You are clearly on and have been for over 10 minutes since reading my messages which is more than enough to have just played the match. I misread the time and thought it was 2pm your time rather than 1pm. Which makes sense, because all I agreed to was the period between 1 to 2, meaning I can't be acted at 1:16.
Based on the publicly available evidence, you were not online during any period of the scheduled time and did not notify your opponent on smogon VMs that you were online during that same scheduled time. This is not a valid act claim. In future, please ensure you follow the scheduling guidelines in order to prevent getting an activity loss
