Hey Austin I'm interested in the HP Ice Eevee without HA.
I have a Jolly Pinsir (knows Quick Attack)If you need a specific ability in normal form. message me what ability and ill see what I can do since each ability is situational can be harder to get as well since I have Hyper Cutter(i personally think its better b/c intimidate is a bitch), Adamant Huge Power Marill with Belly Drum and Aqua Jet, Gale Wings Adamant Fletchling as well as Bold 4 IV Rotoms.
All these pokemons are 5 IVs as in 31/31/31/x/31/31 and will take me time to rebreed if you pick one I'll msg you when I get it because since finals are in the incoming week for me I will be extremely busy. The Rotoms that are lacking in 1 IV being HP/Def/SpDef, you can pick which one to help you breed for a 5 IV one. Willing to do 2 for 1
