Pet Mod [Gen 1] RBY CAP [Feature-Complete]

After much delay because I am uh. Quite Busy. Grave Chill wins for signature move name, and with that RBY CAP is complete barring coding, some missing sprites, and so on! I will update the spreadsheet soon (IRL + RBY Grand Slam + RBY Invitational season is a lot...) and then see about having another tournament, maybe some balance changes, and so on, but with this the mod's a wrap as far as new additions. Thank you to everyone who participated in designing the new CAPs!
