physical threats. Dissuading hazards is nice, but the best hazard setter is the immensely threatening Groudon-Primal which can beat you down in a few ways. Against leads... Ribombee and Diancie-Mega beat you, and Magic Bounce doesn't save you from Toxic Debris or Mortal Spin poison from Glimmora. So it's not really the best. This mon is really built for a meta where the best Spikers are passive Gliscor and Ting-Lu, I really don't think it has what it takes to handle Groudon-Primal. But it might be okayish?

Doesn't really seem worth using over Rayquaza-Mega. Maybe the slightly higher speed is relevant somehow.

It has a strong speed tier for sure, but not much else going for it. Neither Lightning Rod or Shed Tail seem very relevant. It could likely be slightly effective against teams without Ho-Oh, with a good speed tier and ability to threaten some common Grass resists with Dragon Pulse and coverage. SubSeed beats some things on paper that rely on low PP recovery moves. Ho-Oh is just a complete crapshoot for this mon though, even if it runs the otherwise-useless Rock Slide.

It doesn’t really check anything defensively here, besides Zacian-C, but there are better options if that’s your goal. Some even have recovery. It’s definitely not going to cut it as a sweeper in this format either, being very slow and struggling with common mons.

It could find its way onto some teams. It has the typing and the bulk to handle the physical metagame for sure, being able to stomach hits from Koraidon, Zacian-C, and others. It'd probably need to use Thunder Wave to allow something else to take them out though... or just get lucky with a Scald burn. On paper it doesn’t seem like much, but it seems really well-suited to the format.

With weather being so temperamental, I don't see this being too excellent as a sweeper, but at least it threatens Groudon-Primal. As a bulky pivot, it doesn't really seem like it could measure up compared to bulkier mons. Groudon-Primal is just such strong competition for any sort of Ground type. I doubt it will really accomplish much.

This is one of the most stable checks to Lunala and offensive Eternatus you can get. It can also come in on MMY if it opts to not slot Focus Blast, something I can see occuring on certain sets if Sableye-Mega is really prominent. Very specific mon though. I don't think it can really sweep and will probably function as a bulky mon that Knocks things.

Surprisingly, I think this mon could be viable if you want to compress a tera check to Koraidon (Tera Fairy + Thick Fat lets it live even +2 Tera Fire Flare Blitz) that also can come in on Kyogre-Primal once and is generally able to spread around passive damage with Leech Seed, Sludge Bomb, or Knock Off. Usually clicking Sleep Powder will be the most necessary in order to not lose, though. Synthesis is a real mixed bag as it punishes you for clicking it against a Kyogre-Primal that stays in.

Unsurprisingly, Groudon-Primal seems to be one of the best things you can run. Great typing, ridiculous stats, excellent movepool, an ability that lets it control the field. All the sets it historically ran in other metagames that it can still run are worth considering here. Defensive sets make a solid check to Zacian-C that can generally take a hit from anything it needs to, specially defensive sets let it come in easier on Eternatus, special offensive Kyogre-Primal, and both of these sets benefit from Leftovers. Offensive sets can use Air Balloon to defeat opposing Groudon-Primal and Arceus-Ground easier. Groudon-Primal doesn't seem like a good Choice item user, but they're probably still viable too just on the basis of how overtuned this mon is. One of the biggest things worth mentioning about Groudon-Primal is that it lacks Rock Polish in this, meaning that double dance sets are a thing of the past. This'll make playing around it a bit more manageable for offensive teams as you'll never lose to that set popping up out of nowhere.

Also an incredible mon. All the mainstays like Scarf, Specs, and CM seem viable here, as even with the threat of Groudon-Primal coming in to absorb your Water attacks you remain immensely threatening to everything else. As in any format with Primals, Kyogre-Primal needs to have some sort of plan for Groudon-Primal coming in, whether that's simply doing as much with Ice Beam as possible, or something else. It's worth noting, though, that Groudon-Primal will be a lot harder to wear down with repeated Ice Beams, due to Leftovers. The old mixed Kyogre-Primal with Earthquake is probably fine, but Choice Band Kyogre-Primal is probably relevant here too, completely fouling Blissey while flipping the script on SpDef Groudon-Primal with a CB Earthquake that also threatens SpDef Eternatus.

A pretty marginal upgrade. Maybe being one of the bulkiest things that comes in on Kyogre-Primal is relevant, but it has a pretty similar defensive profile to other bulky mons while not really offering much in terms of offense and utility that other mons don't do better.

It seems pretty similar to Latios-Mega, which already seems like a niche mon. Palkia-Origin has the ability to hit both bulky Dragons and Ho-oh and can Trick Choice items onto foes, but even the 120 base speed doesn't really save it from just being too mediocre. At the very least, it doesn't get speed crept by support Arceus formes very easily now.

This mon is great. Good matchup against the Primals, easily comes in and clicks Defog against Groudon-Primal, can phaze and spread status, it's just nice. Leftovers fixes one of this mon's biggest flaws, which is a tendency to get worn down upon repeated switchins. It's worth noting that without Griseous Core, its attacks are significantly weaker; its main STAB options won't be hitting nearly as hard, especially if uninvested. Shadow Sneak, while potentially a nice option to take out MMY, is also not really worth using without the boost from Griseous Core and some investment. More offensive sets are still viable though. Poltergeist is tough to switch in on, especially if boosted by Choice Band, and a boosted Shadow Sneak is definitely strong enough to get the job done. CM sets that don't get worn down easily are probably usable too. Honestly, Griseous Core is probably still a viable item to run on this, even though it doesn't have to. An offensive set that gets boosts in both its STABs while appreciating the ability to change moves would probably like it.

I don't think any of the Ogerpon forms really have the stats to accomplish much in here. Losing the mask also means losing 1.2x on all your moves.

Same here.

If they still got access to Embody Aspect when they Tera'd, maybe Ogerpon-Hearthflame could accomplish something, but I doubt it.

Kind of a weird mon. SD + Photon Geyser is a no-questions-asked wallbreaker, breaking through Unaware but faltering on Sableye-Mega and Skarmory which will probably be on some of those teams. DD is probably more applicable for a lot of teams but also faces strong competition from Rayquaza-Mega. If you really want to do the ability ignoring thing you've got other good options like NDM and Kyurem-Black which might be better. With great mixed attacking stats and Neuroforce, it really rewards you for playing around with coverage options, but it faces a ton of competition in this role from the similarly versatile MMX and MMY. It also wishes it was just a little bit faster, being slower than Eternatus, Koraidon and MMX is tough. A real head-scratcher of a mon imo. It has some good tools but it'll really struggle to distinguish itself.

I’m not too sure what to make of this mon. It's fast and strong, but it's kind of got a mediocre matchup against Koraidon. Being locked into a Water attack is also pretty subpar in a meta with Groudon-Primal. Spikes is nice of course, but oftentimes that might be all it accomplishes. It seems like it's in a real awkward place as a breaker or revenge killer. Specs Dark Pulse might just be good enough to get the job done though, it has good enough speed and options to click against mons that don't care about it.

Eevee :)

Okay, so… Light Ball works on this, right? And it does have a competitive speed tier at 120. Here’s a calc I found interesting…+2 252 SpA Light Ball Tera Grass Pikachu Grass Knot (120 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Groudon-Primal: 420-495 (103.9 - 122.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO. Obliterated
Tldr:
funy sky dragon tier
viable

could go either way

unviable
probably everything else lol
