From Untiereds to Ubers

OM!, shouldn't Zangoose and Musharna be removed from the spreadsheet and Untiered pokemon dropdown list as they're now classified as PU by usage, and shouldn't Torterra and Poliwrath be added to the spreadsheet and dropdown list as they're now Untiered by usage?
Yes, I agree with this new change. I’ll update the Dropdown List.

Also, since Jamis361 is out, and I cannot edit from my iPhone, I’ll let you edit the spreadsheet as I sent you the invitation to do so a few weeks ago.

Thank you SteelixPrismGX for doing so, as we discussed.

Just got home from work and will have dinner; I’ll do edits to Dropdown later tonight.

EDIT: Removed Zangoose and Musharna, added Torterra and Poliwrath.

Sylvally only has a single form moved up so I’ll let it stay Untiered as an overall.

Well I'm back! Only temporarily quit.

I don't think so actually... At least I never seen anybody do so
Welcome Back Jerry! Hope you liked my Noctowl!
Yes we can, I simply choose not to.
Can more than one user submit the same mon? (For instance, can there be more than one submission for Unown/Silvally?)
Only one can win the slate though, if there is a tie for the same mon in a slate with an equal number of votes, then we will have whoever is announcing the voting results just decide which one is the winner rather than a Re-vote.

Overall, I don’t do it bc I don’t want my idea to compete with someone else’s, and would rather just chose a similar Mon (like if someone chooses Seviper, I can choose Arbok).

...So Torterra, Torkoal and Turtonator are all untiered?

[TMNT theme starts playing in the background]
#Lol.
All we need is Blastoise and we got ourselves the 4 TMNT! #Mega-Bosstoise

At long last, the submissions that everyone’s been waiting for!

Type: Psychic
Ability: Protean
100/85/120/100/120/75 - 600

New moves: Alpha Wave, Aeroblast, Boomburst, Cosmic Power, Defog, Earth Power, Freeze-Dry, Glare, Heal Order, Infestation, Judgment, King’s Shield, Leech Seed, Moonblast, Night Daze, Overheat, Photon Geyser, Quiver Dance, Rest, Stealth Rock, Toxic, U-Turn, Volt Switch, Will-o-Wisp, X-Scissor, Yawn, Zap Cannon

Alpha Wave - 90 power, 100% Accuracy, 10 PP, Psychic type, Special. 50% chance to inflict one of these effects on the opponent (chosen at random): Confusion, Curse, Leech Seed, Trapped, Infatuated, Embargo, Heal Block, Taunt, Telekinesis, Torment.

Flavor: I’ve always been disappointed with Unown. Its Pokédex entries, in-game dialogue, and the HGSS Arceus event imply that Unown in great enough numbers can warp the fabric of reality, and that’s not even getting into how ridiculous they are in the anime. We’re talking about a Pokémon that can warp reality, takes the form of writing, and has a mysterious connection to the Pokémon equivalent of God, so I designed this Unown to fit the part. Aside from its new signature move, it gains one move for each letter of the alphabet. (That’s why X-Scissor is there; it’s the only move beginning with X. If you somehow win with an X-Scissor Unown PLEASE send me the replay.) “Alpha Wave” is both a reference to Unown’s alphabet motif and its connection to Arceus, the Alpha Pokémon. I was originally going to include more moves, but I thought it would be more interesting to limit it like this—it works in terms of flavor while still giving Unown a lot of amazing options. Protean is an oblique reference to Multitype.

Competitive: Unown can serve as a support or stall Pokémon, as a bulky special attacker, or as a special sweeper. Protean grants it massive offensive and defensive utility, giving Unown STAB on all moves and letting it turn into better defensive types than pure Psychic. King’s Shield is especially useful on stall sets, turning Unown into a Steel-type to avoid Toxic (potentially for two turns if the opponent is faster). With Quiver Dance and a plethora of strong special attacks combined with bulk that allows it to set up on a large portion of the meta and reliable recovery to boot, Unown is a terrifying setup sweeper. If you’re a terrible person who enjoys super-passive meme stall sets like me, worry not; Unown has access to Cosmic Power, Infestation, Toxic and Rest for all your scummy needs. It’s also got Yawn for phazing if that’s your thing, U-Turn and Volt Switch so it can act as a slow pivot, Freeze-Dry for crazy coverage, Defog for hazard/screen clearing, and more. Overall, Unown is a good and highly versatile Pokémon that fits well on stall, balance and bulky offense teams.
Type: Water
Abilities: Innards Out, Unaware
95/100/130/100/130/5 - 560

