"Hello. I'm glad you could make it. I've discovered something amazing."

"Meet Marilia, a fusion I created between Marill and Kirlia."

"Fusion Evolution has changed the face of Pokemon as we know them forever, but there's another piece to the puzzle."

Shimmer Shimmer

"I've discovered that if you give a Fusion Pokemon a Heart Scale, it allows them to re-learn moves that the parents knew. But not only that ... it fuses the two moves together! It's a process I call Intermove Transfiguration, though you can call it Move Fusion if you prefer."

"Marilia, use Bubble Dream!"

"When I used the Heart Scale it caused the moves Bubble, which is known by Marill, and Dream Eater, which is known by Kirlia, to fuse. Bubble Dream shares properties of both moves."
Bubble Dream
Type:

Classification:

Base Power: 60
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 25
Effect: This move has a 10% chance to put the target to Sleep.

"Pretty amazing, right?"

"This card has all the information you need. Just remember this: the two moves that fuse must be of the same type as the parent Pokemon, otherwise the Heart Scale will fail to work. Now, go out and gather as much data on Intermove Trans--, I mean Move Fusion, as you can. We have a lot to do!"

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
Rules
  • Only submit 1 Move Fusion per Fusion Evolution
  • Do not submit moves for Pokemon not in the current slate
  • When fusing moves,
    • Each move must match at least one type of the original parents. So if you fuse Flamethrower with Hydro Pump, one of the parents has to be Fire and one has to be Water.
    • The new move must be one of the original types. With the Flamethrower / Hydro Pump example, it must be either Fire or Water.
    • Any effects of the new move should be related in some way to the originals. For example, for Flamethrower / Hydro Pump it wouldn't make sense to add a chance to Flinch, but incorporating a burn or the high base power of Hydro Pump is acceptable.
  • Try not to break the new moves! They should be good but not over the top.
Voting
  • After a few days of submissions we will open up the thread to voting.
  • You may vote for up to three entries per Pokemon, including your own.
  • The entries with the most votes will be archived. Any ties will count as a win.

Current Slate

Parents: Pidgeot / Chatot
Shared egg group: Flying
Offspring name: Pidgetot
New type: Normal / Flying
New base stats: 89 / 82 / 70 / 91 / 66 / 106
New ability and desc: Keen Feet (Keen Eye + Tangled Feet) - Doubles Evasion whenever a stat is lowered (doesn't activate with self-inflicted drops).
Notable moves: Boomburst, Hurricane, Chatter, Nasty Plot, Heatwave, U-turn, Roost, Taunt
Role identification: Don't Intimidate this one! Pidgetot gets a free Minimize with Keen Feet on any Intimidate, Defog (net gain of +1), or other stat-lowering move or ability. The evasion boost helps it grab a Nasty Plot or even setup a Substitute first. Chatter exacerbates its trolly behavior even further. Its coverage is still limited to STAB+Heatwave, however.

Parents: Pidgeot / Chatot
Shared egg group: *Mega
Offspring name: Mega Pidgetot
New type: Normal / Flying
New base stats: 89 / 82 / 75 / 156 / 76 / 126
New ability and desc: No Guard
Notable moves: Sing, Boomburst, Hurricane, Chatter, Nasty Plot, Heatwave, U-turn, Roost, Taunt
Role identification: STABmons Pidgeot returns! And this baby has some real power now! Sing+Nasty Plot+Boomburst/Hurricane=GG. Even Chatter is gonna hurt at +2, adding insult to injury. And don't forget about Taunt, which also makes it an absurd stallbreaker with Chatter and Nasty Plot and even Sing on top of it. Bring Soundproof. Bring Own Tempo. Seriously, bring something!

DNA Donors: Volcanion / Gorebyss
Offspring Name: Gorecanion
New type: Fire/Water
New base stats: 67/97/112/140/90/75 (BST 581, +18 SpA, +8 SpD +14 Spe)
New ability and desc: Swift Absorb - When hit by a Water moves, Speed is doubled. Water immunity.
Notable Moves: Shell Smash, Steam Eruption, Overheat, Fire Blast, Ice Beam, Explosion, Focus Blast, Sludge Wave, Psychic, Shadow Ball
Role identification: Shell Smash Steam Eruption of a 140 Special Attack. This alone speaks measures about the awesome power of this Pokemon. It also has Fire Blast to act as its secondary STAB and to beat Grass-Types, and Ice Beam to beat Dragons, who resist your STAB moves. These will likely be your four moves, although it does have other options, meaning that you will need team-mates to eliminate any and all Water-Type opponents before Gorecanion can attempt to sweep. It also has Explosion for +2 Explosion fun times, if that's how you want to roll. Definitely a powerful and dangerous Pokemon, which thanks to good 67/112/90 bulk can reliably Shell Smash, and one that needs to be watched out for.

