No, because it depends on the rewrite of the client (the user interface) in Preact, which is far from done.
Actually, strike my previous post. I'm going to start working on this now (Zarel said it was fine.)

Done and live. We are currently limiting this to trusted users only, but we will be releasing it to all autoconfirmed users in a few days (once we're sure most major issues have been worked out.)