New moves: Acupressure, Amnesia, Aqua Ring, Camouflage, Destiny Bond, Disable, Encore, Glare, Gunk Shot, Gyro Ball, Haze, Heal Bell, Infestation, Ingrain, Iron Defense, Leech Seed, Mirror Coat, Parting Shot, Power Trick, Rapid Spin, Sand Attack, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Spikes, Spiky Shield, Spit Up, Sticky Web, Stockpile, Strength Sap, String Shot, Swallow, Topsy-Turvy, Toxic Thread, Trick, Trick Room, Whirlpool, Will-o-Wisp, Withdraw, Yawn

Flavor: I didn’t really have any specific design ideas for Pyukumuku, I just wanted to build on the theme of it being super-passive with a lot of defensive moves while also giving it some ability to actually fight back. I also put in Gunk Shot, String Shot, Toxic Thread, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Spit Up and Sticky Web as a reference to Pyukumuku’s tendency to expel its presumably sticky and gross internal organs in response to threats.

Competitive: Pyukumuku is one of the best stallmons out there. It’s a ludicrously powerful lead, or you can just have it sit there and sponge hits all day after you remove opposing wallbreakers. It can set up Spikes, Sticky Web and Trick Room, soak up a couple hits, and Parting Shot out. Gyro Ball is impressively strong after a couple Curses, so Pyukumuku isn’t totally passive. Strength Sap is amazing against the many, many physical monsters Ubers has to offer, especially Primal Groudon. Unaware combined with Haze (or Topsy-Turvy if you want to be straight-up mean) stops setup sweepers in their tracks. You can even use a Power Trick/Curse/Gyro Ball set to deal out massive amounts of damage while still having respectable defenses. Pyukumuku fits best on stall teams but can also work well on balance teams and as a Sticky Web user on offense teams.
Type: Normal
Ability: RKS System v2.0 - Changes the Pokémon’s type based on the Memory, Plate or Z-Crystal it holds. [Yes, I’m aware this technically breaks the “don’t just combine two Abilities” rule but in this specific instance I think it works fine]
105/105/105/105/105/105 - 630

New moves: Aeroblast, Blue Flare, Bolt Strike, Calm Mind, Core Enforcer, Cosmic Power, Crush Grip, Dark Pulse, Diamond Storm, Doom Desire, Draco Meteor, Dragon Ascent, Dream Eater, Earth Power, Earthquake, Energy Ball, Extreme Speed, Fleur Cannon, Freeze Shock, Fusion Bolt, Fusion Flare, Gravity, Glaciate, Heart Swap, Hurricane, Hyperspace Hole, Hypnosis, Ice Burn, Inferno, Judgment, Knock Off, Land’s Wrath, Light of Ruin, Light Screen, Lunar Dance, Luster Purge, Magma Storm, Mind Blown, Mist Ball, Moongeist Beam, Nature’s Madness, Night Daze, Nightmare, Oblivion Wing, Ominous Wind, Origin Pulse, Overheat, Perish Song, Photon Geyser, Plasma Fists, Poison Jab, Prismatic Laser, Psycho Boost, Psystrike, Recover, Recycle, Reflect, Refresh, Relic Song, Retaliate, Revelation Dance, Roar of Time, Sacred Fire, Sacred Sword, Safeguard, Searing Shot, Secret Power, Seed Flare, Shadow Force, Silver Wind, Sludge Bomb, Solar Beam, Spacial Rend, Stealth Rock, Steam Eruption, Stone Edge, Sunsteel Strike, Taunt, Techno Blast, Telekinesis, Thousand Arrows, Thousand Waves, Thunder, Torment, Trick, Trick Room, Twister, Whirlpool, Will-o-Wisp

Flavor: This is what I’d think an updated form of Silvally would look like if they tried the Type: Full project again with better materials. It’s got the genetic material of nearly all Legendary and Mythical Pokémon incorporated into it, giving it access to almost all Legendary signature moves (except for Dark Void and Hyperspace Fury, which it can’t use, and Spectral Thief and Geomancy, which I’m not letting anywhere NEAR this thing). Also, as this is supposed to be a more accurate representation of Arceus, I gave it a good chunk of Arceus’s movepool.