DNA Donors: Scizor / Klang
Offspring name: Klazor
New type: Bug / Steel
New base stats: 75 / 105 / 100 / 82 / 85 / 61 ( +10 HP / +3 Def / +20 SpA / +3 SpDef / +4 Spe ) [508 BST]
New ability and desc: Math Surge (Swarm + Minus / Plus) [Increases Special Attack to 1.5x at 1/3 max HP or less]
Notable moves: Shift Gear, Gear Grind, Roost, U-Turn, Wild Charge, Superpower, Defog, Swords Dance, Bullet Punch, Bug Buzz, Thunderbolt, Flash Cannon, Volt Switch
Role Identification: By itself, Klazor is a decent enough Shift Gear abuser that can go mixed thanks to its ability. It doesn't hit hard and it's not that bulk, but its good typing and access to Shift Gear makes base Klazor a possiblity. Of course, the main reason why you're going to use this (and the main reason why I used Klang over Klinklang) is...

~~~
DNA Donors: Mega Scizor / Klang
Offspring name: Mega Klazor
New type: Bug / Steel
New base stats: 75 / 125 / 140 / 92 / 105 / 71 [608 BST]
New ability and desc: Technician [Strengthens moves of 60 base power or less to 1.5x their power.]
Notable moves: Shift Gear, Gear Grind, Roost, U-Turn, Wild Charge, Superpower, Defog, Swords Dance, Bullet Punch, Bug Buzz, Thunderbolt, Flash Cannon, Volt Switch
Role Identification: ...Mega Klazor! This monster might not look powerful at first - it only has a base 125 attack, afterall. However, a close look reveals a very powerful Technician Gear Grind, which reaches a monsterous 150 BP with no drawback and can break subs! Yes, this is the reason why I chose Klang over Klinklang - with Klinklang this monster would be broken. As it stands, it's just powerful. It's very similar to Mega Scizor in STABmons, except for one main factor - it is much weaker. To put it into perspective - this thing is weaker than normal Scizor, which can hold an item to further boost its power. This I feel balances it out. It can also run a bulky defog set like normal Mega Scizor can, although normal Mega Scizor is probably better unless you plan on using Volt Switch for some reason.
DNA Donors: Pidgeot + Starmie
Offspring name: Pidgemie
New type: Water / Normal
New base stats: 84/77/80/95/80/122
New ability and desc: Natural Eye - Pidgemie avoids status moves if they're not 100% accurate.
Notable moves: Agility lol, Heat Wave, Hydro Pump, Blizzard, Thunder, Hurricane, Tailwind, U-turn, Roost, Rapid Spin, Recover, Dazzling Gleam, Light Screen, Grass Knot, Power Gem, Psyshock, Reflect, Scald, Toxic, Thunder Wave, Work Up
Role identification: Move over Pidgetot, there's a new bad boy in turn. Real talk, Pidgetot has a different niche with Sing and Nasty Plot, while Pidgemie is restricted to the weaker Work Up and the uneccessary Agility. However, with 122 speed - while it misses out on outspeeding Mega Alakazam, Mega Aerodactyl and Mega Archedactyl, it outspeeds most other threats, including the dreaded Magmozam. Both pre and post mega. Its abilities lets it evade a good number of status while still leaving it vulnerable to Spore and Thunder-Wave. Its mega, however...
[MEGA]
DNA Donors:
Pidgeot + Starmie
Offspring name: Pidgemie
New type: Water / Normal
New base stats: 84/77/85/160/90/142
New ability and desc: No Guard
Notable moves: Agility lol, Heat Wave, Hydro Pump, Blizzard, Thunder, Hurricane, Tailwind, U-turn, Roost, Rapid Spin, Recover, Dazzling Gleam, Light Screen, Grass Knot, Power Gem, Psyshock, Reflect, Scald, Toxic, Thunder Wave, Work Up
Role identification: Absolutely wrecks face. Pidgemie has the honours of running one of very few AoA sets that can carry 4 moves with 110+ BP. It can basically forego Normal Stab (what would it cover anyway) and run any combination of Hydro Pump + Blizzard/Thunder/Hurricane/Heat Wave and maybe even boost it with Work Up. Again, at 142 speed it outspeeds Mega Magmozam, one of the strongest pokemon in this meta, and nabs a definitive KO.
DNA Donors: Porygon-Z / Chandelure
Offspring name: Porylure
New type: Normal/Ghost
New base stats: 82 / 67 / 82 / 148 / 82 / 105 (+10 HP, +2 Def, +8 SpA, +20 Spe)
New ability and desc: Flame Essence (Adaptability + Flash Fire): Fire-type Moves are counted as STAB.
Notable moves: Tri Attack, Taunt, Uproar, Shadow Ball, Flamethrower, Trick, Fire Blast, Energy Ball, Ice Beam, Thunder Wave, Thunderbolt, Agility, Discharge, Nasty Plot
Role identification: Scarf Sweeper, Substitute Set-Up Sweeper or Bulky Attacker. 82 all round in defense means it can easily survive non-SE hits, though it needs to be wary of Knock Off. Still, very powerful special attacker that isn't mega. :]
Swampamar: Scorching Water
Learned By: Swampamar
Name: Scorching Water (Scald + Topsy Turvy)
New Type: Water
Classification: Special
Base Power: 70
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 15 [MAX: 24]
Effect: 30% chance to burn the target. Thaws user. Super effective on Ice.
Target: Single Opponent
Basically it is a Water Freeze Dry, but better since the burn chance. Lowered the BP a bit so Scald has some contention with it + a drawback to using it.
Gyarotic: Boiling Point
Learned By: Gyarotic
Name: Boiling Point (Brine + Scald)
New Type: Water
Classification: Special
Base Power: 80
Accuracy: 100
Power Points: 10 [MAX 16]
Effect: Has double power against burned Pokémon.
Target: 1 Target
Probably not very useful over Scald, but if you combo it with Scald you can potentially destroy anything in your path. Against anything that's burned you get a 150 BP STAB move, which is outrageous.
Azuninja: Shuriken Jet, Thermal Slam, Toy Shurikens, Scheming Steam
Learned By: Azuninja
Name: Shuriken Jet (Aqua Jet + Water Shuriken)
New Type: Water
Classification: Physical
Base Power: 40
Accuracy: 100
Power Points: 10
Effect: +1 Priority. Hits 2-5 times in one turn.
Target: Single opponent
More consistent power of Aqua Jet times 2-5.
Learned By: Azuninja
Name: Thermal Slam (Scald + Feint Attack)
New Type: Water
Classification: Physical
Base Power: 75
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 15 [MAX: 24]
Effect: 20% chance to burn the opponent.
Target: Single Opponent
Basically a physical, albeit weaker, Scald.
Name: Toy Shurikens (Play Rough and Water Shuriken)
Type: Water
Classification: Physical
Base power: 10
Accuracy- 85%
PP: 24
Effect/Description- Hits the foes with a volley of shruikens (2-5 times). Each shot has a 30% chance to lower the foes attack
Target: 1 Opponent
Azuninja now has the ability to force switches, giving it many more opportunities to set up. Also the name seemed cool
Learned By: Azuninja
Name: Scheming Stream (Aqua Jet + Taunt)
New Type: Water
Classification: Physical
Base Power: 40
Accuracy: 100
Power Points: 10 [MAX 16]
