Garchomp Voting is happening as we speak! There is an invisible forum right now that only eligible voters can see. Once we have an answer, I'll move the thread out here for everyone to see.

If you are an eligible voter, and you think you should be able to see the, "Suspect Test Voting Site" sub-forum of Stark Mountain, PM me and I'll review it.
 
I'm very curious as to what will happen too. I personally don't think Garchomp should be banned but I have the feeling that it will anyway since there's so many people who want it gone. =/
 
Heh... I'm hoping it gets bumped up to Uber so that I can put more diversity in my teams now an allow my Thunder Wave team to start sweeping and doing massive damage. There are so many changes going on in the future with Platinum I wonder what's going to happen.
 
I think I'd like the meta without it. Makes my LeadVile weaker, but still. :P

So, think Salamence stock will rise should Chompy get the ax?
 
Most likely, especially when Platinum moves get implemented into ShoddyBattle (I believe Salamence will be able to learn Outrage).
 
I really wish we waited to do this until Platinum came out...

If Garchomp is banned, we should try re-introducing him 5-7 months after Platinum has been out.

I didn't play on the server where Garchomp was banned mostly because of time constraints (busy winning Pablo's tournament and drowning in school work). So I can't vote. But I am ecstatic with joy the way the Smogon mods decided to do the voting.
 
Tbh, some people will want Garchomp OU just because its the only way some people win. Rude statement but true. Although not the only reason Chomp will possibly stay OU. It's unclear on what will happen, everything is so unpredictable lol.

Everything that gets banned in the suspect tests will be re-tested once more, in the end. Don't worry.
 
I'm just of a solid opinion that Garchomp should be an viable OU Pokémon, you can't say it's the only way I win because I've never used it on Shoddy. (I have on Wi-Fi in about 10 games or so...).
 
Really, I think Deoxsys should have been tested before Garchomp. Deal with the new(er) inclusions and then deal with the staples. If they were Uber before, it's very likely they still are Uber (as was the case with Wobbuffet).
 
If I read the older threads correctly about the voting, no such arguments are taking place. It should be a simply Yes/No answer from those eligible to vote.