Competitive: I did my best to distinguish Silvally from Arceus proper so it wasn’t entirely outclassed by Arceus and didn’t end up outclassing Arceus itself. It has access to a very, very wide variety of extremely powerful and useful moves that Arceus doesn’t get, including its native Parting Shot, with the trade-off being that it doesn’t have Arceus’s Speed, bulk or power. Even though Silvally is weaker than the Creator, it’s just as versatile, though it leans a bit more towards offense. Options like Thousand Arrows, Origin Pulse, Fleur Cannon, Magma Storm, Bolt Strike and Moongeist Beam make it a phenomenal physical, special or mixed attacker, and being able to take on any typing makes it capable of fitting on pretty much any team and switching in on basically anything given the right Plate or Z-Crystal (don’t use Memories unless you REALLY need Multi-Attack for some reason). Parting Shot combined with any good defensive type allows it to be one of the best pivots in the meta, and Hypnosis, Stealth Rock and Defog give it support capability. There aren’t many teams that wouldn’t benefit from including Silvally.
Silvally:

It’s an eye sore to sift through all of those moves, and many of them are pointless like Mind Blown, will it ever want to lose 50% of its HP?

Let’s remove all moves it will never use and just keep the following:
Calm Mind, Core Enforcer, Earth Power, Extreme Speed, Judgment, Knock Off, Oblivion Wing, Photon Geyser, Recover, Stealth Rock, Taunt, Will-o-Wisp

If I were to use it, I would make it a Fairy-Type @ Fairy Memory with Multi-Attack, Earthquake, Recover / Extreme Speed, Swords Dance for massive coverage.

Anyways this list is more manageable, and it’s less about the flavor and more about the substance. We want a role definable and it’s hard to know if the prior moves were just there or contributing to a specific moveset purpose.

Keep in mind that the reason Arceus is manageable is because Judgment doesn’t get boosted by Swords Dance, while Multi Attack does. (Arceus uses Calm Mind and lacks Nasty Plot). So that is why Arceus isn’t OP, so I am glad you lowered its Atk stat...

——————

Unown:

Let’s keep the following:
Alpha Wave, Aeroblast, Boomburst, Cosmic Power, Defog, Earth Power, Focus Blast, Glare, Heal Order, Ice Beam, Judgment, Knock Off, Lava Plume, Moonblast, Night Daze, Oblivion Wing, Psystrike, Quiver Dance, Recycle, Stealth Rock, Toxic, U-Turn, Venoshock, Will-o-Wisp, X-Scissor, Yawn, Zing Zap

I moved some of them around including more coverage like Focus Blast for F, and Psystrike over Photon Geyser for hitting Def.

——————

For Pyukumuku I would just give it Metal Burst over Mirror Coat though.

Let’s reduce its moves and keep it as:
Acupressure, Destiny Bond, Disable, Encore, Glare, Gunk Shot, Haze, Infestation, Leech Seed, Metal Burst, Parting Shot, Power Trick, Rapid Spin, Sludge Bomb, Spikes, Spiky Shield, Sticky Web, Stockpile, Strength Sap, Topsy-Turvy, Toxic Thread, Trick, Trick Room, Venoshock, Will-o-Wisp, Yawn

Also, I feel a secondary typing like Water / Poison would suit it.

Reserving Shedinja, Ninjask and Cradily.