Effect: +1 Priority. During the next turn, the target can only use damaging moves.
Target: 1 Target
A mini-taunt with priority. Of course, to not completely break it the Taunt effect applies the next turn, meaning that you don't completely shut down status moves. It's also overall better than Aqua Jet, only really missing out on some PP which isn't a big deal.
Chandeform: Body Blast
Learned By: Chandeform
Name: Body Blast (Body Slam + Fire Blast)
New Type: Normal
Classification: Special
Base Power: 100
Accuracy: 90
Power Points: 10
Effect: 30% chance to paralyze target.
Target: 1 adjacent Pokemon
A special body slam with more power and less accuracy. Could help patch up Chandeform's unimpressive speed.
Mismatross: Possession
Learned By: Mismatross
Name: Possession (Phantom Force + Thunder)
New Type: Ghost
Classification: Physical
Base Power: 100
Accuracy: 75%
Power Points: 15 [MAX: 24]
Effect: 30% chance to paralyze target.
Target: Single Opponent
Gives Mismatross a solid physical Ghost STAB to work with. It is really nice when paired with Coil as that 75% accuracy is otherwise abysmal. The paralysis chance is also really nice.
Haxardos: Rockfall, Frenetic Crush
Learned by: Haxardos
Name: Rockfall (Dual Chop + Rock Tomb)
New Type:
Classification:
Base Power: 55
Accuracy: 90
Power Points: 15 [MAX: 24]
Effect: 50% chance to lower the target's Speed by 1. Hit 2 times.
Target: 1 Pokemon
A nice way to lower the opponent's Speed and hit them through Substitutes, stopping sweepers a lot easier. Gives a decent Rock-type STAB that doesn't rely on recoil as well.
Learned By: Haxardos
Name: Frenetic Crush (Rock Tomb + Dragon Dance)
New Type: Rock
Classification: Physical (non-contact)
Base Power: 60
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 15 (max 24)
Effect: 100% chance to increase the user's Speed by 1 stage; 50% chance to increase the user's Attack by 1 stage.
Target: 1 adjacent Pokémon
Essentially, a Rock-type Flame Charge with more power and a secondary special effect, but less PP. Its second effect to increase Attack allows it to replace Dragon Dance entirely if you're feeling lucky.
Pangleye: Abscond
Learned By: Pangleye
Name: Abscond (Parting Shot + Faint Attack)
New Type: Dark
Classification: Physical
Base Power: 70
Accuracy: --
Power Points: 20 [MAX 32]
Effect: The attack never missed. User must switch out after attacking.
Target: 1 Pokemon
Basically a powerful, STAB U-Turn that fits Pangleye's slower nature to abuse slow pivoting. Not much to say - its basically a U-Turn clone for Pangleye only.
Garchados: Spectic Shock, Riptide
Learned By: Garchados
Name: Septic Shock (Water Pulse + Dragon Breath)
New Type:
Classification:
Base Power: 70
Accuracy: 100
Power Points: 20 [MAX: 32]
Effect: 20% chance to paralyze, freeze, or confuse target.
Target: 1 Pokemon
The effect makes this like a physical Water-type Tri Attack albeit more haxy. The name also happens to be literally associated with this as the definition states "Symptoms include low blood pressure, pale and cool arms and legs, chills, and difficulty breathing. Mental confusion anddisorientation may also develop quickly."
Learned By: Garchados
Name: Riptide (Surf + Bulldoze)
New Type: Water
Classification: Physical
Base Power: 90
Accuracy: 100
Power Points: 15
Effect: Lowers opponent's speed by 1 stage.
Target: All Pokemon
Strong physical AOE Water attack with a useful effect.
Wailcatty: Hydrothermal Crash, Whale Slap
Learned By: Wailcatty
Name: Hydrothermal Crash (Scald + Giga Impact)
New Type: Water
Classification: Physical
Base Power: 120
Accuracy: 95%
Power Points: 10 (max 16)
Effect: 50% chance to inflict the target with a burn.
Target: 1 adjacent target
It came to my attention that Wailcatty needs one hell of a saving grace if it wants to be remotely usable. So, uh... Here, have this. It's basically a physical Steam Eruption with higher BP, PP, and burn chance. Probably still needs to be buffed, but w/e.
Learned By: Wailcatty
Name: Whale Slap (Water Spout + Double Slap)
New Type: Water
Classification: Physical
Base Power: 45
Accuracy: 90
Power Points: 5
Effect: Hits 2-5 times. Makes contact.
Target: 1 adjacent Pokemon.
Effective base 235 power if you land all five hits, and even the minimum is 94. On average, Whale Slap hits for about 157. It also breaks substitute.
Gargatr: Dragon's Fire
Learned By: Gargatr
Name: Dragon's Fire (Scald + Dragon Claw)
New Type:
Classification:
Base Power: 75
Accuracy: 100
Power Points: 15 [MAX: 24]
Effect: 20% chance to burn the target. Thaws user.
Target: 1 Pokemon
Basically a Dragon-type physical Scald with a lesser chance of burn. This gives Gargatr a really decent physical STAB to work with that has an additional effect to help augment its bulk.
Dragon: Solar Eclipse
Learned by: Dragon
Name: Solar Eclipse (Dark Pulse + Draco Meteor)
New Type:
Classification:
Base Power: 130
Accuracy: 90
Power Points: 5 [MAX: 8]
Effect: Lowers the user's Sp. Atk by 2.
Target: One Pokemon
Essentially a Dark-type Draco Meteor, but the funny thing is this has no immunities unlike Draco Meteor ;)
Hawlusharp: Quick Draw
Learned By: Hawlusharp
Name: Quick Draw (Sucker Punch + Acrobatics)
New Type: Dark
Classification: Physical
Base Power: 80
Accuracy: 100
Power Points: 5
Effect: +1 priority, or +2 if the user is not holding an item. Fails if the target is not attacking this turn, or has already moved.
Target: 1 adjacent Pokemon
Sucker Punch with Extreme Speed's priority. Great for beating slower Espeeders, Mach Punch, and Aerilate Quick Attack.
Cofagreelix: Death Knell
Learned By: Cofagreelix
Name: Death Knell (Spite + Sand Tomb)
New Type: Ghost
Classification: Physical
Base Power: 20
Accuracy: 95
Power Points: 10
Effect: Traps the target for 4-5 turns. At the end of every turn, the target loses 4 PP from the last move it used.
Target: 1 adjacent Pokemon
A great way to trap and PP Stall an opponent with just one move. Additionally, since Struggle makes contact, you're guaranteed* to remove their ability before they have the chance to switch or are KO'd. *Harem's ability negates Mummy Fortitude, so it can make contact all it wants.
Joltlord: Geyser
Learned by: Joltlord
Name: Geyser (Volt Switch + Hydro Pump)
New Type:
Classification:
Base Power: 90
Accuracy: 95
Power Points: 15 [MAX: 24]
Effect: User switches out after damaging the target.
Target: One Pokemon
Basically a stronger Water-type Volt Switch, meaning it is more reliable as a momentum grabber thanks to the lack of a type immunity. (although Water Absorb and Storm Drain still exist) Lowered the accuracy a bit to account for the power increase + lack of type immunity.
Vespicor: Leeching Sting
Learned by: Vespicor
Name: Leeching Sting (Earthquake + Heal Order)
