There is no limit in power, category or accuracy, as long as they're balanced and don't create scary combos.
The threat now is Shell Smash on Omastar and Carracosta and Swords Dance on Armaldo may be scary too, since it has also some strong Water-type moves (Carraldo is indeed a threat).

EDIT: Superclawer should be 105BP due to ice hammer and hammer arm being 100BP and 90Acc but this a signature move. Another option is to lower the accuracy to 90; both worked. And Crust Cruncher is a bit too weak compared to the others.

The only fusions who don't have an exclusive move yet are Rampardos and Kabutops.
A list of the moves you can replace with your move, you have to choose one that your exclusive move will replace in the Head moveset.