Pokémon: Shedinja
Typing: Ghost-Fairy
Abilities: Wonder Guard
New moves: Moonblast, Dazzling Gleam
Stats: 2 / 90 / 45 / 30 / 30 / 40 (BST 238(?))
Competitive (niche in Ubers): Upon seeing this, many of you would most likely wonder (pun unavoidable), it has such a low BST! You expect that to be usable in Ubers? And I reply, yes! Although it only had an increase of 1 (!!!) in HP, the fact that it has Wonder Guard makes it extremely deadly, and it’s new HP stat makes it extremely hard to kill when taking into account it’s Ghost-Fairy type giving it only Ghost, Dark, Poison and Steel as the four types that can hit it super-effectively. With the ability to hit Ghost-types back super-effectively, it’s no wonder that I had to keep it in check, right? As it is, it can still be hard to kill with the ability to boost its Attack with Swords Dance, and priority in Shadow Sneak. Thankfully, Yveltal with Sucker Punch could avoid a catastrophe. Despite this, Shedinja will rise to become a menace as it can overwhelm and level teams without a proper check to it. Sadly though, the common Necrozma-DM greatly reduces its viability.

Despite these (interesting) new changes, Shedinja still remains one-dimensional.

Swords Dance
Shedinja @ Protective Pads / Lum Berry
Ability: Wonder Guard
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
- Swords Dance
- Shadow Sneak
- Shadow Claw / X-Scissor / Moonblast
- Toxic / Will-O-Wisp

Copied from Smogon:

Moves That Ignore Abilities: Sunsteel Strike, Moongeist Beam, and Photon Geyser all KO Shedinja and can surprise it from any offensive Pokemon. For this reason, it's crucial to scout for these moves and potentially stall them out if necessary using Shedinja's teammates.

Mold Breaker: Mold Breaker attacks bypass Sturdy, so they OHKO Shedinja. Fortunately, Mold Breaker announces itself, so unless the Mold Breaker user has Pursuit, Shedinja can simply switch out. However, if Mold Breaker Pokemon have Pursuit, Shedinja has no viable way to beat them and inevitably will get KOed.

Status: If Shedinja is burned or poisoned, it will get KOed unless Shedinja holds a Lum Berry. It is recommended to scout for status. However, Shedinja can avoid being statused with Misty Surge support.

Ghost-types: Ghost-types can switch in on an Endeavor if necessary, and if Shedinja lacks Foresight, they can cause Shedinja trouble. Giratina in particular deserves a special mention, as even if Shedinja has Spectral Thief, Giratina is bulky enough to not get 2HKOed by it.

Sand and Hail: Sand and hail KO non-Safety Goggles Shedinja. There is no way for Shedinja to beat these two weathers other than Safety Goggles, so it is recommended that you KO their setter as early as possible using other teammates. Fortunately, these two weathers are relatively uncommon in the metagame.

To add later

Pokemon that can beat Lunala, Necrozma-DM and Necrozma-Ultra are appreciated. Such Pokemon include Arceus-Dark, Yveltal and Gengar-Mega. Pokemon that can defeat Excadrill such as Cloyster, Arceus and Zygarde-C are also good teammates. Tapu Fini can stop status with Misty Surge. Counters to Ghost-types like the aforementioned Dark-types are necessary. Finally, Pokemon that can defeat the (only) relevant weather setter Castform is appreciated. Although hard to find such counters, Pheromosa may do a good job.

Pokémon: Ninjask
Typing: Bug-Flying
Abilities: Speed Boost, Infiltrator
Stats: 61 / 130 / 45 / 130 /50 / 180 (BST 596)
New moves: Calm Mind
Custom move description: Sound Burst, 80 BP, Flying-type, is Physical or Special depending on highest attacking stat, priority +3

Z-move effect: Lightspeed Smash (160 BP, Flying-type, is Physical or Special based on highest attacking stat, priority +4. Requires Ninjaskium Z)
Competitive (niche in Ubers): Ninjask has always been known for being super fast. However, it’s low attacking and defensively stats prevented it from being strong. But what if we could make it stronger?
Now Ninjask has always been one of my favourites (admittedly out of my favourite region), but I wasn’t always rather sad that it was so useless. Now, with high Attack stats and a brilliant speed, this Pokemon can outspeed nearly all the Pokemon in Ubers, and giving even setup sweepers a hard time. A strong priority move in Sound Burst all but exemplify it’s offensive presence. However, low Defensive stats keep it in check with priority moves, as well as the ever-present Stealth Rock.