New Type: Bug
Classification: Physical
Base Power: 80
Accuracy: 100
Power Points: 10 [MAX: 16]
Effect: Leeches 75% of the damage dealt.
Target: Any adjacent Pokémon
A powerful STAB with a useful effect in draining the opponent's HP. Basically a Physical Bug type Oblivion Wing.
Zorcanine: Blaze of Glory
Name: Blaze of Glory (Will-O-Wisp + Sucker Punch)
New Type:
Classification:
Base Power: 80
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 5 [MAX: 8]
Effect: Usually goes first. Fails if target is not attacking. Burns the target.
Target: One Pokemon
Basically this gives Zorcanine a very powerful priority STAB move that burns the opponent should they attack making physical attackers nearly null and void against it.
Archedactyl: Beak Blade
Name
: Beak Blade (Stone Edge + Air Cutter)
New Type:
Classification:
Base Power: 70
Accuracy: 90%
Power Points: 24
Effect: Always crits. Does damage based on the opponent's Special Defence rather than Defence.
Target: Single Adjacent enemy
This gives Archedactyl an admittedly imperfect way around physical walls - though of course, if it was a perfect way around physical walls, it'd be useless. Just so everyone's on the same page with this one, I decided to add the second part of the move based on the fact that Air Cutter is a Special move. If this was wrong of me, please say. =]
Chesdon: Cactus Sting
Name: Cactus Sting (Leech Seed + Bulldoze)
New Type:
Classification:
Base Power: 55
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 15 [MAX: 24]
Effect: User recovers 1/8 of target's HP. 100% chance to lower adjacent Pkmn Speed by 1.
Target: One Pokemon
Makes for a nice semi-recovery move with a really good secondary effect to allow Chesdon to potentially outspeed faster Pokemon.
Mamodrill: Freeze Drill
Name: Freeze Drill (Freeze Dry + Drill Run)
New Type:
Classification:
Base Power: 90
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 20 [MAX: 32]
Effect: Super effective on Water types. 20% Freeze chance.
Target: One Pokemon
Its Freeze Dry, but 100% better!
Heliodra: Pulsing Charge
Name: Pulsing Charge (Parabolic Charge + Dragon Pulse)
New Type:
Classification:
Base Power: 85
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 10 [MAX:16]
Effect: Drains 50% of the damage dealt
Target: Any Foe
Yeah its basically a better Parabolic Charge. And it kinda outclasses Thunderbolt. Job well done here.
Scysor: Humdrum
Learned by: Scyscor
Name: Humdrum (Bug Buzz + Acrobatics)
New Type:
Classification:
Base Power: 60
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 15 [MAX: 24]
Effect: 10% chance to lower the target's Defense by 1. Power doubles if the user has no held item.
Target: One Pokemon |  ✓ Sound |  ✓ Bypasses Substitutes
Essentially a slightly better Bug-type Acrobatics. Allows it to punish Knock Off as well since it has a powerful Bug STAB either way.
Joltry: Ion Pulse & Terrain Shock
Learned by: Joltry
Name: Ion Pulse (Grassy Terrain + Charge Beam)
New Type:
Classification:
Base Power: 50
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 10 [MAX: 16]
Effect: Summons Electric Terrain. 50% chance to raise the user's Sp. Atk by 1.
Target: All Adjacent Pokemon
Allows Joltry to not only set up its own Electric Terrain, but also gives it a way to set up and potentially sweep.
Learned By: Joltry
Name: Terrain Shock (Thunder Shock + Grassy Terrain)
New Type: Electric
Classification: Special
Base Power: 40
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 16
Effect: If it hits, it'll activate Electric Terrain.
Target: 1
Azumaloom: Hypno Spore
Learned by: Azumaloom
Name: Hypno Spore (Spore + Whirlpool)
New Type:
Classification:
Base Power: N/A
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 5 [MAX: 8]
Effect: Puts opposing Pokemon to sleep for two turns. While they are asleep, they cannot switch-out. If used on a Pokemon already asleep, they will be trapped but retain their sleep counter.
Target: One Pokemon
Breloom is one of the few Pokemon who can use Spore, so it just made sense to use it as part of the signature move. Anyways, while Hypno Spore doesn't have the same sleep potential as Spore, it is more reliable in that you don't have to worry about turn 1 wake ups. This, and the fact that the Pokemon is trapped gives Azumaloom great set up potential, or it can be used to safely bring in a Pokemon. With Azumaloom's good bulk but slow speed, it will often put the opponent to sleep after they move, which would give Azumaloom a free attack or give a Pokemon switching in a free set up turn.
Sawkape: Pyrrhic Victory
Learned By: Sawkape
Name: Pyrrhic Victory (Reversal + Flame Charge)
New Type:
Classification:
Base Power: Varies
Accuracy: 95%
Power Points: 10 [Max 16]
Effect: +1 Priority. The user sacrifices its remaining HP to deal heavy damage. The damage increases based on how little of the user's maximum HP was lost.
Target: One adjacent Pokemon.
With Blazing Body powering it up, this is potentially the strongest move Sawkape has access to. While there are counters (Flash Fire, +2 priority, etc) it will nuke anything that doesn't have one, dragging it to the Pokemon Center along with it.
Weasol: Dick Move
Learned By: Weasol
Name: Dick Move
Combined From: Torment + Snatch
New Type: Dark
Classification: Non-Damaging
Base Power: N/A
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 5-8
Effect: +4 Priority. Replaces the target's move with Struggle. Fails if used consecutively.
Target: Single adjacent enemy.
I just think this move's kind of a neat idea. It's a way of avoiding damage and dealing it; plus, it means you can really screw over 'mons that need a boost to be at their most effective.
Tyranichomp: Rubble
Learned by: Tyranichomp
Name: Rubble (Stealth Rock + Dragon Rush)
New Type:
Classification:
Base Power: 100
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 10 [MAX: 16]
Effect: 20% chance to flinch the target. Lays down Stealth Rock.
Target: One Pokemon
Basically this gives Tyranichomp a powerful and accurate Rock-type STAB that also lays down Stealth Rock, allowing it to serve some utility to the team overall.
Railie: Flash Freeze
Learned By: Railie
Name: Flash Freeze (Volt Switch + Freeze Dry)
New Type: Electric
Classification: Special
Base Power: 65
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 20-32
Effect: User switches out after damaging the target. Ground types are hit for super effective damage with this move
Target: One adjacent pokemon
Volt Switch alternative that stops ground types from blocking you.
Charatos: Scorching Heat
Learned By: Charatos
Name: Scorching Heat (Scald + Incinerate)
New Type: Fire
Classification: Special
Base Power: 70
