I know this is the Fusion Moves thread and not the place to discuss viability of fusions, but Rebell sucks in FE OU. For that Rest strategy, you need 1 turn for Rest and 1 turn for switching out. Very predictable. If you can't do something in the meantime, like setting up, dealing damage to the mon coming in, or double-switching for your advantage, it's your own fault. If you can't OHKO a 70/80/80 bulk mon with any of your mons, it's also your own fault because you're probably running stall. Also what's Rebell going to do besides waste everyone's time healing? HJK off 85 base attack? Priority Thunder Wave? Priority Copycat?
If you want to give it a balanced move that doesn't work with the Rest strategy, vote for my Final Gambit based submission.

Also weird that you gave a move to Miminja, one of the most broken fusions ever, who can set up regardless of what you do or not. Or worse, KO any Pokemon with Destiny Bond, no-questions-asked, and revive stronger. Not even Harem can ignore the revival effect because it's a form change. (Heck, I'm hoping to get it banned faster with the move I submitted for it)