Physical
Ninjask @ Ninjaskium Z
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant / Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Double-Edge / Frustration
- X-Scissor / U-Turn
- Sound Burst

Special
Ninjask @ Ninjaskium Z
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest / Timid Nature
- Calm Mind
- Bug Buzz / U-Turn
- Shadow Ball
- Sound Burst

Defog
Ninjask @ Leftovers
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Defog
- U-Turn
- Toxic
- Sound Burst

Substitute Z
Ninjask @ Ninjaskium Z
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe (252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe)
Adamant / Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance / Calm Mind
- Substitute
- X-Scissor / Bug Buzz
- Sound Burst

Stealth Rock: With a crippling 4x weakness to it, Ninjask is severely weakened with it, and nearly completely inhibits it’s viability.

Pokemon with Rock-type coverage: see Stealth Rock. Usually, the most common abusers of this type are Primal Groudon and Calm Mind Necrozma-Ultra.

To add later

As Ninjask has a huge weakness to Stealth Rock, Defoggers and Spinners such as Salamence-Mega, Excadrill and Castform are especially valued. Due to Primal Groudon posing a threat, Pokemon that can take it out like Arceus-Ground and Zygarde-C are good teammates. Pokemon that benefit from free turns like Groudon-Primal, Double Dance Necrozma-DM and Ultra Necrozma are also good Pokemon to pair with it.
Please note that Ninjask cannot be a Defogger to itself!

Pokémon: Cradily
Typing: Rock-Grass
Abilities: Suction Cups, Storm Drain
Stats: 126 / 61/ 117 / 121 / 137 / 33 (BST 595)
New moves: Leech Seed, Calm Mind, QuickSand
Custom move description: Algae Bloom, 120 BP, Grass-type, Special, charge 1 turn, charge not needed in Sun or Rain.

Z-move effect: Primordial Overgrow (240 BP, Grass-type, Special. Requires Cradilium Z)
Competitive (niche in Ubers): How many times have you wished for a better check to Kyogre? Groudon is nice, but Physical sets may pose a problem. Zekrom? One shot Ice Beam. Isn’t this awesome Pokemon annoying?
Meet Cradily, new and improved. With new stats, the ability to boost its Special Attack (which is already high!) and a strong Grass-type Attack, this Pokemon is perfect for killing Kyogre. Also, good defensive stats turn it into a brilliant wall.
However, Cradily is still Cradily, and it’s still weak to a number of common moves and Pokemon like the ever-present Sunsteel Strike. Nevertheless, I’m sure that people will be happy to have a better Chansey/Blissey replacement.

Defensive / Specially Defensive
Cradily @ Leftovers
Ability: Storm Drain
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD (252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD)
Bold Nature (Sassy Nature)
- Leech Seed
- Giga Drain
- Pain Split
- Toxic

Z-move
Cradily @ Cradilium Z
Ability: Storm Drain
EVs: 252 Def / 252 SpA / 4 SpD (4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 SpD)
Modest Nature
- Algae Bloom
- Toxic
- Sludge Bomb
- Synthesis

Substitute
Cradily @ Leftovers
Ability: Storm Drain
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD (252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD)
Bold Nature (Sassy Nature)
- Substitute
- Leech Seed
- Toxic
- Giga Drain

Substitute Z
Cradily @ Cradilium Z
Ability: Storm Drain
EVs: 252 Def / 252 SpA / 4 SpD (4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 SpD
Modest Nature
- Substitute
- Calm Mind
- Algae Bloom
- Sludge Bomb

QuickSand
Cradily @ Assault Vest
Ability: Storm Drain
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 SpD
Modest Nature
- QuickSand
- Algae Bloom
- Sludge Bomb
- Ancient Power

Necrozma-DM: As Cradily is weak to Steel, Necrozma-DM will Smash it to bits no matter how tanky it is. To make matters worse, Necrozma-DM resists Grass and is immune to Toxic, making any significant damage output from the rare QuickSand sets.

Fighting-types: Pokemon like Marshadow, Lucario-Mega and Blaziken-Mega deal super-effective damage, and Cradily’s passitivity from common defensive sets usually mean that the only damage they will be taking would be from Toxic, meaning they can often set-up in its face and sweep the rest of its team.