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 20-32
Effect: If the target is holding an item, this move does 1.5x damage and the item is removed. If the target does not have an item, 30% chance to burn.
Target: One adjacent pokemon
Fire type knock off that can also burn the foe if it is not holding an item.
Learned By: Charatos
Name: Lake of Rage (Scald + Flare Blitz)
New Type: Water
Classification: Physical
Base Power: 120
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 10-16
Effect: 30% chance of burning foe
Target: Single enemy
Reference from the Red Gyarados from Gold and Silver, this attack allows Charatos to have some niche over its mega evolutions.
Aggrosaur: Vine Smash & Stealth Seed
Learned By: Aggrosaur
Name: Vine Smash (Power Whip + Head Smash)
New Type: Grass
Classification: Physical
Base Power: 130
Accuracy: 85%
Power Points: 5
Effect: User takes 33% damage in recoil. Makes contact.
Target: 1 adjacent Pokemon.
A very powerful STAB to take advantage of Aggrosaur's base ability, or to just spam in a mega form.
Learned By: Aggrosaur
Name: Stealth Seed (Leech Seed + Stealth Rock)
New Type: Grass
Classification: Status
Base Power: -
Accuracy: -
Power Points: 10-16
Effect: Sets a seed on the opposing side of the field that drains any opponent that switches in of 1/8 of the max HP. Removed by Rapid Spin, Defog and absorbed by Grass types.
Target: -
A brand new entry hazard that's exclusive to Aggrosaur
Blastninja: Flash Flood
Learned by: Blastinja
Name: Flash Flood (Water Pulse + Feint Attack)
New Type:
Classification:
Base Power: 85
Accuracy: --
Power Points: 20 [MAX: 32]
Effect: 20% chance to confuse the target. This move does not check accuracy.
Target: One Pokemon
This allows Blastinja to have a powerful STAB that is not only boosted by its Mega's ability, but doesn't have to worry about missing.
Skaria: Reflect Feather Wind & Mechanical Rhythm
Learned By: Skaria
Name: Feather Wind (Tailwind + Feather Dance)
One Feather Wind turns Skaria into an unbreakable physical wall.
Learned By: Skaria
Name: Mechanical Rhythm (Iron Head + Outrage)
New Type: Steel
Classification: Physical
Base Power: 120
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 10 (max 16)
Effect: Locks the user into the move for 2-3 turns. The user becomes confused after the move is fully executed. If the move lasts 3 turns and the user is faster than the target, the target will always flinch.
Target: Any adjacent foe
Provides offensive Mega Skaria with a powerful Steel STAB to complement its Pixilated Returns/Double-Edges. While it acts like Outrage in that it restricts the user from using any other moves during its duration, it has a useful side-effect in that if the move lasts 3 turns it will flinch the target on the third turn. That said, it's not particularly useful on regular Skaria as being locked in is an unpleasant side effect for a wall/support 'mon.
Magmozam: Mind Melt
Learned by: Magmozam
Name: Mind Melt (Miracle Eye + Fire Blast)
New Type:
Classification:
Base Power: 110
Accuracy: 85%
Power Points: 5 [MAX: 8]
Effect: Hits Dark-types. Evasiveness ignored. 10% chance to burn the opponent.
Target: One Pokemon
Gives Magmozam a reliable Psychic-type STAB that doesn't allow Dark-types to switch in for free.
Glakiss: Mind Blast
Learned By: Glakiss
Name: Mind Blast (Dazzling Gleam + Freeze-Dry)
New Type: Fairy
Classification: Special
Base Power: 80
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 10 (max 16)
Effect: Hits Poison-types super effectively.
Target: One adjacent target
Grants Glakiss a means of hitting Poison-types hard without running Psychic coverage, in addition to being as powerful as its previous best Fairy STAB. It doesn't hit as hard as (Mega) Glakiss's Ice STABs, but it's a direct improvement over Dazzling Gleam so sets in need of a Fairy STAB will want to use this.
Sharpedos: Snap & Hydraulic Jaws
Learned by: Sharpedos
Name: Snap (Snarl + Waterfall)
New Type:
Classification:
Base Power: 70
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 15 [MAX: 24]
Effect: 100% chance to lower the foe(s) Sp. Atk by 1. 20% chance to flinch the target.
Target: One Pokemon
This helps Sharpedos in all its forms as it allows its base form to essentially have a free Parting Shot against the opponent without switching out. It also gets boosted by Mega-Sharpedos-S's Strong Jaw ability since it is a biting move. Lastly, it can serve as a replacement to Waterfall on Mega-Sharpedos-G's Mold Breaker.
Learned By: Sharpedos
Name: Hydraulic Jaws (Bite + Hydro Pump)
New Type: Water
Classification: Physical
Base Power: 110
Accuracy: 85%
Power Points: 5 (max 8)
Effect: 30% chance to flinch (Bite/Fang Move)
Target: One Foe
Finally a powerful water STAB for Sharpedos, which is boosted even furthur by Sharpedos- Mega Y's Strong Jaw.
Vaporinine: Scalding Vortex
Learned By: Vapornine
Name: Scading Vortex (Scald + Fire Spin)
New Type: Water
Classification: Special
Base Power: 35
Accuracy: 90%
Power Points: 15 (max 24)
Effect: Partially traps foe for two to five turns, damages foe for 1/8 HP each turn. Has 30% chance to burn each turn.
Target: 1 opponent
A neat alternative to Scald for trapping water and fire types and dealing with them accordingly.
Pidgetot: Sonic Burst
Learned By: Pidgetot
Name: Sonic Burst (Quick Attack+Hyper Voice)
New Type: Normal
Classification: Special
Base Power: 60
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 20 (Max 32)
Effect: +1 priority
Target: Single
With Pidgetot's unworthy speed, but high special attack (especially it's mega), this move surely gives Pidgetot a slight edge.
Gorecanion: Steam Press & Steamy Ring
Learned By: Gorecanion
Name: Steam Press (Clamp + Steam Eruption)
New Typing: Water
Classification: Physical
Base Power: 85
Accuracy: 85%
Power Points: 15 (Max 24)
Effect: 30% chance to burn foe. Partially traps foe and damages for 1/8 max hp each turn.
Target: Single target
It can't hit waters super effectively, but it can wear them down. It helps when you are immune to their STABs!
Learned By: Gorecanion
Name: Steamy Ring (Steam Eruption + Aqua Ring)
Type: Water
Classification: Status
Base Power: -
Accuracy: -
PP: 20 (32 Max)
Effect: Heals 1/16 of health at the end of the turn, if the opponent makes contact with this pokemon, they will be burned. This disappears when this Pokemon is switched out. Can be Baton Passed.
Target: Self
This gives Gorecanion a reliable form of recovery, and another way to spread burns
Klazor: Buggin & Shredding Scythe
Learned By: Klazor
Name: Buggin' (Gear Grind + Struggle Bug)
Typing: Bug
Classification: Physical
Base Power: 50
Power Points: 15 (Max 24)
Accuracy: 90%