Taunt: Due to Taunt shutting down nearly all of Defensive Cradily’s moves, common Taunters like Yveltal are particularly dangerous to it.

To add later

Due to Cradily’s weakness to Necrozma-Dusk-Mane, Pokemon that can handle it such as Groudon-Primal, Arceus-Ground and Zygarde-C are good partners for it. Pokemon that can handle Fighting-types such as Xerneas, Yveltal and Ninjask are best paired with it. Finally, Pokemon that have Magic Bounce such as Diancie-Mega and Sableye-Mega are good for bouncing back Taunts aimed Cradily. Alternatively, Pokemon that simply do well against them such as Xerneas and Kyogre-Primal can be used I instead.

To update later
Edit: completed!
Say, why not all of us chip in to create sample sets for the tournament? It would be fun!
For Ninjask, we have a rule for min-maxing.
Can we lower the Speed to 155?

How about 65 HP, Def, SpD (600 - 195 = 405 - 155 = 250, and then / 2 for Atk + SpA = 125).

Let’s do 65 / 125 / 65 / 125 / 65 / 155

125 Atk isn’t bad considering the low base power of Bug and Flying moves, and the lack of good coverage moves

I don’t see the point in a + 3 priority attack when it will be faster than anything else.

I feel like it’s a good move, and concept, but it may be better for a slower Pokemon, like a future Chatot submission (Sound move Flavor for sure).

I do love the Photon Geyser effect though. I would keep that effect for this move on Ninjask. You can keep the priority, but I just don’t see the need, even lowering it to +2 priority is enough as it’s high Speed let’s it outspeed Extreme Speed users.

This allows it to be outspeed by Triage users, which I think is quite fair.

——————

LASTLY, I WANT TO GIVE EVERYONE CREDIT FOR POSTING SUCH DETAILED POSTS LISTING CHECK/COUNTERS, SETS, ETC. AS IT MAKES IT EASIER FOR PEOPLE TO UNDERSTAND THE REASONING BEHIND IT ALL.

I AM SUPER PROUD! IN THE BEGINNING WE JUST POSTED SUBMISSIONS ON THE POKEMON, NOW PEOPLE ARE GOING FULL FORCE AND PUTTING IN EFFORTS AND TREATING IT AS THE OFFICIAL PET MOD METAGAME IT IS MEANT TO BE.

KUDOS TO EVERYONE!

P.S. I THINK WE HAVE ALL STEPPED UP OUR GAME WHEN IT COMES TO SUBMISSIONS! THE AMOUNT OF DETAIL - TYPING, LORE / FLAVOR, MOVESETS, ABILITY, and new customizations on any of the above, really suits the theme. I think we have a lot of good ideas and I want everyone to know I read thru the posts and am happy with what I see in regards to feedback, dialogue, and taking in the feedback and incorporating it into the submissions, so things are fair, balanced, and thus more likely to get votes.

I always take advice with a grain of salt, and will disagree if needed, but the intentions are good. We are trying to think of the original Ubers and not just the winning slates.

a whole bunch of words you’ve probably already read so I won’t repeat them

Thanks for the feedback. I’ll change around a couple things based on your suggestions.

Edit: Trimmed the movepools significantly (except for Unown, whose movepool has just been slightly changed around). I left a bit more in than was suggested, but everything I left is useful in some capacity.

Public Service Announcement:

I start a new job tomorrow, and it relates to writing code for Huge clients like gov, biopharma, etc...

So please expect less frequent posts from me (like only an evening post on weekdays) and weekend posts.

I’ll edit the OP after each slate voting: Hall of Fame, Winning Submissions, Drop Down List, Role Compendum, Change History (I added Static Signal), etc. but not immediately afterwards.

I am dedicated, thorough, but am also pretty much running the thread solo off of my iPhone. Typing, copy and pasting (like damage calculations), editing and shifting through replies to identify what I need to address is doable but definitely not the same as a desktop or even a laptop.

Your patience is appreciated.

Don’t worry about it, we’re all rooting for you! What you’re doing sounds pretty important, so spend as much time as you need to on it.