Effect: Drops opponent's attack by one stage each hit. Hits twice.
Nice and powerful STAB that is great for defensive sets.
Learned By: Klazor
Name: Shredding Scythe (Autotomize + Fury Cutter)
New Type: Bug
Classification: Physical
Base Power: 50
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 20 (max 32)
Effect: Every time used, user's Speed is increased by one stage and they lose 1/8th of their Weight
Target: 1
With Technician, this move reaches 75 BP, and while Bug Bite deals more damage, this move has a way better side-effect, especially combined with Shift Gear.
Pidgemie: Suresight
Learned By: Pidgemie
Name: Suresight (Foresight + Hydro Pump)
Typing: Normal
Classification: Special
Base Power: 110
Accuracy: 85%
Power Points: 5 (Max 8)
Effect: Nullifies Evasion modifiers. Can hit Ghost types.
A strong Normal type STAB attack isn't blocked by ever present Ghost types.
Porylure-Z: Stoke
Learned by: Porylure-Z
Name: Stoke (Recover + Flamethrower)
New Type: Fire
Classification: Special
Base Power: 90
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 15 [MAX: 24]
Effect: User recovers 50% of the damage dealt.
Target: One Pokemon
Basically allows Porylure-Z to abuse its ability + have good recovery.
Starchamp: Star Strike and Celestial Fist
Learned By: Starchamp
Name: Star Strike (Close Combat + Waterfall)
New Typing: Water
Classification: Physical
Base Power: 120
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 5 [MAX 8]
Effect: Lowers user Defense and Special Defense by one stage after use.
Target: One Target
Physical Water STAB that actually passes 100 base power mark
Learned By: Starchamp
Name: Celestial Fist (Dynamic Punch + Psyshock)
New Type: Fighting
Classification: Physical
Base Power: 100
Accuracy: 50%
Power Points: 10 (max 16)
Effect: Damages the target based on their Special Defense stat instead of their Defense stat. If the target's Defense is higher than their Special Defense, 100% chance to confuse. Contact move.
Target: One adjacent target
Celestial Fist gives Starchamp a means of working around physical walls without having to go off-stat. While it doesn't give Starchamp any type coverage that it didn't already have, it does boast higher PP than both Dynamic Punch and Close Combat, and the ability to hit the target's Special Defense stat might be desirable depending on what support your team needs.
Eek: Thunder Virus
Name: Thunder Virus (Thunder Wave + Toxic)
New Type: Electric
Classification: Status
Base Power: --
Accuracy: 100
PP: 15 (max 24)
Effect: Paralyzes any type of pokemon
Target: 1 adjacent opponent
Flavour: The user shoots a special lightning that paralyzes even electric and ground types!
Purpose: Eel's strongest physical electric move doesn't paralyze, so this will do the job. An excellent disruptive move for a pokemon like this. (Salandit inspired)
Hitachi: Solar Flare
Learned By: Hitachi
Name: Solar Flare (Magma Storm+Doom Desire)
New Type: Fire
Classification: Special
Base Power: 140
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 5 (max. 8)
Effect:
  • Hits the opponent 2 turns after it is used
  • Opponent is trapped until it is hit by the move
  • Does not make contact
  • Not affected by Protect
  • Not affected by Magic Coat
  • Not affected by Snatch
  • Not affected by King's Rock
Target: 1 opponent
Shaymizard: Blossom Dance
Learned By: Shaymizard
Name: Blossom Dance (Flare Blitz + Giga Drain)
New Type: Grass
Classification: Physical
Base Power: 120
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 10 (max 16)
Effect: 33% of damage dealt goes back to the user; however, if this move KOs the target, the recoil becomes a 33% draining effect instead. Makes contact.
Target: One adjacent target
Grants Mega Shaymizard X a powerful Grass-type coverage move. Similarly to Flare Blitz, it causes recoil damage, but unlike Flare Blitz the recoil damage is inverted if the move KOs the target. As such, it's useful for granting longevity on Mega Shaymizard X sets lacking Roost in addition to its decent coverage
Ferroslash: Leech Shield
Learned By: Ferroslash
Name: Leech Shield (King's Shield + Leech Seed)
New Typing: Grass
Classification: Status
Base Power: -
Accuracy: -
Power Points: 10 [MAX 16]
Effect: Protects user from damaging attacks. If user is hit with a contact move, its leeched of 1/4 its maximum HP. Switches user from Blade to Shield Form
Parent moves: Bulldoze+Night Slash
Bullslash
Type: Ground
Classification: Physical
Base power: 70
Accuracy- 100%
PP: 24
Effect/Description- The user stomps the ground and produces a blade of earth to strike the foe. This move will always result in a critical hit
Target: 1 Opponent
This has the guarenteed affect of Bulldoze and the boosted critical rate of night slash. It couldn't be dark, because then people would still always use knock off, so this was the only option. For the first time since primal groudon, a ground type will use a stab other than earthquake/earth power.
Parent moves: Scald+whirlpool
Scaldpool
Type: Water
Classification: Special
Base power: 55
Accuracy- 90%
PP: 24
Effect/Description- Traps the foe in a whirlpool of boiling water. Has A 30% chance to burn at the end of every turn.
Target: 1 Opponent
The new metagame! Scaldpool allows you to trap the physicall attackers you intimidated and nearly guarantee a burn. Its the scald you know and love, only more annoying. It is also rather more spammable than whirlpool.
Parent moves: water Shruiken+Play Rough
Toy Shruikens
Type: Water
Classification: Physical
Base power: 10
Accuracy- 85%
PP: 24
Effect/Description- Hits the foes with a volley of shruikens (2-5 times). Each shot has a 30% chance to lower the foes attack
Target: 1 Opponent
Azuninja now has the ability to force switches, giving it many more opportunities to set up. Also the name seemed cool
Parent moves: Weather Ball+Sunny day
Type: Normal
Classification: Special
Base power: 60
Accuracy- 95%
PP: 24
Effect/Description- Changes weather to sun and deals doubled damage; Changes to fire type
Target: 1 Opponent
Chandeform now completely wins all weather wars. Not only is he immune to said boosted attacks, he can remove said weather and deal more damage besides. No stab, sadly, but sunlight does give it a 50% boost.
edit,messed that one up. Has been fixed
Parent Moves: Charge beam and Shadow Ball
Name: Shadow Beam
Type: Electric
Classification: Special
Base power: 80
Accuracy- 95%
PP: 16
Effect/Description- Has a 50% chance to raise the user's spa by 1 stage
Target: 1 Opponent
This is designed to give a better special electric stab, easily outperforming thunderbolt despite it's lower bp. It has the average accuracy, shadow ball's BP, and the secondary affect of charge beam. Boost chance was nerfed to keep the balance.
My submissions! I also apparently like water type and imperfectly accurate moves.
This thread is looking really cool.
New Type: Water
Classification: Physical
Base Power: 90
Accuracy: 90
Power Points: 10
Effect: Inverts this move's type effectiveness.
Target: Single opponent
This move is straight out of Inverse Battle. Topsy Tail gives Swampamar a super-effective hit against Water, Grass, or Dragon types, making it hard to wall after a Superpower boost or two.
Learned By: Gyarotic
Name: Hydro Bounce (Hydro Pump + Bounce)
New Type: Water
Classification: Physical
Base Power: 100
Accuracy: 75
Power Points: 5
Don't let the accuracy deter you. Gyarotic has access to Coil now, which boosts Hydro Bounce to near perfect accuracy.
Tesseract sniped my idea, so here's another Shuriken clone.
Learned By: Chandeform
Name: Whether Ball (Weather Ball + Shadow Ball)
New Type: Ghost
Classification: Special
Base Power: 50
Accuracy: 100
Power Points: 5
Effect: This move doubles in BP if no weather is present. 10% chance to lower target's Special Defense.
Target: Single opponent.
Chandeform's ability takes advantage of weather, but it can run a strong STAB move if it avoids it.
Learned By: Mismatross
Name: Hex Switch (Hex + Volt Switch)
New Type: Ghost
Classification: Special
Base Power: 65
Accuracy: 100
Power Points: 10
Effect: Trades status with the target, if any, and forces the user to switch afterward.
Target: Single opponent.
Hex Switch can be used to gain momentum but it also rids Mismatross of any annoying status in the process. Mismatross must be careful, however, because the opponent can try to pivot in something with status to give it to Mismatross, but that's risky in and of itself. 1) It grants momentum to Mismatross's team, 2) it allows Mismatross the ability to spread status again later, and 3) Mismatross can carry Hex to punish them instead.
Target: Single Opponent
Chandeform lacked three things. 1) A usuable Normal STAB. 2) Significant damage output. 3) A reason to use it in on weather teams. Well Weather Blast solves all of these problems! Chandeform can do MASSIVE damage to Pokemon in any weather with Weather Ball, hitting a powerful 150 base power before STAB! Its shaky accuracy, fact that it hits nothing supereffectively and reliance on weather prevent it from being too OP, but damn that power.
Reserving Thunder Wave + Spite (Mismatross)
and Eevee General I know this was made JUST because Snoopa didnt have Physical Ghost STAB amirite amirite amirite?
New Type: Water
Classification: Special
Base Power: 70
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 15 [MAX: 24]
Effect: 30% chance to burn the target. Thaws user. Super effective on Ice.
Target: Single Opponent
Basically it is a Water Freeze Dry, but better since the burn chance. Lowered the BP a bit so Scald has some contention with it + a drawback to using it.
Learned By: Gyaraotic
Name: Upstream (Waterfall + Bounce)
Classification: Physical
Accuracy: 90%
Basically a "jack of all trades" combo of the two moves, but a "master of none" as well.
New Type: Water
Classification: Physical
Base Power: 75
Basically a physical, albeit weaker, Scald.
Accuracy: 85%
Power Points: 5 [MAX: 8]
Effect: Type varies in each weather. 10% chance to burn in Sunny Day, to confuse in Rain Dance, to freeze in Hail and to paralyze in Sandstorm.
Target: Single Opponent
No reason to run Weather Ball when you have this unless you are that worried about PP; however, this gives you a reliable Normal-type STAB that can work under weather and provides effects albeit minimal.
Gives Mismatross a solid physical Ghost STAB to work with. It is really nice when paired with Coil as that 75% accuracy is otherwise abysmal. The paralysis chance is also really nice.
Effect: Inverts the target's stat modifiers; Decrease the user's accuracy by 1 stage.
Target: All Opponents
Basically a combination of both of their signature moves (well, Muddy Water used to be Swamperts sig move anyways...). While it's accuracy isn't the greatest, you never have to fear missing twice in a row - the move will increase your Accuracy (thanks to its ability), making it so that Turvy Waves won't miss as much. Oh, it also has a Tospy Turvy effect on the target, giving it some neat utility.
Learned By: Gyarotic
Name: Boiling Point (Brine + Scald)
New Type: Water
Classification: Special
Base Power: 80
Accuracy: 100
Effect: Has double power against burned Pokémon.
Target: 1 Target
Probably not very useful over Scald, but if you combo it with Scald you can potentially destroy anything in your path. Against anything that's burned you get a 150 BP STAB move, which is outrageous.
Classification: Physical
Base Power: 40
Accuracy: 100
Power Points: 10 [MAX 16]
Effect: +1 Priority. During the next turn, the target can only use damaging moves.
Target: 1 Target
A mini-taunt with priority. Of course, to not completely break it the Taunt effect applies the next turn, meaning that you don't completely shut down status moves. It's also overall better than Aqua Jet, only really missing out on some PP which isn't a big deal.
Learned By: Chandeform
Name: Frightening Blast (Weather Ball + Astonish)
New Type: Ghost
Classification: Special
Base Power: 80
Accuracy: 100
Power Points: 10 [MAX 16]
A normal STAB move outside of weather, a powerful coverage move with a nasty effect in weather.
New Type: Ghost
Classification: Special
Base Power: 80
Accuracy: 100
A Ghost-type clone of Boiling Point for Paralysis, Parahex pairs well with Thunder Wave and Discharge shenanigans. It's also not that weak for a main STAB, especially when its competition is Shadow Ball.
The biggest middle finger to Baton Passers. Base power is weak but you're using this more for the effect and it has Topsy-Turvy's accuracy, so it's slightly closer to Infestation in terms of an accurate, damaging trapping move.
Name: Toxic Rocks (Destiny Bond + Stealth Rock)
Swampert is not rock type, destiny bond isn't dark or psychic type. Additionally, I'm not sure what this has to do with the fused moves, although that is probably just me. For clarification, its the poison that is odd. Also, niether fused move was dark, so the result can't be.
Name: Plasma Switch (Mystical Fire + Volt Switch)
Mismagious isn't a fire type
Name: Aftershock (Earthquake + Thunder Wave)
Same as above- the types are not shared.
Name: First Strike (Water Shuriken + U-turn)
Same as above, the types are not shared. I can see an argument for this because of protean, but the fused Greninja specifically has torrent.
Name: Absorption (Weather Ball + Pain Split)