And make sure the government never finds out you spoke with me.

It’s spelled Politoed...

Thanks for all the feedback! I’ve done the changes, and if Ninjask still looks too strong I’ll be happy to listen to ways to improve (actually deprove) it.
Ya but as leader I can misspell... ;)

I am changing it, thanks for the feedback.

Glad you appreciate it. Ninjask is a bit bulkier now, which I think did improve it, as it only lost minimal offensive prowess on Atk, SpA while it is still faster than most.

——————

Also, that reminds me, I am reserving Poliwrath, for next Slate (11), since it just became Untiered, like today.

Wait you can reserve for next slate...???
If so, reserving Walrein, Carbink and Emolga

Edit:
I feel like it’s a good move, and concept, but it may be better for a slower Pokemon, like a future Chatot submission (Sound move Flavor
I was thinking of the sound barrier when thinking of this move. You know, breaking the sound barrier...

Also, I don’t see a rule of min-maxing. If there is, could you tell me? This would reduce the amount of time you would have to hanker after me to reduce stats... You know what never mind I found it...
Except for Speed, min-maxing stats below 60 is not permitted. Change Bastodion and Rampardos so it’s SpA is at 60+.

Yeah I liked the Noctowl. I'm impressed!
Also, make sure you don't buff that special attack too much because then it'd break the 600 BST limit.
Say, how about I get a submission of my own? Yeah let's make one! If it's overpowered or underpowered, lemme know.
Pokemon: Torterra
Type: Grass/Ground
Abilities: Overgrow, Shell Armor, Shell Block
Custom ability description: This Pokemon's large and tough shell allows it's defense to double. (Fur coat clone)
Stats: 140/120/80/60/80/30/510 BST
New moves: None
Custom Niche: It is a monster at taking physical hits thanks to shell block, combined with decent defense and more HP than many threats. It also can deal quite the damage itself. It can learn stealth rock, which pairs great with that massive bulk, and can heal with Synthesis. It is really hard to do much to this with physical attacks, but things like Primal Kyogre's ice beam give it nightmares. It can take a hit then deal massive damage to Primal Groudon and Dusk Mane Necrozma. Lugia can toxic it, resist both stabs, then spam recover/roost (no stone edge wouldn't stop it).

Well usually I'd go full on with votes, but this time I only really have a select four I want to vote for. Well here goes nothing
Jerry the great's Torterra
Anaconja's Gourgeist
737373elj's Ninjask
SteelixPrismGX's Rotom-Fan

anaconja’s gourgeist, jerry’s torterra

wow i didnt really like any of these subs, either they dont do anything or they do too much
But you liked Jerry’s!

——————
I am proud of the quality of the content (not just the submissions but people explaining their sets and including their lists of teammates, counters, and overall use). That means they respect the Ubers metagame enough to focus on what they feel their submission contributes. It may not always be a good addition but the intention is felt, and their concern is there.
——————

My votes:

1. Politoed OM!
2. Simisear Heavyweapons Mann
3. Simipour Heavyweapons Mann
4. Pyukumuku alephgalactus
5. Ninjask 737373elj

737373elj Hey it’s okay you both did Shedinja, it doesn’t mind ;)
Rotom-Fan (SteelixPrismGX )
Glaceon (Fragmented)
Ninjask (737373elj)
Politoed (OM!)
Gourgeist (Anaconja, I really need burns on Fire-types!!!)
Torterra (Jerry the great )
Sorry, but the max is 5 votes. It was 6 last time because I made an exception.

Thank you for understanding.

Ticktock Shedinja
SteelixPrismGX Rotom-Fan
Anaconja Gourgeist
Fragmented Vespiquen
737373elj Ninjask

also, if we're reserving for next slate, I want to do Parasect

Must be from the Kalos region; inspired by RW French culture.

Some are said to be a regional variant, with a nicer personality, from a distant, yet familiar region called Canada.
Two inferences: you are from Canada and there are Eiffel Towers in canada. Are there? Lol need to work on my inferencing skills.

Current Voting standings: Even with TickTock’s vote

#1 Ninjask - 7 Votes (Speedster heading straight for the gold!)