Pain split is not ghost or fire, and Chandelure doesn't learn weather ball for it to go the other way.
Name: Sinister Thoughts (Coil + Nasty Plot)
coil and nasty plot are both improper types.
Name: Memento + Weather Ball = Weather Meme (Names are hard ;;)
Memento is dark.
Name: Tidal Crash (Bulldoze + Aqua Tail)
Bulldoze is ground.
  • When fusing moves,
    • Each move must match at least one type of the original parents. So if you fuse Flamethrower with Hydro Pump, one of the parents has to be Fire and one has to be Water.
Not to be a jerk, but a lot of submissions here are illegal. I know its hard- I missed one myself- but please read the rules.
You forgot about plasma switch from mcFlareon's post.
Because deletion messages do not show the whole thing, I will post this directly in the thread so that the message goes through and maybe other people can use it as an example.
Pika Xreme was an user who constantly caused trouble in the previous Fusion Evolution thread and after 3-4 warnings the previous council - including Eevee General, chose to ban him. And while the council has changed, his ban was never overturned and I am still a council member and a moderator in this sub forum, something he clearly doesn't seem to acknowledge despite it being so clear.
I don't intend to unban him and based on his post, you can see why. It saves me the trouble of constantly cleaning up his mess which had happened several times in the old thread when it went off topic.
Further more, as OM Room said, this thread is part of the pet mod Fusion Evolution, and as such, has the same council.
So Pika Xreme, whether not you have a problem with me - I do not care. I banned you from that thread because you were creating trouble, and as a moderator of this sub forum that is what I do. If you insist on creating trouble further, do not think I will tolerate it or go easy on you.
Name: Toxic Rocks (Destiny Bond + Stealth Rock)
Swampert is not rock type, destiny bond isn't dark or psychic type. Additionally, I'm not sure what this has to do with the fused moves, although that is probably just me. For clarification, its the poison that is odd. Also, niether fused move was dark, so the result can't be.
Name: Aftershock (Earthquake + Thunder Wave)
Same as above- the types are not shared.
Name: First Strike (Water Shuriken + U-turn)
Same as above, the types are not shared. I can see an argument for this because of protean, but the fused Greninja specifically has torrent.
Name: Absorption (Weather Ball + Pain Split)
Pain split is not ghost or fire, and Chandelure doesn't learn weather ball for it to go the other way.
Name: Sinister Thoughts (Coil + Nasty Plot)
coil and nasty plot are both improper types.
Name: Memento + Weather Ball = Weather Meme (Names are hard ;;)
Memento is dark.
Name: Tidal Crash (Bulldoze + Aqua Tail)
Bulldoze is ground.
Not to be a jerk, but a lot of submissions here are illegal. I know its hard- I missed one myself- but please read the rules.
You forgot about plasma switch from mcFlareon's post.
Learned By: Swampamar
Name: Foul Fall (Foul Play + Waterfall)
New Type: Dark
Classification: Physical
Base Power: 95
Accuracy: 100
Power Points: 15
Effect: 20% chance to flinch
Target: 1 adjacent Pokemon
Nothing to see here. Just a dark STAB with 95 BP and perfect accuracy with a flinch chance.
Learned By: Gyaraotic
Name: Dive Ring (Aqua Ring + Dive)
New Type: Water
Classification: Physical
Base Power: 80
Accuracy: 100
Power Points: 10
Effect: On the first turn, the user dives underwater and recovers 1/4 of their max health. On the second turn, they attack.
Target: 1 adjacent Pokemon
Hide underwater to dodge an attack while recovering some HP, then strike!
Learned By: Azuninja
Name: Water Drum (Water Shuriken + Belly Drum) (azurill is normal type)
New Type: Water
Classification: Status
Base Power: N/A
Accuracy: N/A
Power Points: 10
Effect: User's attack is raised by 1 stage 2 to 5 times. +1 priority.
Target: User
It's at least as powerful as Swords Dance, and potentially almost as good as Belly Drum itself, with priority to beat Taunt.
Learned By: Chandeform
Name: Body Blast (Body Slam + Fire Blast)
New Type: Normal
Classification: Special
Base Power: 100
Accuracy: 90
Power Points: 10
Effect: 30% chance to paralyze target.
Target: 1 adjacent Pokemon
A special body slam with more power and less accuracy. Could help patch up Chandeform's unimpressive speed.
Learned By: Mismatross
Name: Ominous Cannon (Ominous Wind + Zap Cannon)
New Type: Ghost
Classification: Special
Base Power: 60
Accuracy: 50
Power Points: 5
Effect: On a successful hit, Attack, Defense, Special Attack, Special Defense, and Speed are all raised by 1 stage.
Target: 1 adjacent Pokemon.
Not very reliable, accuracy-wise, and it doesn't do much damage, but landing a hit with Ominous Cannon is sure to pay off. And Mismatross can boost accuracy with Coil, I guess.
Name: Hydro Steal (Hydro Pump + Thief)
New type: Water
Classification: Physical
Base Power: 120
Accuracy: 85
Power Points: 5
Effect: Steal the opponent's item if the user have no held item.
Target: One adjective target
Utility: Serves as both a powerful physical STAB Water attack and a stronger version of Thief. After consuming a Sitrus Berry or a Lum Berry, Swampamar can subsitue by stealing another held item from it's opponent with this mighty move. Even if the stealing effect is worthless against Mega Evolutions, it can still work fine as it's Base Power of 120 and STAB is already scary, especially after a boost from it's Ability via Superpower.
Learned By: Gyarotic
Name: Downpour Ring (Aqua Ring + Rain Dance)
New Type: Water
Classification: Status
Base Power: 0 (Non damaging move)
Accuracy: 100
Power Points: 10
Effect: Summon rain and Aqua Ring for five turn. If the user hold a Damp Rock, their duration is increased to 8 turns.
Target: Field
This not only summon rain but also give an Aqua Ring at the same time, which means you don't need to put the not-good-enough Aqua Ring itself in Gyarotic's moveset. You can set a longer Aqua Ring with Damp Rock, which is good for stacking up Leftover or other healing methods. You have two utilities in one move, so use wisely.
I will add more later unless the voting phase is already on.
Doesn't look like anyone else is going to open voting, so I guess I'll do it:
"You may vote for up to three entries per Pokemon, including your own.
The entries with the most votes will be archived. Any ties will count as a win."
Go forth and vote!
Regardless, azuril isn't the mon that was fused (the base stats are different). Plase fix this.
It's a bit late for that, isn't it? I'll keep that in mind for next time, though.
